The intro video package opens the show, with "Never Back Down" by Hyro the Hero playing over it. The stars of the show including Pilgrim Paige, Jack Valentine, Brian White, Umbra Maxima, Rhys Cain, Witch Hazel, S&M, Supreme and Phil McGroin are featured among others, and quick highlights of Revival are shown, and then we cut to the live Chase Field arena.

Phoenix: Welcome ladies and gentlemen, to Storm Front: Rumble in the Storm II! We are LIVE from Phoenix, Arizona in Chase Field! Tonight, we have a hell of a card! But first, I'm Scott Phoenix and I am joined as always by my esteemed colleagues, Ray Jeffrey and James Roberts!
Jeffrey: I am HYPED for tonight! In the main event, we have THIRTY competitors battling it out for the 4CW World Championship in the Rumble in the Storm match! Pilgrim Paige won the thing last year, with Eddie Wolfbaine, and this year, she goes in the champion, looking to repeat history by winning it all again and leaving with her championship after her monumental win over Jacob Scharff at Revival in April!
Roberts: And that's just our main event! What about the rest of the card? Brian White challenges 4CW Universal Champion Jack Valentine - in a steel cage match!
Phoenix: The 4CW Tag Team Champions Umbra Maxima will defend the titles against S&M, who made their triumphant, well - reveal - at Revival!
Jeffrey: And we've even got some midgets in action too! Tommy Young, the high flying 4CW Custom Cup Champion, will defend the title in an Ultimate X match against the now 13-time 4CW Hardcore Champion!
Roberts: And that's STILL not all we have! Silent Sorcery will clash with Synth City Thrillers to decide who will challenge the Tag Champions next!

"Black Flame" by Bury Tomorrow hits the PA system. The crowd become a volcanic eruption of hate and disgust as all five members of The Black Flame, led by Rhys Cain himself, dressed in his usual black trench coat, one gloved hand and a sick grin on his face, engulf the stage.

Jeffrey: Here comes the man who saved his own career at Revival by defeating Willow the Widow. Her true identity was revealed, and then... well...
Phoenix: There's no point pretending or skipping over the subject, Ray. It was my daughter, Madeline. I knew there was something about Willow, maybe deep down I knew it was her, but I'll admit it still shook me to my core. It's hard to do my job and be down the middle with this, so I'm just going to say this: Rhys Cain is a scumbag and I hope someone puts him down for good, sooner rather than later.
Roberts: Scott, I really don't think you should be -
Phoenix: James, I like you, but to quote Ray here, just shut up. (Jeffrey: HA!) You don't understand this situation. You couldn't possibly understand unless you are in it. There is no way I am going to stay silent. If Cain wants to beat the crap out of me for speaking my mind, then I'll fight back with everything I've got. Pride only gets you so far. This is my daughter we're talking about. I've been a damn good professional in this role for nigh on twenty years, but I'm not going to have mine or my daughter's life ruined because of some egomaniac and not fight back. Cain can go fuck himself, and if he comes over here, I'll tell him that to his face.

The Black Flame invade the ring and spread out, dominating the scene, with Cain front and centre, Zephyris and Moxie just behind him on either side and The Liberation next to Moxie. The music stops but the noise doesn't: the booing is like a constant, howling buzz that will not relent. Cain simply smiles and stands there with the mic and at the first opportunity that the crowd quietens, he speaks.

Cain: For the most part, Revival was not a good night for The Black Flame. All five of us were in action, and four of us were unsuccessful. Zephyris failed to defeat The Virgin Rose. The Liberation failed to defeat Silent Sorcery. And Erica Moxie failed to win the Lightning in the Bottle...

Big pops from the crowd at every utterance of a Black Flame failure at Revival.

Cain: ...But none of that matters. They all fought for pride and achievements. These are things they can fight for at any time. But I... I fought for the most important thing. I fought for something that you all needed. I fought... for truth.

A "buuuullshit" chant breaks out.

Cain: In a world where than cuntface Donald Trump rules your country and that waffletwat Boris Johnson rules mine, you are all craving a true beacon of hope in that madness and I, being the chivalrous, genuine leader of THIS world that I am, obliged.

The "buuuullshit" chant turns into a "shut the fuck up!" which gets louder and louder and stops Cain from continuing for a solid minute. He simply waits patiently.

Cain: I know your souls are broken and misguided, but I can do this aaaaalll night.

Another smattering of boos, but Cain is able to continue.

Cain: As always, at Revival, I was the hero you all needed. The Black Flame burns, cleansing you all of your misgivings, and allowing you all to be free.

More boos.

Cain: Don't believe me? I blew the roof of Revival! I won my match, solidifying my legacy as the greatest wrestler to ever step into a 4CW ring and I achieved what I set out to do: I exposed Willow the Widow, and got you all acquainted with Maddie Phoenix.

At this point, Rhys Cain turns his head and looks at the commentary table, staring right at Scott Phoenix.

Cain: Funny name, that. She is a little mad, isn't she? Good job for thinking ahead, Scotty.

Scott Phoenix launches up from his seat. Cain bursts out laughing. Jeffrey is quick to his feet and holds Scott back, whispering some things to him off-mic.

Cain: Oooh, look at this, ladies and gentlemen. Scotty is a tough guy. Well, Scott, let me tell you one thing, old man. Step into this ring and I'll give you a little dose of what it feels like to be your daughter, when I beat you into a bloody pulp. So be a good pup and sit the fuck down, before I put you down.

Jeffrey, who isn't even looking towards the ring anymore, continues to whisper things to Phoenix, and he must say something that registers as Scott sits back down, livid.

Cain: As I was saying, I acquainted you all with Madeline Phoenix. And since then, I've been doing a little research. Because now, the question on all your minds is, who is Madeline Phoenix? And I'm here to answer your calls and let you all know. Madeline Phoenix is a tortured soul. How so, you ask? Well, I'll get to that... when I feel like it. I have something truly special planned for "The Fall and Fall of Madeline Phoenix"... For now though, let's point out the obvious facts. This deadbeat over here *points to Scott Phoenix* did a shit job at being a father to the point where his daughter couldn't stand to look at him and then she decided to stick it to him further by working right under his nose and STILL not revealing herself until I forced the truth to be exposed. Frankly, Scotty, I don't know who disgusts me more: you, as a deadbeat dad, or your pathetic little attention seeking wart of a daughter.

The crowd are nuclear at this point. Cain smirks his shit-eating smirk as he absorbs the hatred all around him.

Cain: There's no need to thank me, everyone, for once again saving you all. Because I do not do this for gratitude. I simply do it, because it's the right thing to do. And tonight, I will go into Rumble in the Storm, I will take out every member of this roster who gets in my way, and I will become a three-time 4CW World Champion. I don't even need to guarantee it, because you all know deep down inside, that I am going to do it. And when I am the World Champion, 4CW will forever be engulfed in The Black Flame. It will cleanse any evil from this place, and allow you all to see the very best of Pro Wrestling, and all who seek to challenge him, without lies and deceit clouding the path to serenity.

"Black Flame" by Bury Tomorrow hits the PA system as Cain drops the mic. Commentary doesn't add anything, as Jeffrey is still doing his best to calm down Phoenix, so instead, we cut to something else.

The camera pans across the crowds, showing the myriad different posters and signs as the crowds excitement erupts as the Ultimate X structure is lowered in to place.

Phoenix: *Ahem* ... alright, let's pretend THIS is the start of the show! That's right ladies and gentlemen, our first match is the Custom Cup Championship match. And as Top Gun Tommy Young is still the champ, we're gonna have ourselves an Ultimate X match to boot!
Roberts: Oh Boy, this is gonna be great! This match plays right into the strengths of the champion! High flying, high risk, hi rewards in this match!
Jeffrey: You know, you should never count out his opponent, Phil McGroin is dangerous in any situation, put in some extra ropes and that scaffold, he'll make your life a living hell! Much like I enjoy doing to you Roberts! Hahaha!
Phoenix: (rolling his eyes) This structure is enough to shorten anyone's career, as we well know. Twenty foot high pillars at each corner, connecting in the middle of the ring as a massive X, with ropes suspended five foot beneath. Both competitors are going to are going to have to be on their top game tonight!

The camera cuts to the ring as Roberts scowls at his broadcast partners mirth, focusing on Carson, stood in the middle of the ring.

Carson: This match is for the Custom Cup Championship and is an Ultimate X Match! The Match will end once one of the competitors retrieves the belt hung from the middle of the crossed ropes up above my head.

"Numb" by Linkin Park hits the PA system and McGroin comes out on stage along with Camera Man, steel chair in hand to a cacophonous round of mostly boos and a smattering of cheers. McGroin, immune to the jeers, raises the chair on high before stomping down the ramp, Camera Man doing his best to capture the best angles possible, before throwing the chair into the ring and rolling in himself.

Carson: Introducing first, from Helston, England, weighing in at 14 stone, he is the man who once made a cow tap out and the 4CW Hardcore Champion... PHIL ... MCGROOOIN!!

McGroin stands and, instead of playing to the cameras or crowds stares around at the structure he finds himself in, even jumping up to try to reach the ropes.

Roberts: He's not gonna reach the belt that way!
Jeffrey: That's what I said to your mother last night Roberts!
Roberts: One of these days Jeffrey.... One of these days....
Jeffrey: BAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA!!!!

Referee Anna Molly has taken the opportunity afforded to her by Phil's distraction with the structure to remove the chair left on the floor of the ring from play for the time being. Eventually McGroin turns to retrieve it himself, finds it missing, then stares suspiciously at the ref, grumbling as he takes his corner to await his opponent, handing his own belt off to a stage hand in the process.

“Aces High” by Iron Maiden hits the PA as the lights die down and the crowd goes wild. The titantron shows black and white images of world war two aircraft in formation as the first riff plays. Suddenly, as the main riff kicks in, the young champion soars through the curtains, hitting a perfect three point landing. Standing, he does his signature target long taunt, right at Phil McGroin, before smiling and throwing his arms wide, taking in the adulation of the crowds.

Carson: And introducing his opponent, from Barry, South Wales, he weighs in at 195lbs. He is the 4CW Custom Cup Champion ... “TOP GUUNNN” .... TOMMYYYYY YOOOUUNNGGGG!!!!

Young begins to saunter down the ramp, clapping hands with everyone he can reach, singing along with the verse. As he hits the main floor, he singles out a young boy near the front and puts his sunglasses on the excited child. Turning back to the ring he climbs the stairs and hops over the top rope, spins around a few times and poses for the hard cam with arms outstretched.

The music finally fades and Tommy moves to the opposite corner from McGroin and takes off his jacket, handing it to a stage hand before limbering up a bit. Anna Molly moves to both competitors in turn, checking hands, straps and the like, making sure all is good, before calling for the bell.

DING! DING!

Phoenix: Here we go!

Young and McGroin begin to circle each other, hands out ready to react to each others moves. Suddenly McGroin makes a quick move back towards a pillar, Tommy reacting half a second behind and runs to his closest pillar. Unfortunately for Tommy, this was a ploy by McGroin, who rocks back towards Tommy, grabbing him by his hair as he begins climbing the corner post, slamming him back on his back and head.

Jeffrey: Phil McGroin showing a veteran level of cunning there!

McGroin plays to the crowd a bit, tapping his temple and smirking as the boos rain down on him before stamping a mudhole into the downed Young. Referee Anna Molly quickly comes along side and begins her count, actually pulling McGroin away after she hits four. McGroin begins mouthing off at her, giving Young the few seconds he needed to roll out and recover his equilibrium.

Jumping back onto the ring edge, he meets McGroin with a forearm to the face as he charges back at him, allowing Young to hop over both the rope and the startled McGroin, run for the opposite ropes, bounce back at full speed and hit another clubbing forearm. McGroin manages to stay standing due to his proximity to the ropes only, And bounces back with a wild swing of his own, thumping his forearm into the younger man's chest.

Phoenix: Both competitors are going hard trying to ware each other down. Who'll have enough energy to go for the ropes?

Young and McGroin begin to exchange brutal impacts of forearm strikes, punches and kicks in the middle of the ring, neither giving an inch and neither going down, both realising the importance of this match. After a particularly brutal kick from Young, McGroin manages to catch Youngs next strike before falling into a codebreaker on Youngs arm. The young man bounces up with a shout, clutching his arm to himself, trying to rub some feeling into it, but McGroin continues his attack with a wrist lock, forcing the arm back behind Youngs back. Young fights back with some elbow strikes to the head and after the third manages to break the hold and get a little distance.

Roberts: McGroin has decided to target Youngs right arm.
Jeffrey: What you're seeing here Roberts, is textbook tactics from the man who made a cow tap out!

Young decides to try to keep his distance whilst also keeping his injured arm away from his antagonist. He lashes out with several quick kicks, nothing too impactful, but they do keep McGroin at bay, trying to duck inside. A few near misses gives McGroin the confidence to move in closer, but Young suckers him with a heavy Enzigiuri followed quickly by a Pele kick!

