They will probably just do Orton/Rollins vs Ambrose and Reigns at MITB and save the single matches for summerslam.. or maybe not... i forget that they are doing battleground in july...
i wouldn't be surprised if at some point Ambrose also turns on Reigns..leaving Reigns as the sole baby face and taking out his former friends on his way to WM31 next year.
As far DB goes... i'm honestly expecting him to not be able to go at MITB and we will get like someone else vs Kane and the title will be in the ladder match.
i could have sworn they announced the uso/wyatts match as for the titles before the match... even the ring announcer after the match slowly and quietly began announcing the wyatts as new champions... i was kinda confused because i was sure i heard it was a title match.
I also thought Sin Cara was Cody, until i saw the tattoo. 😋
I'm not a fan of the Rollins turn. The Shield were the best thing they had going, and they split them up because...what? They don't have a six man tag for them next month? Stupid. I'm not necessarily against it because they may do something great, I just don't think the Shield were at the end of their run. Why not just have one of them go into singles? They don't have to feud. And why would Rollins turn? Only the night before they'd completely destroyed Evolution for the second time. Just when they were at their strongest. Feels like a Russo swerve.
I guess this was the plan the whole time, we got a few more months and a dozen or so great matches than we should have. Still, I don't like it.

I know, i saw your reaction on twitter last night but i was kinda shocked myself so i didn't mention anything... i dunno i love the shield they were a big part of bringing me back to my tv on monday nights again for wrestling... i'm a bit sad that they had to disband especially after payback where they stood tall like champions and real main eventers.... but i think this is going to open up new matches that might be amazing... i'd like to think all 3 guys will have a good future ahead of them... although it's very obvious that Roman needs a little more work... but if he can get it down who knows.... perhaps Seth Rollins is just a mole and he will reveal later on he took the money and split it 3 ways with the shield when he stabs H in the back.... that's happy marky thinking though 🙂
I like the rollins turn. He was my choice to turn (though I did not 'call' when he'd turn). I figured that they could turn ambrose at ay point, and he'd be effective as a heel, but rollins needed his turn to be a big deal.'
I think that it'll be either: ambrose & reigns vs evolution and eventually ambrose joins evolution, or evolution vs the shield (with a new shield member).

I thought Rollins was doing some of his best work as a face. He bumps hard and has some really flashy offence, he'd make a great Ziggler or Bryan type with big selling and firey comebacks. That said, there's time for that. For the short term I'm very excited for Bryan v Rollins, that could be outstanding.
I'd have turned Ambrose myself. He's a natural heel, he's great at it. The company clearly wants Reigns to be the new big babyface but I really don't think he's ready. Joining up with Evolution filling the Batista role would have been perfect for him. Batista wasn't ready either, but a year or two travelling with Triple H and Ric Flair gave him the best possible start. Reigns needs that. Plus they could play on the reality of the situation, Triple H really likes the guy and wants him to be the face of the company.
Either way, Rollins is the last one I'd have turned. Again, everything they've done with the Shield has turned to gold so I'm not totally against it, I'm just unconvinced.
I hope next week Ambrose does the same turn, attacking Reigns at the end and joining Evolution too. Then the following week Reigns can turn on himself and they can all reunite.

I'd rather the shield just end all together then bring in a replacement member... that stuff just makes things lame... it might sound good on paper say bring up one of the guys in nxt that's ready for raw/smackdown but it will just look like an imposter when it's on tv...the original was better then it should have been so it shouldn't be repackaged with new members.
when i took time to go back and catch up on what i missed the last couple years it seemed like the only person in wwe that would fit in when added to the shield would have been CM Punk... infact there were a few times i had assumed that he once did.
Yeah. The best fit I can think of is Adrian Neville. Not sure how well that would work.

I'm glad it's Rollins they've turned. Don't like that they're splitting as I love the Shield, but out of them all he's the one they need to do something with. Reigns will be fine as he's big, has the fans on side and everyone knows that he's loved within the company. Ambrose will be fine as he's been basically been the leader and he's great on the mic. Rollins though, yeah he's probably the best wrestler of the lot, but we all know that doesn't count for shit. Part of me just thinks that if he'd stayed face he'd end up in obscurity like some other guys similar to his size and style are and have been.

Agree. Ambrose can go heel any time he wants. Reigns can be a face whenever they want. Rollins was the 'twiner' guy who no one really though about. now he's 'the guy who broke up the shield.' He's Yoko.
Shield had to break up in the next month or so, the feud with Evolution peaked and if it went any longer it would've been so boring. The Shield are the biggest thing going right now and it seems they wanna base the show around them while Bryan is our and Cena is just Cenaing around.
Please don't make it Bryan v Brock at Summerslam.

Why? Bryan v Lesnar would be awesome.
And you find the Shield boring? They were the best thing they had!

It'll be so cringe inducing watching Bryan beat Lesnar cos it looks so unrealistic. I loved the Angle vs Brock matches but Angle was bigger than Bryan and more legit looking.
Shield are anything but boring, but they've done it all now. They were on the verge of becoming boring, splitting up as single stars would've defeated the point. Plus Seth splitting still makes the 3 members of the Shield the main part of the show.

Bryan vs Brock would be awesome. Of course it wont be realistic, Lesnar is twice his size. But so was Kane, Big Show, Triple H, Batista. Bryan is the underdog and Lesnar is the biggest challenge.

I just don't want Brock to lose to Bryan after ending the streak, and I don't want Lesnar to take the title of him either. I'd prefer it not to happen, but it'd be great for Bryan to win that match.

I don't think Bryan would beat him, someone has to beat Bryan and Lesnar is the best option.

Id be very surprised if Bryan walked out of SummerSlam with the title. Lesnar broke the streak so he has to win his next match to justify it.

So yeah, didn't see that Rollins turn coming. Not sure what to think of it but it definitely makes the feud more interesting. No doubt leading to Triple H vs Reigns at SummerSlam and probably Ambrose vs Rollins at Money in the Bank.
The Kane vs Bryan match at Money in the Bank I'm a little disappointed with. Dont really want to see this match again but hopefully the Stretcher match will be the feud ender allowing Bryan to a program with Lesnar at SummerSlam.
The Usos vs The Wyatts is a great tag team feud. I really liked what they did in the Last Man standing and a tag title ladder match would be awesome.
I'm still unsure about the way the Rhodes break up went. Instead of a heel turn we have a brother finding a new partner while the other mopes around.
Overall I think Raw was pretty good and the potential for MITB is good especially after coming off a strong Payback.
