After reading Undertaker vs Sting and Hogan v Cena I thought this was gonna be sort of a dream card thing.
I like that card, rhys. Swap Sting with Sheamus and Sandow with Lesnar, just because Sting won't be there but Lesnar will. I'd be fine with that
Tag champ match I'd rather the Rhodes boys vs the Real Americans
Scenario: You are given the power to book WrestleMania 30. The theme is the biggest WrestleMania ever... legends past and stars of today... lets just say you can get any guy from any promotion who is currently on TV or available for the show in some capacity eg. Not dead or unable to move.
Heres what I would do:
Hulk Hogan vs John Cena
-Five minutes of entrance, five minutes of taunts, crowd time, and five minutes of actusl wrestling. Cena would have to go over, but the match would be the biggest of all time, Hogan even in his older years can pull off a five minute match and it'd go doen in history as a huge moment where two world's collided.
Undertaker vs Sting
No explanation needed. Both guys can still go and its been rumoured for years.
WWE Champion Randy Orton vs Royal Rumble Winner Daniel Bryan in a 30 minute Ironman
The end of the feud and Bryans payoff.
Triple H vs Big Show - Street Fight
Its been building for months... Big Show could get his biggest WrestleMania moment and Triple H could still be around but without the authority gimmick (it has to end sooner or later, where better than WrestleMania? ) either with a face turn or a major watering down of his current gimmick.
CM Punk vs Damien Sandow
Sandow needs some credibility... a feud with Punk will help majorly. Punk can go over and still make Sandow look good by making it a very heated feud.
The Shield vs The Wyatts in a Losers Disband Match.
Have The Shield lose, possibly due to a Rollins face turn. Shield can branch out with their singles careers and The Wyatts can continue their momentum.
Tag Champions The Rhodes Brothers vs Kane and Ryback
I dont see this authority thing lasting long with Kane so team him with Ryback and make them a powerhouse team and the Rhodes Brothers have got a difficult opponent to tackle. Give Kane/Ryback the win and then we xan lead to a brother v brother at Summerfest.
World Champion Alberto Del Rio vs Rob Van Dam
Van Dam returns and wins the big one one last time. He can drop it in a few months but it would give him one last top run and will help with the nostalgic feel of the show.
Intercontinental Champion Big E Langston vs US Champion Dolph Ziggler
Turn Ziggler heel... former partners vs each other to unify the titles.
Divas Champion Tamina vs Natalya
Two powerhouses that could produce a decent match. Natalya could win after chasing the title for months to get the feel good celebration.
Thats all I got. It was difficult deciding who to leave off the show. But 10 matches is enough and I couldn't really add any more.
