Ziggler gave up too much offense to D-Young. He is supposed to be the next huge face but he should be clearly and cleanly beating all the low to mid card talent. He needs to give up some offense but he was on the defensive the entire match and hit the Zig Zag out of nowhere to win. That wasn't a very convincing win if you ask me. They need to let him work on his offense more. I think Cena said something before about Ziggler trying too hard to put the other guy over and I agree. Some putting over is good but don't go overboard or it makes you look like you can barely hang with the lower guys and have no business being the champion.
The 'E have a history of breaking guys and lowering them, ready for the big win etc... Agreed he needs to go on the offense more, but I sense a singles run for PTP and this may be the starting point, it didn't hurt Ziggler too much as he still got the win, which is what is important... but look at him when he won the WWE Title, he lost every match for weeks and weeks before hand.
Just like Big E should have a legitimate claim to the World Title, because he and ADR were trading victories before ADR won the title back, so surely Big E could claim a shot at ADR again
I am all for a triple threat because I know Big E can be a main eventer too. Just needs to change his ring gear. As for Ziggler, call me old fashion but if they are priming someone for a big face run, they need to look strong more often than not. I am a huge PTP fan and I think they should have had the tag straps long ago but if they are going on a singles run, this was a good start for both as they both looked strong for the majority of their matches against two multi time World Champs.

the only thing I know going into Raw is that King likes 4CW and there was a nip slip from Brie.. so here goes with the rest of the show and we will see if it gets any better than those 2 big stories...
I'm guessing the drum roll is Brad Maddox's official theme music now, 2 weeks in a row... Oh a contract signing, this is innovative and original... Not sure why they are havning to try and prove why D-Bry is the right choice, I could understand if he choose someone like Hornswoggle etc and trying to play the small guy card.. Anyways, this is just another way for Super Cena to be a super good guy still... hmmm... Bored of hearing Cena now. Maddox is an awful actor like he is awful on the mic... Just hearing his unbelievable performances almost devalues the whole show...
Oh, here is Sheamus... Bored of this match already and don't even know who is opponent is.. Oh, its ADR.. I wonder if this is a preview for Summerslam with no free opponents for ADR. I was right.. not a great match, and another "leg collapse" finish, I guess Henry vs Ryback at WM has started a trend..
So Vicki is the new GM of Smackdown... Another reason not to watch Smackdown, be interesting to see what they do with Booker and Teddy now though
Christian vs Titus O'Neil up next, should be an OK match as I do like PTP, shame AW hasnt come back yet, because that always screamed Millions of Dollars... Christian wins the match, but not sure how this advanced or created any storylines for either PTP or Christian, considering they held off his return for so long until they came up with a storyline, they havn't done much with him yet.
Ryback on the microphone, Mr No Charisma himself, although its been a while since I heard the word "Twerp" haha.. He is talking about he hates average sized people as the Big Guy always wins etc.. yet he has lost all of his Big PPV matches, so how can he be seen as credible.. Maybe a IC or US Title run is in his future...
Im liking Henry's promo's lately and his actions are more of a tweener at the moment, he is playing the heel, but its a heel you want to see win I guess, someone you can get behind, but expect him to do the dirty at the same time.. Henry is evolving his character still and having signed a new 3 year contract, then I guess he isn't going anywhere. Uso's coming for the save against The Shield, I guess they are hoping The Usos can help a possible face turn, I hope Henry takes them out as well though to keep his heel/tweener role going. But he doesn't, and they stand together, I never liked Henry as a face, always a better heel, does this mean he will start wearing his Red and Blue tights now instead of the black ones??
Ziggler now taking on Mr No Days Off, getting their use out of PTP tonight, This has the making of a good match though although they probably wont be given much time. Nup, didnt last long and here comes Big E, AJ's latest love interest i guess and Ziggler out smarting Big E, setting up the Summerslam match, although have to worry what a loss to either man will do at Summerslam.
Here is Miz TV, not bothered about Total Divas, but here comes the nipple, I guess the production truck never realised first time around as they still put the camera back onto The Bellas after it happened.. What an AWFUL waste of time though...
Triple H seg with Brad Maddox, obviously McMahon and Trips are going to pull Maddox back and forth over D-Bry for a little bit leading into a Wyatt family recap.... and now Summer Rae... oh and her valet fandango.. hah.. Her valet will be facing Cody Rhodes, nice to see Vince's pet project be used as a pawn in the Cody and Sandow feud, good win from Cody, advancing the feud with Sandow a little in the process, am looking forward to this feud.
Here comes Wolverine, who will no doubt be out here to discuss his upcoming match with The Hulk, CM Punk not wearing a hoodie tonight, does that mean that because he is playing a more face role, he not allowed to wear the "Heel Hoodie"?? haha... ood promo from Punk, although he says about Brock breaking Cena, yet it was Cena who won their last match... The promo was a little bit of Same Ol' Same Ol' from Punk, but still good, he officially challenged Brock and the tagline, "The Best Vs. The Beast" can still apply to Wolverine vs Hulk as it could Punk vs Brock... Heyman coming in kind of saved the promo a bit, and nice acknowledgment of the usual fake "via satellite" tag
ADR vs RVD set for Smackdown, might not be the worst thing to put the title on RVD for a little bit as surely they have to do something with him and he will be better than ADR with the title, got to feel sorry for Barrett now though as RVD is going to pick up this win... As predicted, good win for RVd, shame for Barrett though, he needs something, he had so much going for him with Nexus and since then, not much really.
D-Bry gauntlet is up next, Swagger is first so am guessing Cesaro will be next and after 3 minutes, the former World Heavyweight title challenger is defeated, that quickly.... Here comes Cesaro... This match has been a lot better, and an enjoyable watch, gotta love the "Goat-Butt" though haha, some nice moves throughout by Cesaro and has impressed me alot with this match, Cesaro managed to last 18 minutes but is then defeated and now here comes the third opponent...and using Maddox to tease the fact that the odds have been stacked against D-Bry, obviously trying to push the whole underdog story for Bryan... Oh its Ryback.. WOW.. big deal.. Here we go again, now surely if D-Bry gets beat it ruins the Underdog story and if Ryback loses then it ruins his "better than average size guys" story he tried starting and he goes back to the bottom yet again.. And so after being in the ring for nearly 40minutes, ryback puts D-Bry through a table to let D-Bry win and keep his supposed mean streak going, with Cena making the eventual save and keeping a mutual respect and I guess give Bryan the "Weak Link" line for next week haha
The show ends with Vince telling Maddox to make DBry face Kane next week... and the crowd "YES'ing"
I still get the feeling they will either have Cena kill Bryans momentum at Summerslam, or perhaps they will give D-Bry the win, then quickly followed by an Orton Cash In perhaps... Another show ending with D-Bry in the ring and the crowd showing great support though..
Wasn't the best of show's and seemed to dip in momentum from previous weeks, and no Randy Orton this week, hmm.. Guess they were giving him the week off from the traditional "Break them, before building them" routine where he has to lose every week.
