Forgot to put a post up for this, so now this will just be about reactions... what did everyone think of the PPV?

For me the three matches that I expected to stand out are the ones that did. The IC Title ladder match was one of the most entertaining matches I've seen this year. Absolutely loved it. It's insane what Hardy will do in his 40s and coming off having knee surgery.  It was one of those matches where you expected it to be good but also half expecting to be let down by it because of that... but it was better than I hoped. Absolutely loved it. Great match.

McIntyre vs Orton was good. Not great, but good. I'm really not a fan of ambulance matches though and feel that it always takes away from the matches. Would have been better if they removed that element... the whole trying to get them into the ambulance spot is boring as hell to me. Make it a falls count anywhere match or something. I want to see someone pinned, submitted or down for the 10 count.

Reigns vs Jey Uso was good but definitely more of a story than a match. I don't mind that at all when it's well done and this was. I was actually expecting Jey to put on one hell of a show but instead we have Roman controlling most of the match and showcasing that he's in full-on heel mode. A match like this is where you miss the crowd though. You know they'll be booing the shit out of Reigns during the beatdown at the end and it would have taken the match up another notch. It wasn't what I expected but it delivered in a totally different way.

Everything else was very forgettable though I thought. The standouts were the first and last match.

Admin and 4CW Head Booker

The opener and the two main events were good. Everything else was either ruined by weak finishes or were just average.

Main Event

The opener was my match of the year. They did some new things, it was entertaining as fuck and I honestly can't see anything beating it between now and 2021.

The main event was good, but for totally different reasons. I'm loving heel Reigns. It probably helps that people have wanted heel Reigns for a few years and they really should have pulled the trigger on it a long time ago. Has it been worth the wait though? Yeah, and pairing him with Heyman is a genius move. We all know Reigns isn't the best in-ring performer  (he's good, but not great imo), but he's come back looking lean and like he's packed on a lot of muscle, so being Heymans lackey to replace Lesnar as an absolute beast works. His mic work has always been his real downfall as he comes across as a bit awkward at times, although I think that's mainly down to WWE trying to force awkward lines in. Heyman takes that burden away as he's still the best in the business. The pairing work and although the match would have been better with fans, I feel it worked well as it was because you had Heyman there doing his usual shouting during the match. He takes it the match that little bit further in quality.

I also really enjoyed the McIntyre vs Orton match. The punt by McIntrye was a heelish move, but done to Orton I don't think it matters, as it's him just getting what he deserves. McIntyre has been impressive as champion. I hope that when he eventually drops the title that he doesn't drop out of the main event scene. We've seen that happen too many times, but they have someone here who could work at the top for a while and easily be a multiple-time champion. Both put on a good effort in what is always a bit of an awkward match with the ambulance.

The rest is like you two say, average. Very forgettable. Was glad that the beginning and end made the event worthwhile though.