McGroin goes down, stunned! Young looks around and moves to the closest pillar, still holding and stretching his arm out.

Roberts: Has Young got the strength in that arm to climb?

He quickly climbs the turn buckle and reaches out for the scaffolding. He flinches as his hurt arm takes on weight but manages to climb up to the cross ropes, 15 feet above the ring. With a grimace of pain he begins his trek towards the prize, arm over arm, his legs dangling, right into the arms of Phil McGroin, who's managed to shake the cobwebs out and regain his feet. With a yank, he pulls Young down from the ropes and open hand slaps him in the face, startling the young man.

McGroin follows this up with an Irish Whip to the corner, before hitting a heavy lariat, taking the champion down. Before Young gets a chance to react at all, McGroin pulls him to his feet again and sets up for a suplex. Young is sent head over heels and lands hard on the opposite side of the ring, clutching his back. McGroin, sensing he has a chance himself to go for the ropes, runs over and drops a heavy elbow into Youngs sternum before rolling the writhing young man under the ropes to drop to the matt below.

With a satisfied look and a rubbing of hands, McGroin begins his climb. The crowd are heavy in their displeasure at this turn of events and McGroin even stops when he reaches the top turnbuckle to harangue them a little.

Phoenix: McGroin is taking his time here. He obviously feels he's got this all wrapped up.
Jeffrey: Of course! Few can stand up to the punishment he's dished out to that upstart!
Roberts: You know you should never count out Tommy Young at a time like this!
Jeffrey: *Sigh* Please just Shut up Roberts... For once!

McGroin has reached the ropes by now and has begun his own way towards the centre. A shout, or different timbre to the crowds noise, alerts him and he attempts to look over his shoulder. Tommy stands behind the ropes, a mad gleam in his eye and both hands grabbing the top rope, flexing slightly.

Phoenix: Tommy has some bad intentions!

With a shout, Tommy throws himself up and over the top rope, soaring through the air his forearm outstretched, aimed squarely at McGroins exposed and defenceless back!

Phoenix: ACES HIGH!!! TOMMY HIT ACES HIGH!

Both Competitors tumble to the mat in a wreck, McGroin having tumbled end over end and landed badly on the back of his neck and shoulders, Tommy crashing down on top of him, stunning himself in the process.

Referee Anna Molly looks on in dismay, looks over at the timekeepers table where the Hardcore belt is sitting, then shrugs and drops to her knees!

Jeffrey: What the hell is she doing?!

ONE! TWO! THREE!

Anna Molly Calls for the bell and runs to the ring ropes where she is met by a confused Carson. A quick conversation later and...

DING! DING! DING!

Carson: Here is your new Hardcore Champion, “TOP GUNN”, TOMMYYY YOOOUUUNNGGG!!!

The crowd go wild at this unexpected turn of events and Camera Man just stands there, speechless!

Roberts: HAHAHA!! 24/7 rules, of course!! So there's you're answer Ray!!
Jeffrey: * Spluttering* But... Wait... How.... GAH!!!!

Neither competitor has moved at all during this and only now stirrings begin to happen as McGroin pushes Young off his body and rolls over, apparently none the wiser as to what just happened! Young coughs and begins to push himself up too. They both make their feet at the same time, both swaying a little, before McGroin charges!

Roberts: Looks like neither of them know what's just happened! Won't that be a nice surprise for after the match, eh Jeffrey?
Jeffrey: GNNNNGGG!!

Tommy ducks the attempted clothes line and runs the ropes himself, again ducking a wild swing as both competitors charge back at each other before rebounding again and hitting a perfect cross body block, knocking what wind McGroin had managed to recover out of him again.

Tommy seems to be getting his second wind and the crowd sense this, cheering louder in support of their hero. Tommy Jumps up to the top turnbuckle again, but this time instead of climbing, he turns and, tapping his elbow, leaps into the air, dropping a perfect flying elbow drop into McGroins chest. McGroin coughs as he tries to suck in air. Tommy is slamming the matt, adrenaline really beginning to pump. He jumps up again, climbs to the opposite turnbuckle and measures his opponent carefully, breathing heavily.

Suddenly, Camera Man is on the apron, sliding into the ring, grabbing desperately at McGroin. He manages to drag the woozy man out of the ring before Tommy has a chance to make his move. Tommy just shrugs and decides to start climbing again. Camera Man is trying to get some life back into his boss as Tommy just keeps climbing.

Jeffrey: Uuh, where's he going?

McGroin shakes his head and manages to steady himself on the edge of the ring, but all eyes are on Tommy Young, who's just climbed up and past the ropes.

Roberts: This doesn't look good...

Tommy reaches the top of the structure, standing tall more than 20 feet off the ground. He does his Target lock taunt as, suddenly aware of something amiss, both McGroin and Camera man follow everyone else's gaze upwards.

Phoenix: Oh, God! DON'T DO IT TOMMY!!!

Whether he heard it or not, Tommy smiles and let's fly with a five star frogsplash from the top of the structure, right on top of the two men!

Phoenix: I Can't believe he did that! Bombs Away from over 20 feet in the air!
Jeffrey: I swear that kids got a death wish!!

Even with the close mics, the commentary team is barely audible over the masses of people in full voice as a HOLY SHIT chant echoes across the arena!

Some paramedics come rushing from backstage to check on the three men, but Tommy, clutching his lower chest is already sitting up against the fences, laughing at his latest death defying stunt, many fans patting his shoulder and cheering him on.

The paramedics swarm over the two downed men as Tommy slowly crawls back to the ring, a little blood trickling down his noes. Gingerly he reaches for a scaffold and tries to pull himself up. On the second try he manages to regain his feet, though he is obviously in tremendous pain. Never the less, Tommy begins to climb.

There's a commotion from behind him, but Tommy just ignores it and continues the arduous climb.

Roberts: Holy hell! Phil McGroin is moving!
Jeffrey: Haha! I keep telling you, no one is as tough as Phil McGroin! The mark of a true champion!

McGroin is indeed moving, or crawling anyway to the other end of the ring where he begins his own climb up the scaffold. The crowd begin a THIS IS AWESOME chant as both competitors refuse to give up, slowly climbing up 15 feet to the cross ropes. With obvious effort from both men, they both at the same time grab a rope and begin moving hand over hand towards the hanging belt.

With willpower born of desperation, Tommy manages to reach the middle first, but McGroin is right behind on the rope to the right of him. McGroin smashes a foot into the small of Youngs back in an effort to dislodge the young man, but Tommy, with the agility of a born gymnast, twists his own body around, allowing for a spinning heal kick to strike Mcgroin in the chest. McGroin yells in pain but hold on, swinging himself forwards and backwards to give his next punt kick more power. Tommy, unable to effectively dodge, loses grip on one hand and McGroin shouts in triumph, expecting the younger man to fall away.

Instead, Tommy manages to twist his wrist to allow him to face McGroin more fully, lashing out with a wild strike that hits McGroin square in the temple, slightly dazing the challenger. With a mighty effort, Young manages to grab hold of the rope that McGroin is dangling from. Despite the slightly skewed angle, Young manages to get both feet under him and with a mighty swing, kicks out at McGroin, double stomping him right in the chest. The crowd roar as McGroins grip fails and he falls away to land against the ropes.

Tommy swings around again and swings his legs up to grip the ropes on the other side of the belt, giving his arms a break and allowing him the freedom to pull the Custom Cup Championship free. Releasing his grip, Tommy falls to the matt, his legs collapsing beneath him as he cradles the belt. Referee Anna Molly calls for the bell, again!

DING! DING! DING!

Carson: Here is your winner, and still Custom Cup Champion, Top Gun, TOMMYYY YOOOOOOOUUUUUUNNNNGGGG!!!!!

The crowd roar in delight as Tommy sits there, breathing hard. Anna Molly reaches over the ropes and retrieves the Hardcore belt from a stage hand. McGroin, who's still in the ring, reaches out to take the belt, but she brushes past him and walks up the Tommy, who looks a little confused. Anna goes down on her haunches holds out the belt, quickly explaining what happened.

Phoenix: Well, after such a hard fought battle, Tommy learns he is now a double champ!
Roberts: And no one deserves it more, in my opinion!
Jeffrey: It's a shame your opinion is worth jack shit though Roberts!

McGroin's confusion begins to turn to anger, and then to rage as the young man seems to laugh as he receives the belt. Then understanding dawns on him and he rolls out of the ring.

Anna helps Tommy to his feet amid the screaming, and allows Anna to lift his arm in victory, both belts draped across his shoulders.

Suddenly, McGroin is there, his steel chair in hand, and wallops Young across the back!

Jeffrey: Hah! I always say you need to watch your back around the real Hardcore Champion!

Young goes down like a sack of potatoes and McGroin quickly rolls him over for the pin. With a look of disgust on her face, Anna drops down and counts.

ONE! TWO! THREE!

DING! DING! DING!

McGroin rips the Hardcore Belt from Tommy and rolls out of the ring amid a torrent of boos and jeers from the crowd.

Carson: Here is your winner and NEW 4CW Hardcore Champion, PHIL MCGROIN!!

McGroin: MY BELT!! MY FUCKING BELT!!

McGroin shouts towards the ring as he back pedals up the ramp. Tommy sits up and grimaces as he rubs the back if his head, Anna Molly still at his side as the camera cuts backstage where Gabriel Crowe is standing by. The camera pans to show all six members of The Supergroup, with Zak E Justice ready to speak.

Crowe: Ladies and gentlemen, I am here live joined by all six members of The Supergroup! Zak, you requested this time because you have an announcement, right?
Justice: You know it, bro. You see, the history of The Supergroup is incredibly... *looks at hand* illustrious and *looks at hand again* storied. Right. So, basically, bro, we thought people need to know our story.

Nik Waverly leans in.

Waverly: So what that means, bro, is we're going to be filming an all-access, deep-cut documentary of the best Supergroup in 4CW history! The highs bro, and the lows. And we spoke to General Manager Sery and he loves the idea, bro.
Justice: Yeah, Sery is a brotastic GM. And with his blessing, we were given some funding. We have hired the one and only Brad Croft to create our documentary!
Crowe: ....Who?

Justice and Waverly look at each other and roll their eyes.

Justice: Do you even documentary, bro? The bro should be called a Brocumentarian. Brad Croft! With such amazing works as Foresaken Plant: The Unfair Demonization of The Tobacco Plant, The Life And Times Of The Wrestler Robert Smith and ... *looks at hand a third time* The Documentary Maker's Guide To A Documentary Maker's Guide. He's gonna create an utter masterpiece that will show everyone how brospirational our story is!
Crowe: ...OK... well, good luck with that.
Justice: Thanks bro. I'll tell you what, since you're such a big fan, you can have this.

Justice pulls a sweaty headband off his head and slaps it on Crowe's. Crowe grimaces.

Justice: How do you feel man?
Crowe: I can literally feel your sweat seeping into my pores.

Justice frowns.

Justice: Bro, like, you do you... but I'm not into you that way.

Justice walks off, weirded out, and the rest of The Supergroup follow, shaking their heads.

Crowe: No ... I - but -

Crowe pulls off the ridiculous headband and throws it, scowling as he walks off screen.

"Roadgame" by Kavinsky hits the PA system. The crowd cheer as the groovy beats hit, and cheer even more when the Synth City Thrillers come out on to the stage, bopping along with the music.

Carson: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and will determine the #1 contenders to the 4CW Tag Team Championships. Introducing first, from London, England, weighing in at a combined weight of 454lbs ... DEVON DRUMMOND ... REUBEN KOJO ... THE SYNTH CITYYYYYYY ... THRILLERS!!

On the stage, both Drummond and Kojo do a little running man jig, followed by a spin on the spot and a fist bump. Then, they continue to groove as they come down the ramp.

Phoenix: It's great to see that at least out of Rhys Cain's School of Wrestling came these two great talents! They know how to have a good time, and they know how to get business done in the ring! And the best part is, they haven't been brainwashed like the rest of Cain's students!
Roberts: They certainly are a unique combination - with Drummond's submission expertise and Kojo's striking prowess, they make a fantastic team that covers all bases!

Drummond and Kojo roll into the ring and go to opposite turnbuckles, pumping up the crowd by asking them to raise the roof, of which there of course is not one, but they turn up the volume anyway for the boogie-enducing tag team.

"Eternal Lotus" by RUDE. hits the PA system. The crowd give a big pop to Synth City Thrillers' opponents, who are also crowd favourites, as The Sea Witch and The Silent Senshi come out on to the stage, and communicate silently to each other, giving some last-minute pep... expressions.

Carson: And their opponents, from Osaka, Japan, weighing in at a combined weight of 332lbs... TSUKIKO MIZUNO ... OKI-KIRA ... SILEEEEENT SOOORCERYYY!!

Kiko and Kira head down to the ring, acknowledging the fan adulation as they go, before rolling into the ring. They stare down their opponents, on the opposite side of the ring as their music fades.

