Shame about Sandow. Does make him kinda look like the weakest MITB holder ever though since he can't even beat a beaten down champ with a 'dodgy' elbow. Still, from what I saw he gave a good effort.
I like HBK's "you will shake my hand". He did seem a bit heely once Bryan refused to shake his hand.
Why does everyone forget that Mr. Kennedy didn't win the belt either, ha.
He's different though as he never got to cash in due to injury. I never count him because of that - Edge got his win.
You should continue to do these Belly, i read them now because i only have time to watch Raw for 30 mins to an hour, 3 hours is a lot of time for me these days and i lose interest... so this is nice cause i want to get back into wwe a little more i've gone a couple years now without it.... i do and don't miss wrestling though.
Love the review Big B. Definately a noce, comprehensive review of what happened at RAW, and I hope you continue putting these reviews up, because I enjoy reading them (by 'them' I mean your reviews)
Sounds like a pretty terrible show. I watched one a while ago when Bellys review said the show was improving, but it sounds like its back to crap again.

I thought I would add the Hourly breaks into my thoughts as well, that way you can see how they are breaking up the show etc... But this definitely took a backwards step for me, and it seems like they have done to D-Bry what they did to Ryback... They built him up until everyone loved him and couldn't see any other way to go than him winning the title.. then they screwed him out of it and dropped him into a lower pointless feud using his momentum to build up someone else instead... and now it looks like they are putting D-Bry and Punk into a feud with the Wyatts to try and elevate the Wyatts which kinda demotes WWE's 2 biggest stars away from the main event and this can only hurt D-Bry's following and momentum as the only way he could have gone was up and now they have killed it...
Well, I never watched Hell in a Cell but I know the main results bout D-Bry and Cena etc so here goes with another Raw, and contrary to what Hilds says, my disclaimer remains the same... This is not a Review of Raw but simply my thoughts on the show as I watch it.
HOUR 1
Nice little recap of Hell In A Cell to kick off the show, yet we have gone back to the traditional still picture recap... The show starts and we are transported back in time as the show kicks off with John Cena and a World Title, I wonder if he will talk about "some hate me, some love me, but im just me" blah blah blah.. Close enough hahahaha... Its still funny how WWE keep a guy face who has more Boo's than cheers and yet you know he will never be turned heel and give us the biggest turn since Hogan... Atleast the 1 good thing of him being back now is that he wont get the big Rumble win on a return, But I am guessing that win is now going to Daniel Bryan... Seeing Cena act the way he does reminds me of Joey from Friends in the episode when he had to play a 19 year old 'Thats Whack' haha... That was a pointless seg and it has been saved by Sandow... Thank You Damien, he just took 10minutes too long to come out. I have changed my mind... Eveything Damien had said was scripted to try and make John Cena look stronger from recoverring from his injury... Sandow attacks Cena and destroys his breifcase in the process... If he doesnt cash it in now, then he is never going to.... HEre he goes, he cashes it in, feel like Cena is going to win and be the Super Cena that we know though... Well... Just as Sandow's promo was scripted to make Cena seem like a super human... He then cashes in and wastes his MITB briefcase and defeats Sandow with 1 arm to show he is Super Human... Such a waste...
Big E Langston is next taking on Dean Ambrose and it feels like Michael Cole on commentary was trying to show a little rift between The Shield by pushing the comment of Dean Ambrose saying he was the only member of The Shield with a title... maybe sowing the seeds of a split as we know all of the commentators lines are fed to them over the headset. What could have been a good match ended with the usual beat down.. Save by The Uso's and then here comes Maddox to do something that I have NEVER ever seen on Raw... Maddox turned into Teddy Long before our eyes and made an 'impromptu 6 man tag match' how shocking and surprising... The Shield win after Reigns defeated basically both of The Usos...
