Yeah, I'm not excited for this one. It'll be nice to see the Shield win all the belts, but I was mostly interested in the ladder match and now we don't even have that. Why couldn't Del Rio and Swagger have the ladder instead of this lame I quit stip? Submission would work.
TNA announced Angle v Styles for Slammiversary, which blows away everything on offer here.

True, TNA's main event does beat anything on offer for Extreme Rules.
Love Ziggler, so having him of the card is a big miss... but it's understandable for his health. The Shield matches are the only ones I'm looking forward to.
And Ryback will continue with losing at PPV's. So pointless, they build him up and they put him in a load of PPV matches against guys at the top who just won't be losing to him. Kills any momentum that he had.
I probably missed it cos I've been spotty with watching wrestling lately but how come Ambrose randomly got a US Title Shot?

Thanks Taker_2004 for the banner!
They decided they wanted all the belts on the Shield, so it just kinda happened. I really wish there was a better answer.

Well, I think that WWE has a rule that no heel can win clean unless your The Shield. They have a special attraction monster in Brock Lesnar but if it wasn't for Paul Heyman he would have been beaten by the Cerebral CEO clean twice in a row. That is crazy. Now how can anyone take Lesnar seriously? If you want to have a marketable future in someone, you put them over clean and give them that rub. You don't have them squeak by with help from their manager in a match built for his style. However, he was wrestling HHH and you can't go over HHH clean ever so maybe I am being a tad harsh. He killed some of Punk's fire a couple years back and now he is doing it to Lesnar.
Then the WWE Title match. The match was good for what it was and who was in it but the finish was a cop out. They booked themselves into a corner. If they ever wanted to keep Ryback as a legitimate monster heel, he couldn't lose clean and they couldn't just shit on the last two years of booking Cena finding his mojo again and getting the title back by having him lose it only a month in. HOWEVER, with the injury to Cena's ankle and the way they booked the last month of TV, he was primed to lose. They could have used the injury as an out for Cena to lose and then come back at Payback next month. Now technically Ryback did win the match. He walked away and Cena was carted off on a stretcher. If Ryback doesn't come out and say just that tonight, the booking team is as dumb as we all thought they were.
Lastly, how shitty was the finish to Swagger/Del Rio??? One kick to the arm and Swagger is done. Ugh.....
I am soo glad I never wasted money on that PPV.. I mean its just laughable, I mean, surely Cena should have received the 10 count and lost the match, for the referee to disregard the rules of the match is a joke, I mean we have had Last Man Standing matches with people pinned by forklift trucks and alsorts, yet the referee still issues the 10 count, it was a proper cop out by the booking team and Ryback now asking for an Ambulance Match... a joke...
Shield are only good thing in WWE at the moment

They have just messed everything up lately. Outside of The Shield and Ziggler, there isn't much going on.

Ha, me and my mate were complaining about this whilst watching it. They're saying that it was out of concern for Cena's safety. Er, the whole point of a Last Man Standing match is that you beat the shit out of someone so bad that they can't stand for 10. It's not exactly going to be a 'safe' match is it? Was bullshit, if anything he should have counted out them both, that would have been fine. In doing neither it's pointless and ignoring the rules of the match.
Also, am I the only one who thought it looked like Lesnar had wiped shit in his armpits?
The last man standing finish wasn't that bad. I don't really get why they didn't count, but if they had they both would have been down for the ten anyway. WWE always calls no contests instead of draws or whatever, but regardless Cena would have retained.

So... it's Extreme Rules tonight. Guess since no ones posted anything about it that no one is excited?
Whether that's due to loss of interest in wrestling or the product is that poor right now, who knows.
But, tonight I fully expect for all three members of the Shield to leave as champions, so that's something to be excited about as they're the best thing on Raw right now. They've been booked exactly right to look great.
Everything else me is just meh.