Phoenix: Honour and respect are mantras that Silent Sorcery live by - and they are deadly serious when it comes to their in-ring ability. One of these two tag teams will get a future 4CW Tag Team Championship match, and with Silent Sorcery having a taste of gold for a short time last year, and Synth City looking to make a lasting impact here in 4CW, both these teams will be desperate to take advantage of this opportunity!
Jeffrey: Well said, Scott. And these two teams certainly match each other. It'll be interesting to see who can eke out the victory tonight!
Roberts: Sorcery have the experience, and Synth City have the momentum!

The referee calls for the bell! No-one goes to the corner. Instead, both teams reach the center of the ring. Kojo and Drummond extend their hands, and Kira and Kiko look at each other momentarily, before simultaneously shaking a hand each of their opponents. The crowd cheer the sportsmanship on display, and then Kira goes to the apron, as does Kojo, as the match begins with Kiko and Drummond locking up in the center of the ring.

Phoenix: Great respect and sportsmanship shown there by both teams, and this one is underway!

Kiko and Drummond go back and forth with the grapple until Drummond overpowers The Sea Witch and locks in a headlock. Almost immediately, Kiko rolls out of the move and takes a leaf out of her partner's book, spinning on the spot and sweeping Drummond's legs from behind. Drummond drops down and Kiko immediately transitions into a standing moonsault - but Drummond rolls out of the way and Kiko eats mat! Drummond is quick to mount Kiko and lock in a single leg boston crab!

Kiko immediately rolls out of the move, sending Drummond flying. They both jump back to their feet and near enough the same time and charge towards one another. Drummond throws a spinning back fist, but Kiko matrix-ducks out of the way, standing back up behind Drummond and hits a bridging German suplex! The referee slides in to count! ONE ... TWO ... NO! Drummond kicks out! The crowd explode in cheers at that thrilling opening exchange.

Phoenix: Wow! What an opening exchange! That went by so fast I could barely keep up!

Kiko gets back up to her feet first but changes tact and tags in Oki-Kira. Kira jumps into the ring as Drummond stumbles up, clutching his neck. Drummond double-takes when he sees how close Kira is, but Kira motions for Drummond to tag in his partner, as he wants a fresh opponent. Drummond does so and Kojo steps into the ring, as the crowd buzzes at the combination of the two unique strikers facing off.

Phoenix: These two men love to strike! The question is, who's strikes are more devastating?!

Kojo starts off the strikes right off the bat with an open-handed chop to Kira's chest. Kira withstands the blow fairly well, and retaliates with a shoot kick to the leg of Kojo. Kojo seethes and hops on the spot for a moment, before coming back with a right jab. Kira stumbles back, but withholds, and hits another shoot kick. Then another. And a fourth. Kojo retreats and Kira advances, but the momentary bit of space allows Kojo the opportunity to hit an uppercut, which knocks Kira down to the mat!

Roberts: Brutal uppercut from King Kojo!

Kojo tries to drop an elbow, but Kira rolls backwards and back to his feet. He hits the kneeling Kojo with a spinning heel kick and Kojo goes down! Kira hooks the leg! ONE ... TWO ... NO! Kojo kicks out! Kira gets up and so does Kojo, with a burst of adrenaline. They run at each other and Kira takes out Kojo with a Japanese arm drag! They both get back up and Kira hits a second Japanese arm drag! Kira rolls back up to a standing position and runs at Kojo with a Kinshasa attempt, but Kojo swiftly rolls out of the way!!

Phoenix: That was close! Kojo was an inch away from being knocked out!

Kira recovers from his missed attempt quickly, but Kojo is ready, and hits a SPINNING HEAD KICK!!

Phoenix: THERE'S THE KOJO KICK! Out of nowhere! This has got to be it!

Kojo kneels down to pin when suddenly "Black Flame" by Bury Tomorrow hits the PA system! The crowd start to boo loudly as this can only mean one thing! Drummond walks around the ring and goes to the bottom of the ramp, in a battle stance! Kojo leans on the ropes waiting. And then, Bruce Rigg and Garret Fischer step out through the curtain!

Phoenix: What the hell are The Liberation doing out here? There's a match going on here!
Roberts: Well, whatever the reason they are out here is, it can't be a good thing!

Drummond is seething on the ramp as he sees them, daring the two Black Flame members to come down and have a go. They simply stand on the stage, however, staring down the Synth City Thrillers! And then, out of nowhere, OKI-KIRA ROLLS UP KOJO FROM BEHIND! ONE ... TWO ... THREE!!

Carson: Here are your winners, SILEEENT SOOORCERY!!

"Eternal Lotus" by RUDE. hits the PA system. Kojo stands back up, shocked by the sudden loss and Drummond spins around, realizing what has just happened. Silent Sorcery regroup on the outside of the ring, celebrating their victory with each other.

Phoenix: The Liberation just cost Synth City a shot at the Tag Titles!
Jeffrey: I'm not saying that isn't true, Scott, but EVERYONE knows you NEVER take your eyes off your opponents! Rookie mistake by Reuben Kojo!
Roberts: But look at this - Synth City aren't having fun anymore!!

Kojo had rolled out of the ring and, after a quick glance at Drummond, the two of them storm up the ramp in chase of The Liberation! Rigg and Fischer stand firm on the stage and the two teams COLLIDE in an all out flurry of strikes!

Phoenix: Synth City and Liberation are brawling all over that stage! Oh!!

Kojo is thrown into the stage LCD screen by Rigg and hits hard! Drummond lays into Fischer, before Rigg joins the battle and grabs Drummond from behind, taking him out with a German suplex on the stage!! Suddenly, Silent Sorcery are on their way up the ramp! At this point, The Liberation decide to retreat backstage! Silent Sorcery stop at Synth City's sides and check on them.

Phoenix: Well, Silent Sorcery stopped that from being uglier than it could have been - but Liberation clearly made a statement that they have a problem with the Thrillers!
Roberts: Silent Sorcery are now the #1 contenders however, and they will face the winners of the Tag Title match tonight between reigning champs Umbra Maxima and challengers S&M!

We cut backstage where Marie Dubois is standing by, looking very annoyed and disgusted at her guest, Rhys Cain.

Dubois: Ladies and gentlemen, it is my.... duty... to introduce to you, 4CW Hall of Famer, Rhys Cain. Cain, you requested this time, but since you're here, I do have a question anyway: Did you send The Liberation out there to attack Synth City Thrillers just moments ago?

Cain raises a brow and shakes his head disappointingly.

Cain: Sweet, sweet Marie... you should know better than to ask me that... OF COURSE I DID.

Marie Dubois scowls in disgust and Cain feigns shock.

Cain: Oh, you don't like that, Miss Dubois? Well, the thing is, The Black Flame does not discriminate. It cleanses all that needs to be cleansed. The Synth City Thrillers are damn good. I know, because I taught them everything they know. And how do they repay me? By deciding they don't need my tutelage anymore. Well, that's fine. I respect men who can stand for their own ideals - as long as they can respect that I will stand for mine. The Liberation were personally insulted by Synth City abandoning us and signing with 4CW independently, so I encouraged them to go and let their feelings be known.

Dubois: So, what? Anyone who trains at your school either works with you or against you?

Cain: You say that, like I'm being unreasonable, darling. Don't you see that the real crime is to manipulate me and use my influence to promote their own careers but only to the extent where it is convenient for them? That is disloyalty. And one thing I can never respect, is disloyalty. So Synth City Thrillers will be saved, whether they like it or not and now I'm going back to my locker room to prepare for my match. How about you come along and help me relax, Miss Dubois?

Marie Dubois gasps in disgust at this latest comment and steps back.

Dubois: And you say you can't respect disloyalty? You're a married man, you disgusting creep.

Cain: Oh, come on, now, Marie... don't tell me you've never thought about it.

Dubois: *scoffs* you really we’re always a monster, weren't you? And now people know the truth, it’ll come back to haunt you.

Cain's eyes flash.

Cain: Oh yeah? You like talking dirty, huh?

Dubois, visibly repulsed at this point, drops the mic and walks off in frustration. Cain, having gotten the reaction he wanted, chuckles smugly as he leaves for his locker room.

Carson: The following contest is schedule for one fall and it is a STEEL CAGE match for the 4CW Universal Championship! The only ways to win this match are via pinfall, submission or escaping the cage over the top with both feet touching the ringside floor.

Big pop from the crowd for the arrival of this match. The lights beat steadily as the steel cage comes down from the rafters and surrounds the ring. And then, without further ado, "Wherever I May Roam by Yashin hits the PA system. Brian White comes out on to the stage, with Miss Teri at his side, but notably missing the Universal Championship.

Carson: Introducing first, the challenger, being accompanied by Miss Teri, from Barry, Wales, weighing in at 400lbs, 4CW Hall of Famer ... BRIAN ... THE FREIGHT TRAAAAAIN ... WHIIITE!!

Phoenix: Here comes The Freight Train! At Revival, he lost the 4CW Universal Championship to Jack Valentine! Tonight, he has the ultimate opportunity to take it back!
Roberts: And with this being a cage match, I think this favours White! Valentine is going to be confined with this behemoth!
Jeffrey: Well, let's not forget that Valentine beat White last time they were in the ring together! I'm not so sure Valentine is the one that will feel trapped, given he's smaller, faster and more agile!

White and Teri reach the bottom of the ramp. White looks up at the cage and then steps up on to the apron and through the door, into the ring. Miss Teri goes around and sits near the commentary desk, though she is only there as a spectator.

"Supernova Goes Pop" by Powerman 5000 hits the PA system. Mad Dog steps out on to the stage, the 4CW Universal Championship strapped around his waist.

Carson: And his opponent, from Atlantic City, New Jersey, weighing in at 220lbs, 4CW Hall of Famer and 4CW Universal Champion, JACK ... MAD DOOOOOG ... VALENTIIIINE!!

Valentine's wrists are taped in black and up starting up around his thumb and down to his forearm. He wears long skin tight black and red wrestling pants and black boots. He’s holding a white towel in his right hand, and is sure to show off the championship as he heads down the ramp.

Phoenix: And what a night Valentine had at Revival! It started badly, as during his match with White, he lost the 4CW Hardcore Championship - but by the end of that match, he was the victor, picking up his second Universal Championship!
Roberts: And Valentine has had a glorious time since returning to 4CW, big wins, championships and of course, being inducted into the Hall of Fame. A win tonight would only solidify everything he's worked for, for the past year!
Jeffrey: I'd say these two could blow the roof of the place, but we don't have a roof! So let's just say they could raise the sky tonight!

Valentine rolls into the ring after eyeing up the cage and looks over at White, who looks ready to go. Smirking, Valentine goes into his corner, unhooks the belt from his waist and raises it high in the air, letting everyone know for sure who the champion is tonight. The referee takes the belt and has words with both men, going over the rules, and then, without further ado, he calls for the bell!

Valentine saunters towards the middle of the ring but what he doesn't expect is for Brian White to come out all guns blazing. Before Valentine can even register what is happening, White flies towards him and hits THE RUNAWAY TRAIN!!!

Phoenix: Oh my god!! Is that it?!
Roberts: White got the Runaway Train spear!!

White hooks the leg and the referee counts! ONE ... TWO ... THRE---NO!! VALENTINE KICKS OUT!! The crowd exclaim in gasps as the threat of a seconds long match ends. Valentine rolls away from White, reeling at the bad start to the match and White, hopeful he would get the win catching Valentine off-guard but also not too surprised that he was able to kick out, gets back up to his feet and continues to stalk Valentine.

Phoenix: Well, well! That was very fast! And Valentine may have survived, but he's in trouble straight from the off! How does he recover from such a disastrous start?
Roberts: I think, crucially, he just needs to create some space right now - but White isn't going to let that happen! And even if he did, that "space" is limited to the confines of the cage!

White clubs the back of Valentine several times, forcing him to retreat in the corner. Then White stands up Valentine in the corner and shushes the crowd, before delivering an ear-splitting knife-edge chop that echoes around the arena and is followed by a low groan from the crowd. White unleashes a second and third chop of similar velocity, and then whips Valentine into the opposite corner! Valentine hits the buckle chest first and stumbles backwards, but only falls into the clutches of White once again, who lifts him from the side and hits a Pavement Slam! White hooks the leg! ONE ... TWO ... NO! Valentine kicks out!

Phoenix: Valentine is showing great resiliency here, but it doesn't change the fact that White has got him cornered and in big trouble! Every big shot Valentine takes will make it harder to kick out! And he's got no option to roll out of the ring, like we've seen him do many times before!

White picks up Valentine and locks him in a side headlock, wrenching tightly and trying to wear down the smaller man, who eventually falls to his knees. White comes down with him to continue to apply the pressure, but Valentine manages to wriggle free and swiftly get to his feet. Shaking off the cobwebs, Valentine runs to the ropes and comes back with a dropkick to the back of White's head, knocking him to the mat.