HOUR 2
Here comes Shawn Michaels to explain his actions at HIAC by delivering a Sweet Chin Music to D-Bry and letting Randy Orton win after D-Bry knocked out HHH... Shawn calls out D-Bry trying to sound humble, asking D-Bry to come out so he can explain face to face... Here he comes, and cant help but feel that they are going to miss their moment with Daniel Bryan... They killed Bore-Back's face momentum by having him lose all the big matches and now so far they have built D-Bry up so far but they have screwed him over in every big match... Anyways, back to Shawn's explanation... So Shawns explanation is that he did it after he saw D-Bry attack his best friend and it was a friendship spur of the moment thing... What a crap excuse, trying to keep Shanw face after that, he needs to just Sweet Chin Music D-Bry again and turn Heel with the corporation type of angle... IF Shawn doesnt knock out D-Bry now, then WWE have done yet another Half Assed finish at a PPV where they havnt followed through on the results of the PPV that people have paid money for... its kind of WWE's way of sticking the fingers up at the fans and saying thanks for the money, but free tv will change the outcome... Well it never happened how i wanted, but I guess D-Bry attacking Shawn gives the same result... rant over i guess.. Although whenever Triple H has a feud, Shawn gets his arm hurt... LEsner last year broke Shawn's arm and then 12 months later D-Bry hurts Shawn's arm again with the YES lock haha... I wonder who will hurt his arm next year...
Not sure the Wyatts are attack D-Bry backstage... ah well...
Los Matadors are next... Not bothered about this match, I cant be bothered with these gimmicks... Fast Forward... AJ and Tamina vs the Bella Twins is next and this is much more enjoyable than watching Los Matadors force a gimmick they dont look comfortable with... Was an OK match, got to wonder if they made The Bellas dress slightly different, so they knew which one Nicki was, so they can try get behind her...
Miz vs Kane is next, Kane is back after his filming etc, I guess the break was well timed as it made people forget about his comic tag team partnership with D-Bry, even though that was his best gimmick for years haha... Kane defeats the Miz as if Miz was a NXT rookie.. and now he calls out Stephanie, not sure what going on here... Just when it looked like Kane was going to defend D-Bry, he stops and kinda pledges himself to Stephanie.. Not sure what is going on here although Kane takes off his Mask (with Hair attached) and gives it to Steph.. I guess the roster are starting to split etc..
CM Punk is out next.. saying how Heyman is history etc... Cant help but feel that some time in near future, Heyman will return during a probably CM Punk Heel turn... much prefer Punk as a heel...
HOUR 3
So the choices for the Punk vs Boreback match ae Street Fight, Falls Count Anywhere (yet they always end in the ring and for some reason have a no DQ stip as well) or a Tables match (which is basically the same as the above 2) so basically... we are going to get the same match no matter what the outcome will be. So its a Street Fight... oh wow... The match is ended after CM Punk puts Boreback through a table and then immediately makes him tap out... So no atter what the stipulation was, the match could have been exactly the same... pointless... With Boreback defeated so easily, surely he cant pretend to be a force to be reckoned with anymore.. he is boring, no charisma and just got buried on Raw AGAIN...
The Wyatts come out and attack CM Punk in the ring, is Punk wanting time off??? not sure any other reason for the Wyatts attacking D-Bry first and then Punk now...
Real Americans vs Goldust and Cody... Loving Goldust and Cody Rhodes and cant wait for the "MEga Powers Explode" type of storyline culminating in a WM match.. all we are missing is a Miss Elizabeth character to stand between them, maybe we need Dusty for that... Real Americans win the non title match, I guess its their time for a little push although Zeb is the only one id want to push.
ADR is out next, bitching and moaning about the WHC loss, surely they could have just saved this for Smackdown, where this title is the big title, instead of it being treated like the IC Title on Raw...
Summer Rae is out next.. Wooo.... and her Valet is with her unfortunately... As much as I am liking the idea of what I have been saying for months, that Summer Rae is the star and Fandango is the valet... I would rather Summer be out here alone for her debut singles match... (still rather see Paige on the main roster... grrrrrrr) she is facing Natty and Summer Rae seemed very weak in the ring but I am glad Natty wins, at least they never buried her by having her lose to Summer Rae..
All the roster is on the ramp with The Shield being guards at the ring and I guess we now get another title ceremony for Randy Orton.. I guess the last 2 months havnt happened and we are back where we were back then... Blah Blah Blah... here is Orton, he is the face of WWE.. blah blah blah... this is a repeat and boring rendition of the previous title ceremony... Who gives a shit... This time its Big Show interrupting instead of D-Bry and this time, the WWE Locker Room attack the Shield, leaving Big Show to attack the ring.. Big Show talks about his lawsuit against HHH and Steph... Orton attacks Big Show.. Big Show KO Orton... HHH teases to enter the ring and disappoints everyone... then HHH is held back from getting in the ring by Steph lol...
