So what you're saying is, is that you've started a celebration thread with nothing to celebrate yet...

How old are you going to be tomorrow then?

Well, we always had one and my birthday just reminded me we don't have one yet.

And I'll be 22 which makes me feel old.

22? I'm 30 next year, that's old! Saying that, I'm still only 28, but still... I don't like that I'll be 30 next year.

I turn 31 on sunday. The only difference between 29 and 30 is 1. Everything is the same as long as you take care of yourself.

I know. I don't mind getting old really, I just don't like saying that I'm going to be 30. That's probably because it sounds older than I feel. Still, not going to stop me acting like a twat at times 😋

My son is 2 today. Nice to know I've done a decent job raising a kid so far. Onward we go.

I turned 30 last sunday... it's really not a big deal it feels a little odd going into it because you are leaving your 20's behind now and it wont ever come back... but you are still you and only you can change how you feel... i feel that way because i haven't done a thing different since my birthday.

i should have probably posted this last sunday but i didn't know how to go about it without sounding like i wanted attention so i did nothing until i saw your post. 🙂

also i really don't know how we never talked off the forums... as i pay attention more we do share a lot of the same interests that's pretty cool but just strange i never really noticed it after all these years.

Oh yeah! I should have remembered that, I know you're a 7/7. Happy birthday! It's good to know hitting 30 isn't as scary as it feels. I remember hearing about a survey done a few years ago where the average age people think you stop being young is 37. Sounds about right. You got a few good years left!

You're with TPS? I love those guys. I did still get one call once though, so I asked them how they got my number and the guy pretty much said he just randomly dialled. Get them working on how to stop that 😄

It's not TPS, but it's virtually the same thing. A local pasty shop to Greggs, if you will. 😋

Won our 2nd preseason friendly this morning.

Looked good last week in beating my reserve side 5-3, then won 2-0 today, despite having two of my starting 3 centre midfielders out and my first choice centre mid back up also being out. Performance was bad, but a wins a win and a clean sheet was nice.

Want more trophies this year!

You have three centre midfielders? To make up for that, do you have just the one centre forward or do you use a back three?