Phoenix: Valentine with a bit of breathing room with that dropkick!

Valentine takes a moment and then gets back to his feet, but instead of continuing to attack White, he turns to the ropes and starts to climb the cage!

Jeffrey: And this is why Valentine is the smartest man in wrestling! He's halfway up already! Go Mad Dog!
Roberts: Has Valentine outsmarted White?!

Not quite. Valentine almost gets to the top of the cage wall when White is suddenly pulling him back down by grabbing his foot. Valentine holds on but one big YANK from White sends him crashing back down. Valentine manages to nimbly land on his feet however and runs to the ropes. He comes back at White full speed - but The Freight Train lifts a boot in the air and hits Valentine right in the face!

Phoenix: Big Boot!

Valentine gets back up to his feet but is swiftly scooped back up by White who takes him out this time with a body slam and then runs to the ropes and comes back with a running splash! White crushes Valentine with his 400lbs and hooks the leg! ONE ... TWO ... NO!! Valentine kicks out!

Roberts: White is on fire, but Valentine is proving difficult to beat!
Jeffrey: Of course he's difficult to beat, he's the champion on the universe, idiot!

White decides he's had enough of playing games. He gets up, roughly ragdolls Valentine back to his feet, then lifts him on his shoulders, runs and LAWN DARTS VALENTINE INTO THE CAGE WALL!.

Phoenix: Flesh - meets - steel!
Roberts: Things go from bad to worse for Valentine - look, his nose is busted open!
Jeffrey: The Mad Dog is the most dangerous when he's cornered, mark my words!

Valentine stumbles away from White and falls into the ropes, his bloody nose now visible. White charges at Valentine but Mad Dog instinctively moves out of the way and White runs head-first into steel. White shakes it off pretty well and turns to face his opponent, but Valentine is one step ahead as he hits White with a superkick! White stands tall so Valentine throws in a series of brutal forearm smashes, and White eventually falls on to the rope for support.

Phoenix: Valentine bringing in those brutal strikes to try and find an opening here!

Valentine grabs the groggy White and hits the INVERTED DDT!!

Phoenix: FLEA SHOT!! Valentine has White down!!
Jeffrey: PIN HIM, JACK!

Valentine doesn't need telling twice and does exactly that! ONE ... TWO ... TH-- NO!! WHITE KICKS OUT!

Phoenix: White is still in this, but look - Valentine is going to climb again!!

Valentine stumbles over to the ropes and starts the climb up the cage! He climbs and climbs - and White groggily starts to get to his feet! Valentine climbs up to the top of thw wall! Suddenly, White has his leg. Unable to pull Valentine down, White instead lifts the leg and smashes it repeatedly into the cage wall!!

Phoenix: Turnabout's fair play! Remember at Revival, Valentine specifically targeted White's leg and it won him the Universal title!

After four shots to the steel, Valentine gives way and falls back inside the cage, landing on White, who readjusts and lifts Valentine on to his shoulder, before dropping down to his knees to hit a backbreacker, using his shoulder as the weapon!

Phoenix: That's a hell of a fall and a slam for Valentine!

White hooks the leg! ONE ... TWO ... TH-- NO!! VALENTINE KICKS OUT!! White shows frustration for the first time as he punches the mat, but he wastes no time in picking Valentine back up and locking him into the bearhug!!

Phoenix: That backbreaker Valentine just took will do him no favours in this submission!
Roberts: Valentine has to find a way out of this fast!

Valentine writhes in agony as he tries to use his body weight against White to inch him closer to the cage wall! White wrenches as he stumbles back, but the plan works for Valentine, who grabs the cage wall and tries to pull himself free of the bearhug! He pulls himself up the cage to the point where his legs are free, and uses his good leg to kick White in the face, separating the two. White stumbles away as Valentine climbs up the cage!

Phoenix: Another attempt for Valentine!

White once again approaches Valentine and clubs the injured leg, stopping him mid-climb. Valentine lands on the top rope, and almost loses his balance, but then jumps off and lands on White, taking him out with a hurricanrana!! Both White and Valentine lay feet apart, chests heaving, and the frenetic crowd breaking into a "THIS IS AWESOME" chant around them.

Roberts: This Phoenix crowd is absolutely right - THIS - IS - AWESOME!

Valentine gets back up to his feet first, limping. Immediately, he goes back to the cage and starts to climb again. Slowly, with his leg threatening to give way at any moment, he ascends. White is back up in time for Valentine to get his hands on the top of the wall, before the leg is once again clubbed! Valentine withstands the pain, flailing his bad leg wildly in the hopes of catching White. He does, and White stumbles away, allowing Valentine to sit atop the cage wall!

Jeffrey: He's almost there! Up and over, buddy!

Valentine sits on the cage wall, heaving with exhaustion, and looks down at White already coming back for more. Resigned to what he has to do, Valentine STANDS UP ON THE CAGE WALL!! Then, with his back facing the ring, HE LAUNCHES HIMSELF BACKWARDS INTO A MOONSAULT, FALLING INTO THE RING AND TAKING OUT BRIAN WHITE!!

Phoenix: OH MY GOOOOD!!!
Roberts: He's dead! They are both dead! They have to be!
Jeffrey: GET SOME HELP OUT HERE FOR CHRIST SAKE!

Valentine and White are both unmoving, except for Valentine's arm, which limply lands on top of White's chest! The referee COUNTS! ONE ... TWO ... THREE!!!

Carson:: Here is your winner and STILL 4CW Universal Champion ... JACK ... MAD DOOOOG ... VALENTINE!!

“Supernova Goes Pop” by Powerman 5000 hits the PA system. The cage is raised as Valentine gets up to a sitting position, groggy and dazed as the referee grabs the belt from a ringside assistant and hands it to Valentine.

Jeffrey: YESSS!!
Phoenix: Wow! That was full throttle from the first second!!
Roberts: Valentine just sacrificed everything for the ultimate victory!!

Valentine buries his bloodied face into the title and the crowd begrudgingly applaud the incredible match despite the less than desired winner. White rolls out of the ring and Miss Teri checks on him.

Phoenix: Jack Valentine has done it again! He has beaten Brian White and retained the Universal Title!
Roberts: Is there anyone on a better roll right now? The past year has been phenomenal for Valentine!
Jeffrey: He is simply living up to what he’s always claimed to be - the best in the world - scratch that, the best in the universe!

“Good Times” by Finger Eleven suddenly interrupts Valentine’s theme and the crowd erupts.

Phoenix: Now hold on just a minute!

The crowd pop loud as SUPREME steps out on to the stage!

Roberts: It’s Supreme! A lot of history between these two guys!
Jeffrey: You don’t think - ...

Supreme has a mic in hand and his music dies as he speaks.

Supreme: Hey, Jack. Funny how we keep bumping into each other, isn’t it? The last time we were together it was allied, in a war that we won. However, since then, we’ve both gone places. You, and kudos to you, have captured the 4CW Universal Title and I made history by becoming the first ever Lightning in the Bottle holder...

Jeffrey: I don’t like where he’s going with this...

Supreme: So now we’ve reached a crossroads. See, the contract inside this bottle allows me a title match at any time, for any title, at any place. And it just so happens that the place I want is here, the time I want is now, and the title I want - the ONLY title I need - is sitting in your hands! So it’s TIME to let the lightning out of the bottle!!

Phoenix: You know what that means! Supreme is getting his title match right now!
Jeffrey: This is an absolute outrage!

Supreme storms down to the ring and hands the bottle to an official. Jack Valentine, still clutching the belt, leans against the turnbuckle in the corner, attempting to recover from the war he just endured.

The referee takes the championship from Valentine (who instinctively tries to keep his grip) and raises it in the air, before handing it to a ringside assistant, giving some final words to the two competitors and calling for the bell!

Ding ding ding!

Phoenix: And here we go!

Valentine tries to come flying out of the gates as he hobbles with speed over at Supreme but Supreme simply spins on the spot and hits the ROARING ELBOW!!

Phoenix: SUPREME ANNOYANCE! That’s it!!

Supreme covers the champion!

ONE ... TWO ...

NO!! VALENTINE KICKS OUT!!

Phoenix: NO! Valentine still has some fight left in him!

Supreme looks shocked beyond measure at the kick out. It only takes him a moment to recover however and jump right back on the attack. He picks up Valentine - who suddenly fights back with a flurry of strikes! Punch after punch, a chop and a forearm smash!

Jeffrey: Come on, Mad Dog!!

Valentine throws his leg up for a super kick, but Supreme narrowly avoids it! Supreme then grabs Valentine from behind and spins him around! Supreme hooks Valentine - Fisherman Suplex!! He holds the bridge!!

Phoenix: SUPREME COMPROMISE!!! ONE ... TWO ... THREE!! HE’S DONE IT!

Carson: Here is your winner and the NEEEEEEW 4CW UNIVERSAL CHAMPION ... SUUUUUPREME!!

“Good Times” by Finger Eleven hits the PA. The crowd are roaring with shock and excitement as Supreme is handed the Universal Championship! Supreme falls to his knees and holds the belt up high!

Phoenix: Supreme has made history tonight!! For the first time in ten years, 4CW has a NEW GRAND SLAM CHAMPION!!
Roberts: Supreme is synonymous with 4CW and he deserves this honour after that win at Revival and his quick thinking tonight!
Jeffrey: This is just not fair! Valentine was on the roll of his career!
Phoenix: Them’s the breaks, I’m afraid!

Confetti falls from the rafters as the new Grand Slam Champion holds the belt up on the top of the turnbuckle. The camera pans the arena and the ring one more time before we fade.

"Head Like A Hole" by Miley Cyrus hits the PA system. Out comes, to a big pop, the one and only Senecca and the effervescent Dirk Meyer step out on to the stage. They walk to the edge of the stage, then stop and look at each other. Then, they both whirl their arms dramatically and point back to the curtain - and OUT COMES MARQUIS THE MOOSE!! The moose gets a humongous pop as he towers over S&M. Meyer smooths Marquis' face and they all come down the ramp confidently.

Carson: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the 4CW Tag Team Championships! Introducing first, being accompanied to the ring by MARQUIS THE MOOSE ... weighing in at a combined weight of 570lbs ... SENECCA ... DIRK MEYER ... S AAAAAAND M!!!!

Jeffrey: Marquis the Moose is back!
Phoenix: Umbra Maxima are the longest reigning 4CW Tag Team Champions of all time, both in individual and combined reigns. They have defeated the likes of The Liberation, Silent Sorcery, Synth City Thrillers and Murder of Crows, but they have stood strong through it all! However, there is one team they haven't beat and that is S&M, who happen to be the tag team with the most reigns as former three-time 4CW Tag Champions!
Roberts: Which leads to tonight, where either we get our first-ever four-time 4CW Tag Team Champions, or Umbra Maxima continue the most dominant run in history! Either way, it'll be a historic first-ever clash between the two teams!

With Marquis the Moose in the corner terrifying the timekeeper, S&M stand in the ring and hype up the crowd. They both take off their jackets and await their opponents.

"Taking You Down" by Egypt Central hits the PA system and the mood changes as the crowd boo the arrival of the Tag Team Champions. Simtul and Yesgill step out on stage, the belts wrapped tightly around their waists.

Carson: And their opponents, from New York, New York, weighing in at a combined weight of 485lbs, they are the 4CW Tag Team Champions ... ELFAN SIMTUL ... MAXIMILLIAN YESGILL ... UMBRAAAA MAXIMAAAAA!!

Together, the dominant tag champions march down to the ring, and enter without hesitation. They ignore the taunts of S&M as they raise their belts high in the air by the ropes, then hand the titles to the referee Jude O'Cater, who lifts both belts and then hands them to the ringside assistants. After a talk with each team, the referee calls for the bell as each team has one partner go to the apron.

Ding ding ding!

The smaller men from each team goes to the apron, with Senecca and Simtul marching forward to the center of the ring, much to the joy of the crowd, who buzz in anticipation for the clash. The two big men go nose to nose, until Simtul opens up a right hand! Senecca returns with a right hand of his own! Simtul changes tact and knees Senecca in the gut and then clubs him in the back! Senecca burst out of Simtul's grasp and hits him with another right hand! Senecca pie-faces Simtul away, which pisses him off. Simtul charges back but Senecca takes him out with a clothesline!

Phoenix: These two men weigh over 600lbs between them and each blow is like a hammer!

Senecca grabs Simtul and lifts him up, hitting a body slam! Senecca then runs to the ropes and comes back with a big splash! He squashes Simtul and covers! 1... 2... NO! Simtul kicks out! Senecca wastes no time in grabbing Simtul and lifting him up again, but Simtul fights back with an uppercut out of nowhere, and taking out Senecca with a body slam of his own! Simtul then grabs Senecca and whips him into the corner! The big man crashes into the post and slumps slightly, and Simtul charges at Senecca and attempts a Stinger Splash, but Senecca tucks himself in and hits a uranage out of the corner! He covers Simtul! ONE ... TWO ... NO! Simtul kicks out!

