The Good
-Asuka and Shayna vs Sasha and Bayley was pretty good stuff. Still don't see why Shayna isn't the one challenging Bayley at SummerSlam though.
-Anything involving Drew McIntyre and Randy Orton has been pretty great for the past few weeks. Orton is in the form of his life and McIntyre is becoming a legit star.
-FInally debuting Marina Shafir and Jessamyn Duke with Shayna on RAW is a good move. Too bad they are on the worst segment of Raw, which is RAW Underground.
-Everything involving Seth Rollins and Dominick has been really entertaining. I thought the Rey/Seth feud was pretty stupid, but the stuff that's come out of it with Dominick is honestly pretty good. Dominick is way better than he should be, he's earned my respect by taking several beatings that even 10 year vets have never taken, and he's got some untapped potential for sure.
The Bad
-Montez Ford is poisoned, it's a mystery who did it. It's revealed two weeks later it was the person we all expected it to be. Pointless storyline. Why bother?
-Retribution. Until the reveal, I'm over it. They should have debuted Retribution this week so it didn't feel like we have to wait weeks for the (I assume) reveal at SummerSlam.
-Having Rollins come out to confront Samoa Joe during a Mickie vs Natalya match was bad enough. To have the match end in countout though, when neither Joe or Rollins were even near the ring or involved in the match at all just makes me wonder why this segment even existed. Why not just have Rollins confront Joe, and skip the match, since the match clearly wasn't what we were supposed to be paying attention to anyway.
-Raw Underground sucks. It's just shining a spotlight on fake "real fights" while making the "fake fights" aka normal matches look worse. They aren't using it to push anyone new. Sure, new people appear on there but where has it gotten them? A spotlight is pointless if it leads nowhere. Also, the whole thing is just so bad. The music playing in the background, Shane McMahon shouting "This is so sick!" like a fucking Dad trying to be hip with the kids. Stop. Just... stop.