Roberts: Senecca showing no ring rust here! He's using every one of his 330lbs and putting them to good use!
Jeffrey: That's true, but Simtul hasn't dominated the tag division for over a year to fall that easily!

Senecca continues his offense, grabbing Simtul and lifting him, before taking him out with a back suplex! Senecca covers again! 1...2... no! Simtul kicks out again! Senecca repeats his strategy and picks up Simtul again. This time, he lifts Simtul in the set up for a Pumphandle Slam, but Simtul wriggles free and lands on his feet before taking out Senecca with a clothesline to the back of the head! He rolls Senecca over and covers! 1...2.... NO! Senecca kicks out!

Phoenix: That was a brutal smack upside the head, but Senecca lives to fight another minute!

Simtul grabs Senecca and attempts to whip him to the corner again, but Senecca reverses the momentum and sends Simtul into the corner instead. Then, he runs after Simtul and takes him out with a corner clothesline! As Simtul stumbles away from the corner, hurt, Senecca tags in his partner, Dirk Meyer.

Phoenix: And here comes Meyer!

Meyer jumps over the rope and into the ring. He runs in from behind Simtul and takes his leg out from behind with a chop block. Simtul crumbles to one knee and Meyer boots the knee and thigh area repeatedly, until the referee starts to count him and he stops. Meyer then grabs Simtul's leg and hits a DDT to the foot!

Phoenix: Meyer always brings a unique offense to a 4CW ring and it's refreshing to see! Simtul loses a lot of strength with an injured leg! Meyer may have even been paying attention to Valentine's battles with White as of late!

With Simtul down, Meyer grabs his legs and positions him under the bottom rope, before falling backwards and catapulting Simtul up into the bottom rope! He then pulls Simtul back away from the ropes and covers! ONE ... TWO ... NO! Simtul kicks out!

Meyer wastes no time in picking Simtul back up! He sets him up for The Eclipse, but Simtul suddenly comes to life, throwing some elbows that hit Meyer in the side of the head. As Meyer falls away, Simtul stumbles over to his corner and TAGS in Yesgill! Yesgill immediately climbs the top rope and jumps off, taking out Meyer with a Flying Clothesline! Yesgill covers Meyer! 1... 2... kickout!

Phoenix: A fresh Yesgill is faster and more agile than just about any wrestler I've seen!

Yesgill and Meyer get back to their feet, Yesgill a moment earlier, and Yesgill launches himself at Meyer, hitting a hurricanrana! Meyer ends up in the corner, slouched under the middle turnbuckle. Yesgill approaches, uses  the top ropes for momentum as he swings and hits a corner dropkick!

Roberts: Crater Creator! This could be all she wrote!

Yesgill rolls Meyer away from the ropes and covers! ONE ... TWO ... NO!! Meyer kicks out again! Yesgill immediately grabs Meyer and stands him up, before executing a picture perfect suplex! Then, realising what he has to do, he goes to the ropes and jumps over on to the apron!

Phoenix: We've seen this before! Is it time for a Booster Descent?!

Meyer groggily gets back to a standing position, as Yesgill jumps up on to the top rope and springboards himself off for a Superman Punch! But Meyer jumps into the air and instead takes out Yesgill with a DROPKICK in mid-air!!

Jeffrey: Wow!
Roberts: That's gotta hurt!
Phoenix: Mid-air dropkick! Yesgill will be hurting after that one!

Meyer crawls over to his partner as Yesgill reels in the corner, clutching his gut in agony. Senecca stretches over the ropes and the tag - IS MADE! Yesgill stands up and stumbles towards the center of the ring as Senecca storms in and takes him out with a BIG BOOT! Yesgill scrambles, mostly on instinct, back to his feet, and is immediately scooped up and taken out with a belly-to-belly suplex!! Senecca covers Yesgill! ONE ... TWO .... NO! Yesgill kicks out!

Phoenix: One has to applaud the stamina and tenacity of Maximillian Yesgill! That dropkick to the gut was enough to put down the toughest of men!

Senecca grabs Meyer and lifts him up on to his shoulders, then HITS THE SAMOAN DRIVER!

Phoenix: SENECCA HITS THE BLACKOUT!! IT'S ALL OVER!!

Senecca covers Yesgill! ONE ... TWO ... THRE--NO! SIMTUL BREAKS THE FALL!! The referee immediately attempts to eject Simtul, who takes his sweet time. In the meantime, Yesgill has a few moments to try and recover. Senecca eventually comes back to his senses and stands up, grabbing Yesgill and the ref, who is still ejecting Simtul, doesn't see Yesgill rake the eyes!

Phoenix: Well, that was uncalled for!
Jeffrey: It ain't cheating if you don't get caught!

Yesgill grabs Senecca and takes him out with a DDT! Simtul suddenly is compliant so the referee can turn and pay attention to Yesgill covering Senecca! ONE ... TWO ... NO!! Senecca kicks out! Yesgill tags in Simtul and Simtul grabs Senecca, unleashing some brutal elbows to the face, before standing him up properly and whipping him into his own corner! As Senecca hits his corner, Meyer slaps him on the back and tags in. Simtul launches forward and hits the STINGER SPLASH on Senecca!!

Phoenix: Total Eclipse!!

Meyer tries to step into the ring as the legal man, but the referee, unaware of the tag, tries to stop him! Yesgill runs into the ring and spears Meyer through the ropes and off the apron, crashing to ringside!! Simtul grabs Senecca and lifts him on the shoulders, then throws him off and hits SHADOW HAMMER!!

Phoenix: SIMTUL HITS THE SHADOW HAMMER!
Roberts: But wait - Meyer made the tag -

Simtul covers Senecca! The referee counts! ONE ... TWO ... THREE!!!

Carson: Here are your winners and STIIILLL 4CW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS ... UMBRAAAA MAXIMAAA!!

"Taking You Down" blasts through the PA again as the champions' victory is celebrated. They are handed the belts by the referee and they leave the ring, holding up both belts at the bottom of the ramp and congratulating each other.

Phoenix: Well, Umbra Maxima have retained! But it certainly was under dubious circumstances! Meyer did make the tag - but the ref missed it!
Roberts: Yeah! Simtul pinned the illegal man! I'm not even sure he knows it, to be quite honest!
Jeffrey: Well, I hate to break it to you, but the referee decision if FINAL! HAHA! UMBRA MAXIMA RETAIN!!

Umbra Maxima walk up the ramp with their belts in tow, as S&M sit in the middle of the ring, perplexed and frustrated at being screwed out of the match.

We cut back to the ring where the spotlight is on Michael Carson for our main event of the evening.

Carson: The following contest is a RUMBLE IN THE STORM match scheduled for one fall and it is for the 4CW World Championship!! The rules are as follows: two competitors will start. Every 60 seconds, another competitor will enter. Eliminations occur when a person is thrown over the top rope, with both feet touching the floor! The winner will be the last person standing and will leave as the 4CW WORLD CHAMPION!

"As I Am" by Dream Theater hits the PA system. The crowd turns into a sea of acidic venom as the man himself, Rhys Cain, steps out on to the stage. He stands on top of the ramp, in his signature black trenchcoat, and closes his eyes and lolls his head back, absorbing the hate like it fuels his very core, then he snaps his head back up and heads down the ramp with fiery determination.

Carson: Introducing the competitor who drew #1, from Swansea, Wales, weighing in at 220lbs, he is THE BLACK FLAAAAAME... RHYS ... CAAAAIN!!

Phoenix: ...
Roberts: Uh - well, here comes Rhys Cain entering at number one! He has to be a big favourite of this match, purely on his history in the ring.
Jeffrey: Roberts, for once, you are right. This guy is a sewer-level garbage person, but he's also one of the best ever to enter a 4CW ring, whether we like the midget or not.

Cain rolls into the ring and jumps to his feet, then immediately signals for his opponent to come out.

Roberts: Cain wants to waste no time!

"Ding Dong Song" by Gunther hits the PA. The crowd pop as the masked custodian steps out through the curtain.

Carson: And introducing the competitor who drew #2, from Oshkosh-Neenah, Wisconsin, weighing in at 240lbs, DRUNKIIIIN ... JANITUR!!

Janitur comes down the ramp with his mop and bucket in tow. He slaps the hands of a few fans as he descends lets on of the kids watch his mop and bucket while he approaches the ring. Inside the ring, Cain looks disgusted at the caliber of his opponent.

Phoenix: Janitur has a lot of drive but I don’t think this is going to end well for him.

Janitur slides in and goes in the opposite corner of Cain. The referee calls for the bell.

Roberts: Here we go!

Cain and Janitur circle each other for a moment. They grapple in the middle of the ring, but Cain drives a knee into Janitur's gut and takes him out with a suplex. Cain picks up Janitur and sends him to the ropes. Cain runs after Janitur and attempts to clothesline him, but Janitur ducks under and runs to the opposite side. Janitur comes back from the ropes and takes Cain out with a dropkick!

Phoenix: Nice dropkick from Janitur!

Janitur picks up Cain and attempts to drag him over to the ropes, but Cain bursts out of Janitur's grip, grabs him and hits the Side Effect! Cain then grab Janitur and launches him over the top rope, sending him crashing to ringside!

Carson: Janitur has been eliminated!

Cain brushes his hands and turns to the ramp. The crowd see the countdown and chant along "10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1...BUZZ!"

"Eternal Lotus" by RUDE. hits the PA system. The crowd pop for one half of Silent Sorcery, as The Sea Witch comes out on to the stage, looking fired up!

Carson: On her way to the ring, one-half of Silent Sorcery, from The Shores of Cape Irago, weighing in at 132lbs, "THE SIREN" ... TSUKIKOOO MIZUNO!!

Roberts: There's some history here! It was Tsukiko Mizuno that acted as the Willow the Widow impostor back at Storm Front: Massacre!

Tsukiko slides into the ring and she and Cain immediately clash in a flurry of strikes, instigated by Cain. Tsukiko hits Cain with a ferocious slap which sends him reeling and then takes him out with a hurricanrana! Cain stumbles back up to his feet and is sent to the corner by Tsukiko, before she charges after him and hits the Stinger Splash! Cain stumbles out of the corner and Tsukiko tries to throw him over the top rope!

Phoenix: There goes Cain - No!

Cain holds on to the top rope and gains his footing on the apron. Tsukiko runs after him but Cain swings a wild elbow which connects with Tsukiko's temple. He then climbs back into the ring and knocks Tsukiko to the mat with a brutal clothesline! Cain then mounts Tsukiko and starts to ground and pound viciously, with at least three brutal punches dazing Tsukiko, before she manages to roll out of the situation. Cain and Tsukiko both get to their feet, Tsukiko worse for wear, and Cain wipes her out with a quick DDT!

Roberts: Cain is looking dangerous and has all the momentum in this match right now!

Cain rolls to ringside and grabs a mic. Then he slides back into the ring and grabs Tsukiko by the chin, lifting up her face.

Cain: Hey, Maddie! Look, it's your stunt double! So since we're both here, I have a little play for me and this girly. This play is a spinoff from "The Fall and Fall of Madeline Phoenix" and is the gripping story of what happens whenever Madeline Phoenix is in the ring with Rhys Cain. There's only two acts. Act One: The Defeat Of Madeline Phoenix.

Cain drops the mic and drags Tsukiko up by her hair, before throwing her over the top rope! Tsukiko holds on to the top rope and lands on the apron. She sends a right hand to Cain, who stumbles, but comes back twice as hard with a headbutt! Kiko wavers on the apron but keeps her grip on the top rope! Deciding to get the job done properly, Cain climbs through the ropes and on to the apron himself, and hits Kiko with a right hand!

Phoenix: Precarious battle here on the apron!

Kiko screams and comes back with an elbow strike! Cain holds on to the rope himself, and seems dazed for a moment, when suddenly he gets a second wind, hooks Tsukiko up - AND FLIPS IN THE AIR, TAKING KIKO WITH HIM!!

Phoenix: AVADA KEDAVRA ON THE APRON!!

Tsukiko flips and falls, crashing to the outside in a pancaked heap! Cain lands on his knees on the apron and holds on to the middle rope. He gasps and cringes at the impact, but rolls back into the ring.

Carson: Tsukiko has been eliminated!

Cain rolls over to the mic. Slightly out of breath, he pants.

Cain: ACT TWO: The DESTRUCTION and HUMILIATION of Madeline Phoenix!!

The crowd give Cain a standing boo-vation for his performance in this "play" but that soon turns into them counting dow the next opponent. ...6...5...4...3...2...1...BUZZ!

"Superstar" by Lupe Fiasco hits the PA system. This music, for the first time in 4CW history, actually produces a pop, due to the crowd's preference to see literally anyone over Cain. The blue-masked hydrophobe Rane makes her way out on to the stage.

Carson: On her way to the ring, representing The Supergroup, from Splash, Delaware, weighing in at 140lbs... RANE!!

Rane storms down to the ring. She slides in and confronts Cain, who simply smashes her in the face with a big uppercut! Rane falls into the ropes and clotheslines her over for the quick elimination!

Carson: Rane has been eliminated!

Phoenix: That's three fast eliminations for Cain! Say what you like about him, and trust me, I'll do that plenty, but no-one can deny he is in control of this match so far!

Cain picks up the mic he had earlier. The crowd boo as they know there's at least thirty seconds til the next competitor comes in.

Cain: Three down, twenty six to go! Tonight will not only be the night that I am crowned the three-time 4CW World Champion, it'll be the night I make history by winning the Rumble in the Storm from #1 and getting the most eliminations! Because nobody in the back, despite their talent, has more hunger and desire to save you all than me! And -

Cain stops ranting as the crowd start to countdown to zero. ...7...6...5...4...3...2...1...BUZZ!!

"Superstar" by Lupe Fiasco hits the PA again and this time out comes the leader of The Supergroup, complete in shades, cornrows and a sparkling, pink "BRO" sleeveless shirt.

Carson: On his way to the ring, representing The Supergroup, from Los Angeles, California, weighing in at 225lbs, ZAK .... E ... JUSTICE!!

Cain drops the mic with a vicious grin on his face. As Zak E Justice comes down the ramp, Cain rolls under the bottom rope, runs up and smashes Justice with a vicious forearm!

Phoenix: Oh come on, you son of a bitch!
Jeffrey: Justice hasn't even gotten to the bottom of the ramp yet!

Cain grabs Justice and throws him down the ramp, sending him crashing into the side of the ring. Cain then grabs Justice and rolls him in, sliding in after, then picks up Justice and hits him with AVADA KEDAVRA!

Roberts: Justice is done for already!

Cain grabs the fallen bro and takes a running start, throwing him over the top rope by his head.

Carson: Zak E Justice has been eliminated!

Cain grabs the mic once again, and once again, the crowd erupt in boos. A "shut the fuck up!" chant starts not for the first time tonight, before Cain has even started speaking.

Cain: What the hell is this, some kind of joke? I thought this match was to highlight the very best 4CW has to offer, clashing for the greatest prize in wrestling! Instead my opponents are a worthless impostor and a couple of jokes! What jobber is gonna come out next? [chux]?

Cain drops the mic and the crowd continue to countdown. ...5...4...3...2...1...BUZZ!!

"Roadgame" by Kavinsky blasts out through the speakers. Out comes one half of Synth City Thrillers, but realising the seriousness of this situation, he is not dancing. Instead, Devon Drummond stands on top of the stage for a few moments and stares down Rhys Cain in the ring.

Carson: On his way to the ring, from Leeds, England, weighing in at 215lbs, DEVOOOON ... DRUMMOOOND!!

Phoenix: Rhys Cain looks like Christmas has come early, and Drummond looks determined to get some revenge for the attack set up by Cain earlier!

The crowd burst into a loud pop as Drummond suddenly breaks into a sprint. He shoots down the ramp and slides into the ring. Cain tries to get the first strike in, but Drummond slides right under his legs and pops up behind Cain running to the ropes. Cain turns and chases after Drummond but The Keeper of the Keys is fired up and smashes Cain with a ruthless clothesline in the middle of the ring.

Cain pops back up to his feet fairly quickly and Drummond wipes him out with a Japanese arm drag. Getting more and more frustrated Cain shoots back up but falls victim to a second Japanese arm drag. The third time Drummond switches up the pace, swinging a wild European Uppercut that sends Cain reeling to the mat!

Roberts: There's the Beat of the Drummond! I'll tell you what, Drummond is on fire here! Cain could be in trouble!

As Drummond attempts to drag Cain to the ropes, the crowd continue to count down... 5...4...3...2...1...BUZZ!!

"Aces High" by Iron Maiden hits the PA system. The crowd welcome their Custom Cup Champion with passion as he steps out on to the stage, a little beat up from his title defense earlier tonight, but ultimately ready.

Carson: On his way to the ring, from Barry, South Wales, weighing in at 195lbs, he is the 4CW Custom Cup Champion ... TOP GUN ... TOMMYYYYY YOOOUNG!!

Phoenix: Here comes Top Gun! The Custom Cup Champion defeated Phil McGroin in an Ultimate X match earlier tonight, so you have to wonder how close to 100% he actually is.
Jeffrey: He's hurting for sure, but I expect he has a lot left in the tank! This midget can go!

Young slides into the ring, not wasting any time as he flies into the action. He immediately helps Drummond in his attempt to eliminate Cain, but Cain elbows Drummond in the temple, sending him reeling, and takes out Young with a clothesline! Cain goes back to Drummond but Young is quick to his feet and launches himself at Cain, knocking him down with a dropkick!

Both Drummond and Young form an unspoken alliance as Young whips Cain into the corner, and then Drummond runs at Cain and hits a European Uppercut in the corner! Cain stumbles out of the corner, groggy, and Young jumps up and takes out Cain with a hurricanrana! 10... 9...8...7...6...5...4..3...2...1....BUZZ!!

"Black Flame" by Bury Tomorrow hits the PA system and Drummond and Young turn their attention to the stage, knowing an ally of Cain is incoming. The lumbering 300lbs Bruce Rigg comes out from gorilla.

Carson: On his way to the ring, from Glasgow, Scotland, weighing in at 310lbs, BRUUUCE ... RIGG!!

Roberts: And the odds have evened out! Bruce Rigg is on his way to the ring and Cain will be happy to have an ally in that ring!

Bruce Rigg runs down to the ring and climbs in. Drummond tries to get the advantage with a European Uppercut. Rigg withstands the blow and retaliates with one of his own, which knocks Drummond to the mat. Young runs at Rigg but gets pie-faced and thrown back across the ring. Rigg approaches his leader and lifts him back to his feet. Cain pats his stable mate on the back and points to Drummond. Rigg takes his orders and immediately grabs Drummond, throwing him into the corner and pummeling him with right hands!

Phoenix: As expected, Cain is sending his cronies to do his work for him!
Jeffrey: I don't like the guy, but it's only smart to delegate the work!

As Rigg continues to beat down on Drummond, the countdown begins. 10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1...BUZZ!!

"Cowboys From Hell" by Pantera hits the PA system. The crowd boo as they know one of the Crow brothers is on his way. After a moment of mystery, they find out it's older brother Jason Crow, who comes out and runs down the ramp, not wasting a moment.

Carson: On his way to the ring, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, weighing in at 260lbs, JASOOOON ... CROW!!

Crow rolls into the ring and grabs Young, throwing punches at him as he sits hurting in the corner. Drummond is being attacked two-on-one by Cain and Rigg. Crow tries to lift Young up and over the ropes, but Young clings on for dear life and causes a stalemate. Meanwhile, Drummond is manhandled by both Cain and Rigg before he suddenly burst out with a comeback, hitting Cain and Rigg with Uppercuts and getting a momentary reprieve, before Cain suddenly kicks him in the face out of nowhere and knocks Drummond back down to the mat!

Phoenix: This is just brutal by Cain! If the luck of the draw is with him, he could have all of The Black Flame in there with him! I dread to think how that will go!

Young manages to fight off Crow on the ropes and get his feet back inside the ring. Jason Crow attempts to come back for round two but Young takes him out with a dropkick! With Crow down, Young turns his attention to the 2-on-1 mauling of Drummond, and runs in, taking out Rigg with a dropkick too! The crowd start to count as Young and Cain exchange lefts and rights!

10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1..BUZZ!!

"Cowboys From Hell" by Pantera hits the PA system again as the second Crow brother, Robert, breaks out from behind the curtain and runs down to the ring!

Carson: On his way to the ring, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, weighing in at 235lbs, ROBEEERT... CROW!!

Phoenix: And speaking of having luck of the draw, what luck for Jason that his brother comes right after him! Robert Crow comes in at #10!

Inside the ring, the chaos breaks into three pairs: Murder of Crows in one corner, Cain and Rigg in another and Drummond and Young in a third. They all stand off for a few moments and then all six of them COLLIDE in the middle of the ring in a pure bedlam of fisticuffs. Bodies fly everywhere, clotheslines and fists galore, until the last two men standing are Rhys Cain and Devon Drummond. They collide into each other with brutal flurries of slaps and punches until Cain knocks down Drummond with a spinning back elbow.

Cain moves away from the fallen men on the ground and roars with adrenaline coursing through. He goes around, kicking Young, The Crows and Drummond in succession until the countdown begins. 10...9..8..7..6..5..4..3..2..1...BUZZ!!

"Wherever I May Roam" by Yashin hits the PA system. The proverbial roof blows off the stadium as BRIAN WHITE steps out on to the stage!

Carson: On his way to the ring, from Barry, South Wales, weighing in at 400lbs, BRIAN ... THE FREIGHT TRAAAAAIN ... WHITE!!

White charges down to the ring with purpose as the crowd roar!

Phoenix: Oh boy! White has had a rough night already, with the cage match earlier, but he's RARING to go!
Roberts: A storied history between Brian White and the only man standing in the ring right now, Rhys Cain!
Jeffrey: If I was Cain, I'd eliminate myself and save myself the trouble of a beating!

White gets into the ring and WIPES OUT Cain with a ruthless clothesline! Rigg is the next one up and White takes him out with a Big Boot! White goes over to the ropes and shakes them vigorously!

Phoenix: FULL STEAM AHEAD! White is fired up!!

Robert Crow is the next man who dares to stand up. White meets his eye and then CHARGES full speed ahead with a SPEAR!!

Phoenix: RUNAWAY TRAIN!

White grabs Robert Crow and launches him over the top rope and to the outside!

Carson: Robert Crow has been eliminated!

10...9...8...7...6..5...4..3..2..1..BUZZ!!

"Inked in Blood" by Sigh hits the PA system and Witch Hazel comes out on to the stage to a big pop from the crowd! She climbs up on to the ramp barricade and runs along it!

Carson: On her way to the ring, from EVERYWHERE.... AND NOOOOWHERE ... weighing in at 128lbs ... WITCH ... HAAAAZEL!!

Phoenix: And here comes entrant #12, Witch Hazel! You know whenever she enters the ring, things are gonna get shook up!

Hazel jumps down from the barricade and slides into the ring! She ducks an oncoming clothesline from Brian White, runs to the opposite ropes and comes back with a thunderous dropkick, that knocks White on his ass! Witch Hazel runs to the ropes again and comes back with another dropkick to the seated White, knocking him down to his back!

Roberts: Hazel takes down White! He's not the only one who's fired up!

Witch Hazel gets to her feet and Drummond is marching towards her. She steps back and pulls the top rope down and Drummond flies over! But he holds on to the top rope, and hits Witch Hazel with a right hand that sends her reeling! Suddenly, Jason Crow comes out on where with a big boot that hits Drummond directly in the temple and knocks him off the apron!!

Carson: Devon Drummond has been eliminated!

"Superstar" by Lupe Fiasco hits the PA system as another member of The Supergroup arrives. This time, clad in red tights and an afro, it's Carlos Starr!

Carson: On his way to the ring, residing in Los Angeles, California, weighing in at 215lbs, CARLOOOS ... STARR!!

Starr runs down to the ring and slides in, only to be immediately clotheslined by a recovering Bruce Rigg. Rigg is then attacked himself by Brian White, with some clubbing blows to the back. White grabs Rigg and whips him into the corner of the ever more crowded ring. White runs at Rigg and takes him out with a corner clothesline, and then attempts to pull him over the top rope. Meanwhile, Young and Jason Crow exchange strikes, with Young hitting an Enziguri to knock Jason down to the mat.

Hazel and Cain collide near the ropes when Cain instigates an interaction, trying to hoist her over suddenly, only for her to fight back valiantly and catch Cain with a boot to the face to gain some distance, before taking him out with a hurricanrana.

"Roadgame" by Kavinsky hits the PA system for the second time in this match. The crowd pop loud again as Reuben Kojo steps out, not dancing like earlier, but determined and focused to avenge the wrongs he has endured tonight.

Carson: On his way to the ring, from London, England, weighing in at 239lbs, REUBEEN ... KOOOOJOO!!

Phoenix: Kojo looks like a determined man tonight! After being assaullted by The Liberation earlier, and watching his partner Drummond get two-on-one beatdowns earlier in this match, I wouldn't want to cross his path in this match!

Kojo rolls into the ring and immediately gets to work, taking out Cain with a KOJO KICK!! Kojo turns to Witch Hazel, and lamps her with a spinning back fist! Kojo sees Rigg in the corner, and takes him out with a cannonball!

Roberts: Discoball!!

Then he sees White and takes him out with a Big Boot!! Jason Crow hits Kojo with a few strikes from behind, but Kojo shakes them off and takes out Crow with the REUBENAGE!!

Phoenix: Wow! King Kojo is here for a FIGHT!
Jeffrey: You can say that again!

"Good Times" by Finger Eleven hits the PA system. The crowd pop loud as the newly-crowned Universal and Grand Slam Champion steps out on to the stage, with his belt strapped around his waist, and basks in the glory of his earlier victory for a moment on the stage.

Carson: On his way to the ring, from Supremeville, USA, he is the NEEEW 4CW Universal Champion, SUPREEEEME!!

Supreme makes his way down the ramp, unhooking his belt and holding it high as he goes, before giving it to an assistant.

Phoenix: Supreme enters at #15! He's already had a monumental night - can you imagine if he wins this match and becomes World and Universal Champion in the same night?
Jeffrey: We may not need to imagine! I think there's a very good chance that exactly could happen!

With Supreme entering the ring, multiple battles break out. Cain and Rigg brawl with Young and Hazel. Kojo and Crow go head to head. Brian White comes face to face with Supreme. Supreme sighs and shrugs, then starts throwing right hands!

Cain takes out Hazel with a Side Effect, only to fall victim to a Tornado DDT from Young. Kojo has Jason leaned over the ropes as he continues to pummel him with clubbing blows. Cain bumps into Kojo and the two end up coming to blows, brawling by the ropes. Carlos Starr attempts to join in but they both headbutt him, before turning and swinging at each other again.

White wins the melee with Supreme and takes him out with a body slam. 10...9...8...7...6...5...4..3...2..1...BUZZ!!

"Break and Dominate" by The Charm The Fury hits the PA system. The crowd break into a chorus of boos as Rhys Cain's number two steps out on to the stage.

Carson: On her way to the ring, from Omaha, Nebraska, weighing in at 147lbs, ERICAAAA ... MOXIE!!

Phoenix: And the numbers increase for Cain! He now has Rigg and Moxie in that ring to help him out!

Moxie rolls into the ring and immediately regroups with Cain and Rigg. With Kojo getting the upper hand and taking out Cain with a spinning back fist, Moxie dives in and takes out Kojo with the rolling thunder cutter!!

Phoenix: Omaha Slicer takes out Kojo!

Moxie follows that up with a clothesline that sends Kojo over the top rope and to the outside!

Carson: Reuben Kojo has been eliminated!

Phoenix: And there goes Kojo, ending any hope of Synth City Thrillers being victorious tonight!

Inside the ring, Moxie, Cain and Rigg all group up and recover in a corner while everything else continues around them. They discuss some things discreetly and then set out.  The three of them then pounce on to Brian White and start stomping and punching the hell out of him. White tries to fight back but he's being hit from all angles and falls down to the mat. Cain then mounts White and takes his time pummeling him in the head with direct elbows. Cain only stops to see who the next entrant is when the countdown starts ... 10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3..2..1...BUZZ!!

"The Astral Dialogue" by Agalloch hits the PA system. The crowd ERUPT for the main attraction as the 4CW WORLD CHAMPION steps out on to the stage, the championship held high in the air in her hand.

Carson: On her way to the ring, from THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOOOOON, weighing in at 134lbs, she is the 4CW WORLD CHAMPION ... PILGRIIIIIM ... PAAAIGE!!

Inside the ring, The Black Flame are ready and waiting. Pilgrim Paige knows she has no time for pleasantries. She leaves her belt at the top of the ramp for an assistant to collect, and then BREAKS into a sprint down the ramp!

Phoenix: Paige entering at #17 to defend her 4CW World Title and she is not wasting any time! HERE COMES THE GOLDEN PILGRIM!!

Pilgrim Paige slides into the ring and jumps into the action. She breaks up the three on one assault with a clothesline to Moxie and a dropkick to Cain. She swiftly avoids a strike from Rigg and takes him out with a DDT! Carlos Starr approaches Paige, but she rocks him with a forearm strike, and takes him out with a sitout jawbreaker! Starr stumbles back into the ropes and Paige gets up and runs at him, knocking him out of the ring with a clothesline!

Carson: Carlos Starr has been eliminated!

Phoenix: And Starr's night is over! Thanks for coming!

Paige rolls out of the ring from under the bottom rope, and goes over to ringside. She meets a black girl in the crowd and exchanges words with her, smiling.

Phoenix: Well, we've seen this girl before. Her name is Kinsey Kane, and she's been here before in support of our World Champion!
Jeffrey: Yeah well, catching up with some buddies at ringside isn't going to win Paige the match!
Roberts: Maybe she's waiting for the perfect moment, dipshit.
Jeffrey: Oh? Like your mother waited for the perfect moment to make me nut last night?
Phoenix: RAY!

Paige gets into a two-on-one brawl with a recovering Moxie and Cain. Both of them start to beat her down, until Brian White is back on his feet and takes them both out with a double clothesline! White, Paige and Young group together as the three members of The Black Flame, Cain, Moxie and Rigg, group together on the opposite side of the ring. Supreme and Crow start brawling near the ropes, while Hazel is a lone island, observing the madness surrounding.

Paige, White and Young clash in the middle of the ring with the three members of The Black Flame. White throws Cain into the corner and starts unloading with a series of right hands, while Paige and Rigg exchange blows and Young and Moxie get involved in a three-way tangle with Witch Hazel. Hazel takes out both Young and Moxie with a double DDT. Supreme throws Crow over the top rope but he manages to land on the apron and roll back in from under the bottom rope.

"Supernova Goes Pop" by Powerman 5000 hits the PA system and out comes the Mad Dog! He is hurt, feeling the effects of his insane cage moonsault earlier tonight, as well as his impromptu battle with Supreme that cost him his title, and Supreme is indeed the only person he has eyes for as he storms to the ring.

Carson: On his way to the ring, from Atlantic City, New Jersey, weighing in at 220lbs, JACK ... MAD DOOOOG ... VALENTIIINE!!

Phoenix: Well, Valentine looks pissed at the fact he lost his title to Supreme earlier, and he's going right for him!
Jeffrey: That ring is getting really crowded!

Valentine slides into the ring and takes out Supreme with a thunderous superkick! He lifts Supreme up in an attempt to eliminate him, when Crow comes in and hits him with a clothesline! Valentine gets right back up and retaliates with a lariat, taking out Crow with some force! Supreme attempts to get some space from Valentine, but he pounces, grabbing Supreme and hitting the FLEA SHOT DDT!!

Phoenix: Valentine has come out all guns blazing!
Jeffrey: Now he just needs to get Supreme over the top rope!

Once again, Valentine picks up Supreme in an attempt to eliminate him, when suddenly, the brawl between White and Cain causes all four of them to crash into each other in a pile of bodies. White gets up first and boots a kneeling Cain right in the face, knocking him down, then grabs Valentine and hits a Pavement Slam! White then grabs Valentine and launches him over the top rope! White moves on, thinking he's eliminated Valentine, but Valentine skins the cat and jumps back into the ring! White realises his error when the crowd perk up and turns - and Valentine hits him with a standing dropkick!

"Taking You Down" by Egypt Central hits the PA system. The crowd boo as the smaller half of the tag team champions comes out on stage, without the belt, and wastes no time in sprinting down to the ring.

Carson: On his way to to the ring, from New York, New York, weighing in at 205lbs, he is one half of the 4CW Tag Team Champions, MAXIMILLIAAAN ... YESGILL!!

Phoenix: A victory earlier tonight for Umbra Maxima against S&M meant they retained their titles, but Yesgill has a huge opportunity here to shock the world and become World Champion!

Yesgill slides in and gets into a brawl with Hazel, who falls victim to a few strikes before Yesgill lifts her and executes a suplex! Yesgill jumps back up to his feet and is met by Valentine, who hits him with a superkick, knocking the tag champion to the mat!

Roberts: Yesgill getting a true introduction to the insanity of this match!

Meanwhile, Cain and Jason Crow throw lefts and rights, with Crow surprising Cain and taking him out with a DDT, only for Moxie to come in and take out Jason with a German suplex from behind! Back to Valentine, who decides to target the nearest opponent, Witch Hazel, with a Flea Shot attempt. Hazel slips out of his grip and runs to the ropes. Valentine spins around and ducks Hazel's clothesline, only for Supreme to appear out of nowhere and take him out with a roaring elbow!

Phoenix: Supreme Annoyance! Where the hell did Supreme come from? Valentine didn't see that coming at all!

Supreme grabs Valentine and tries to lift him over the ropes, but Valentine falls into survival mode and clings on to the ropes with everything he has. 10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3..2...1...BUZZ!!

"Head Like A Hole" by Miley Cyrus hits the PA system. Out comes Hall of Famer Senecca, to a big pop from the crowd! Senecca doesn't have Marquis the Moose with him this time, but he quickly makes his way down the ramp, pointing at Yesgill, who is leaning against the ramp-facing rope.

Carson: On his way to the ring, from Valhalla, New York, weighing in at 330lbs... SENECCAAAA!!

Phoenix: Here comes Senecca at #20! He will want to make up for the disappointment of earlier against Umbra Maxima.
Jeffrey: And it looks like he has his target set on Yesgill!

Senecca reaches the bottom of the ramp and uppercuts Yesgill's leaning face! Yesgill falls back into the ring and Senecca rolls in. Senecca takes out both Cain and Moxie with a double clothesline! He finds Rigg next and hits him with a belly-to-belly suplex! Yesgill scrambles to his feet and Senecca lifts him up, taking him out with a DARK PLUNGE!!

Phoenix: Senecca with a modicum of revenge - but will it be enough to eliminate Yesgill?!

Senecca grabs Yesgill and throws him over the top rope - but he holds on! Senecca sees this and runs forward to blast Yesgill off the apron, but he sidesteps, and throws a boot up in the air, using the ropes for leverage, hitting Senecca with a shining wizard! Senecca stumbles back and Yesgill jumps up on to the top rope, launching off and hitting Senecca with a springboard Superman Punch!

Phoenix: Yesgill takes out Senecca with BOOSTER DESCENT!
Jeffrey: Yeah but he may as well move on to someone else cos he isn't getting Senecca over the top rope!

Yesgill probably realises it's best to save his energy too as he moves on, starting a brawl with Jason Crow.

"Numb" by Linkin Park hits the PA system. The crowd produce a mixed reaction, since McGroin is a prick, but also fairly entertaining. He comes out with the Hardcore Championship strapped around his waist, and screams loud enough for everyone to hear his bragging, even without a mic. Camera Man follows behind, trying to find the perfect shot.

McGroin: FOURTEEN TIMES BABY!

Carson: On his way to the ring, from Helston, England, weighing in at 14 stone, he is the 4CW Hardcore Champion, PHIIIL ... MCGROIN!!

McGroin slips the belt off his waist, and hands it to Camera Man, then demands him to go and sit with the commentators, which he does. McGroin then reaches the bottom of the ramp and slides into the ring, sees Brian White, Bruce Rigg and Senecca all getting to their feet, then changing his mind and slipping back under the bottom rope, avoiding contact with any of them.

Jeffrey: And THAT is why McGroin is the smartest man in 4CW!
Roberts: Oh yeah, so smart... how is he going to win the match without being in the ring?
Jeffrey: He's going to pick the perfect moment, dipshit!

White, Senecca and Rigg start clubbing each other. None of them manage to get much of an advantage over the others, especially with others like Cain, Jason Crow and Witch Hazel coming in and out of the collision in the center of the ring. Some retreat, some get knocked back, and some get knocked down as the three behemoths cause a huge ruckus in the middle of the ring. Then, White unleashes a double clothesline on Rigg and Senecca, knocking them both down. Jason Crow comes from behind and low blows White, but then Hazel runs in and takes out Crow with a hurricanrana!

Phoenix: This is absolute madness! The storm is well and truly rumbling!

Suddenly, McGroin decides he's found his opening. He slides into the ring and starts stomping on the fallen White. After a particularly nasty kick to the face, something snaps in White, and the adrenaline or pure instinct surges him to his feet and grabs McGroin around the throat with both hands! White manhandles McGroin, launching him across the ring. McGroin gasps as he struggles back up to his feet and White takes him out with a RUNAWAY TRAIN! Then, White hooks the leg! The referee slides in from outside the ring and counts. ONE ... TWO ... THREE!!

Carson: Here is your NEW 4CW Hardcore Champion, BRIAN .. THE FREIGHT TRAAAAIN ... WHIIITE!

Phoenix: White wins the Hardcore Title! And McGroin will have a hard time winning it back THIS time!
Jeffrey: Hell, ANYONE will have a hard time taking that belt from White!

McGroin simply rolls out of the ring under the bottom rope and at ringside, a referee takes the belt from Camera Man and places it with the timekeeper instead for safekeeping. The crowd begin to count down again: 8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1...BUZZ!!

"Taking You Down" by Egypt Central hits the PA system. The other half of the 4CW Tag Team Champions comes out on to the stage, much to the crowd's disapproval.

Carson: On his way to the ring, from New York, New York, weighing in at 280lbs, he is one half of the 4CW Tag Team Champions... ELFAAAAN ... SIMTUL!!

Phoenix: Here comes Simtul! Yesgill will be pleased to have his partner in the ring with him from here on out!
Jeffrey: And let's not forget last year, Simtul made it to the final four! He's a dark horse in this match, for sure!

Simtul reaches the ring and slides in and immediately pulls Yesgill from the rubble of bodies. Together, they discuss some tactics, before moving to their targets. Senecca comes at Simtul and Simtul hits him with a smashing forearm, which knocks Senecca back into Valentine. Valentine and Senecca start brawling as a result of this. Yesgill dropkicks Hazel and takes out Moxie with a hip toss and then the two of them work together to grab Brian White and take him out with a tag suplex! Supreme falls into Simtul's path and Simtul grabs him and lifts him up into a suplex, before launching him forward into a dropkick from Yesgill!

"Superstar" by Lupe Fiasco hits the PA system. The fourth entrant from The Supergroup comes out, with his trusty cane and an ice-pack on his back.

Carson: On his way to the ring, from Los Angeles, California, weighing in at 200lbs, MYBACK!!

Myback drops the cane and ice pack, takes a deep breath, and tries to briskly walk down to the ring, cringing at every dodgy step he takes. He rolls into the ring - and is immediately PUMMELLED by Simtul, falling straight over the top rope and falling back-first to the outside!

Carson: Myback has been eliminated!

Phoenix: Thanks for coming, Myback!
Roberts: That was so fast, I'm not even sure he registers as an entrant!
Jeffrey: ... was that supposed to be funny? Shut up, Roberts!

Inside the ring, Umbra Maxima continue their domination with Yesgill taking out Supreme with a lariat and Jason Crow falling victim to a Stinger Splash in the corner from Simtul!

Phoenix: Total Eclipse from Elfan Simtul!

Simtul throws Jason over the top rope but he holds on! Yesgill and Simtul then get distracted by White and Young, who collide with the champions with a flurry of strikes. Over on the other side of the ring, Paige and Moxie exchange chops! Moxie unleashes with a series of punch-chop combinations, which sends Paige reeling. Moxie tries to follow up with a DDT, but Paige reverses and hits a back body drop! Young and White take out Simtul and Yesgill with simultaneous belly-to-belly suplexes!

"Superstar" by Lupe Fiasco hits the PA system once again. This time, Tony Rock bursts out from the curtain and sprints down to the ring.

Carson: On his way to the ring, from Los Angeles, California, weighing in at 250lbs... TONYYYY ... ROCK!!

Rock slides into the ring and actually manages to take down Simtul with a clothesline. Simtul is up fairly quickly but Rock takes him down a second time! Rock then turns on the spot and clotheslines McGroin, who had just rolled back into the ring.

Jeffrey: Look at Rock go!

Rock roars as his adrenaline pumps through his veins and then suddenly he is dropkicked from behind by Yesgill! Rock falls on to the top rope and Yesgill scoops him up - and DUMPS HIM OVER!

Carson: Tony Rock has been eliminated!

Phoenix: Well, frankly, Rock got more offence in that I ever expected - but as expected, he's outta here!
Roberts: Only one chance left for The Supergroup in the form of Nik Waverly! But somehow, I don't fancy his chances, regardless of when he enters!

Inside the ring, McGroin is picked up by Witch Hazel, who whips him into the corner. Hazel runs at McGroin and takes him out with a shotgun dropkick!

Phoenix: Hazel with the BOOMSTICK!

McGroin stumbles out of the corner and Hazel runs to the ropes, coming back and taking him out with a Big Boot!

Phoenix: And there's Sole Sorcery! McGroin collapses on to the bottom rope and Hazel approaches him, when she is cut off mid-journey by Cain, who comes in with a BUSAIKU KNEE KICK!

Roberts: Dragon Rage by Cain!! And that stopped Hazel dead in her path!

...5...4..3..2..1...BUZZ!!

"Superstar" by Lupe Fiasco seems to be stuck on repeat at this point, and the crowd continue to boo, although there is some relief in that this is the last member of The Supergroup, as Nik Waverly steps out through the curtain and sprints down to the ring.

Carson: On his way to the ring, from Los Angeles, California, weighing in at 225lbs, NIK .... WAAAVERLY!!

Waverly slides into the ring, but is immediately grabbed by Valentine, who hits a FLEA SHOT DDT!! Waverly crumbles and Valentine grabs him, getting a running start and launching him over the top rope!

Carson: Nik Waverly has been eliminated!

Phoenix: And The Supergroup's dream of capturing the 4CW World Title is over!
Roberts: What a shock...

The mayhem in the ring continues to unfold with fights breaking out wherever the opportunity arises and multiple chaotic sequences going on at the same time. Pilgrim Paige follows up a clothesline to Moxie with a jumping double foot stomp, right in the chest!

Phoenix: There's the Moon Shoes from Paige!

Phil McGroin tries to roll up Brian White, but amusingly, White simply looks down, shaking his head, then grabs McGroin by the hair and pulls him up to his feet, before brushing off the smaller man's shoulders - and then HEADBUTTING him straight in the nose with a *SMACK* that's heard all around the arena.

Jeffrey: Jeez! You don't have to kill the dude, Brian!

Suddenly, Senecca comes up from behind White and takes him out with a German Suplex! Senecca stands up, only to see Tommy Young on the top rope! Young dives off with a Swanton Bomb with takes down the standing Senecca!!

Phoenix: BOMBS AWAAAY!! Senecca is down!
Roberts: This is utter madness!
Phoenix: Absolutely! If my calculations are correct, there are currently FOURTEEN competitors in that ring, and another one is imminent!

The chaos seems to die down momentarily as everyone either struggles from their latest shots taken or tries to gain a few moments to get their breath back while the crowd once again count down. ...7...6...5...4...3...2...1...BUZZ!!

"Step" by Ministry hits the PA system and the crowd pop, partly for a different entrance music for the first time in a while, but also at the appearance of Dirk Meyer!

Carson: On his way to the ring, from Valhalla, New York, weighing in at 240lbs, DIIIRK ... MEEEYER!!

Meyer runs down to the ring as Senecca is leaning perilously close to the ropes with Rigg laying into him. Meyer slides in, between the legs of Senecca and Rigg, pops up behind Rigg, and locks him in a Full Nelson, before converting it into a spinning neckbreaker! Meyer sees to Senecca, but Senecca tells him to watch out! With Jason Crow running at Meyer from behind, Meyer sidesteps with Senecca's warning and Senecca lifts a boot, hitting Jason directly in the mouth!

Roberts: Boom! Jason Crow is taking a fair amount of shots in this match, but all credit to him, he's still in there!

Jason stumbles back to his feet and Meyer hits him with The Eclipse!! Meyer grabs Jason and lifts him up on to the ropes. Senecca joins in to help when suddenly Rigg is back and he clubs Senecca in the back of the head, before taking him out with a fallaway slam!! Rigg gets back up as Meyer fights to defend his buddy, but Rigg is ready for the smaller man and takes him out with a fallaway slam too, with Meyer landing on top of Senecca!

"Black Flame" by Bury Tomorrow hits the PA system. The crowd erupt in boos once more as the second-half of The Liberation sprints down the ramp to aide his allies.

Carson: On his way to the ring, from Rotterdam, Netherlands, weighing in at 220lbs, THE ROTTERDAM RAVEN... GARREEEET ... FISCHER!

Fischer slides in to the ring, rounding up his Black Flame buddies and the four of them (Cain, Moxie, Liberation) retreat together into the corner of the ring. While they discuss tactics, Supreme and Phil McGroin end up in a slugfest. McGroin ducks a strike from Supreme and hits a DDT! He then grabs Supreme and whips him into the corner. McGroin runs up and hits Supreme with a clothesline and then tries to throw Supreme over the top rope!

Supreme goes over but lands on the apron. He laughs at McGroin for not getting the job done and in his frustration, McGroin charges at Supreme, which is exactly what the Universal Champion wanted. Supreme slips down on the apron, pulling the top rope down, and McGroin goes flying over and CRASHES to the outside!

Carson: Phil McGroin has been eliminated!

Phoenix: McGroin shocked the world by winning the 13 Ghost Gauntlet last October, but his hopes of being the shock winner tonight as well are over!
Roberts: Honestly, he's probably more bothered about losing the Hardcore Title! But he should probably call it quits now and regroup, since White doesn't seem to be in the mood to be messed about with!

Supreme stands back up on the apron and grins at McGroin, seemingly amused at how much of a fool he has made of himself, but that amusement is short lived as suddenly Pilgrim Paige flies into the scene with a dropkick, knocking Supreme off the apron and to the outside!

Carson: Supreme has been eliminated!

Phoenix: Paige eliminates Supreme! Wow! He should really have been focusing on the inside of the ring rather than outside it!
Jeffrey: We call that karma, ladies and gentlemen!

On the other side of the ring, Jason Crow successfully takes out Meyer with a back suplex but when he gets back to his feet, he is immediately ambushed by Senecca, who hits a belly-to-belly suplex with suck ferocity that it sends Crow tumbling OVER THE TOP ROPE and crashing to ringside!!

Carson: Jason Crow has been eliminated!

Roberts: Wow! Did you see that?!
Phoenix: It was hard to miss, James! Jason Crow is gone!

10....9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2..1...BUZZ!!

"Am I Savage?" by Metallica hits the PA system! The crowd, who haven't heard this music in a while, actually pop! The towering 6'6 man known as Glock Nine breaks through the curtain with a roar of adrenaline and a declaration of war!

Phoenix: Oh boy!
Roberts: He's here! IT'S GLOCK NINE!
Jeffrey: Oh, it's fucking nice to see Glock again!
Roberts: Not sure *nice* is the word I'd use, but it's definitely a surprise!

Carson: On his way to the ring, from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, weighing in at 275lbs, GLOOOOCK ... NINE!!

Glock runs down to the ring as fast as a 6'6, 275lbs man can, and climbs on to the apron, stepping over the top rope in one fell swoop and entering the chaos! Immediately, he smashes into Rigg AND Fischer with a double clothesline! Valentine throws a few strikes, but gets pie-faced away. Senecca is next, and gets lifted up HIGH into the air as Glock takes him out with a Gorilla Press Slam!

Phoenix: Wow! Glock showing exactly how freakishly strong he is!!

Glock finds Young, leaning against the turnbuckle, and hones in on his target. Glock charges at Young and hits a corner Big Boot! Young stumbles out of the corner, barely able to keep his footing and Glock takes him out with belly-to-belly suplex!! Witch Hazel jumps on to Glock's back and attempts to put him in a sleeper, but Glock grabs her and flips her over and off him! Hazel jumps back to her feet and Glock kicks her in the gut, lifts her in the air and hits the LAST RIDE!!

Jeffrey: Complete and utter domination by The Hollowpoint Bullet!

The aftermath of Glock's destruction is evident with bodies splayed all around the mat, ropes and corners. The crowd are in full swing counting down the penultimate entrant to the match! 4...3...2...1...BUZZ!!

"Eternal Lotus" by RUDE. hits the PA system. Oki-Kira gets a respectable pop as he steps out on to the stage.

Carson: On his way to the ring, from Osaka, Japan, weighing in at 200lbs, OKI-KIIIIRAAA!!!

Phoenix: Here comes Oki-Kira at #29. His partner Kiko was in this match what feels like an age ago, and was brutally taken out by Cain on the apron! Kira will be looking to avenge Kiko for sure, but Cain is at essentially full strength here, with three allies inside the ring!

Kira slides into the ring and immediately goes for Cain, as all his allies are busy with other opponents. Cain, despite his exhaustion of being in this match for almost thirty minutes, decides to give Kira a shit-eating grin. Kira reacts by spinning on the spot and kicking Cain in the face with a spinning heel kick! Cain goes down and Kira steps back a few, before running forward and hitting Cain again, this time with the...

Phoenix: KINSHASAAAAA!!!
Roberts: Kira has taken out Cain! He just needs to get him out now!

Kira wastes no time in grabbing Cain and dragging him towards the ropes. He lifts his dead weight up and tries to get him over, but suddenly, the other three members of The Black Flame engulf Kira, a flurry of punches and kicks which bring him down quickly! Rigg and Fischer continue to pummel Kira while Moxie wakes up Cain with some light slaps. She helps Cain up to his feet as Kira is held down by The Liberation. Once Cain gets a sense of what is happening, he stares at Kira with ferocity in his eyes, then launches forward and hits the DRAGON RAGE!!

Phoenix: Dammit! The Black Flame are like a pack of rats!
Jeffrey: Kira would have taken out Cain from this match if not for The Black Flame, that's for sure!

With Kira out cold, Cain grabs him and dumps him over the top rope, brushing his hands off over the ropes afterwards to add insult to injury!

Carson: Oki-Kira has been eliminated!

Phoenix: And I believe that's Cain's fifth elimination of the match!

With Kira gone, most of the competitors reeling or out cold, and The Black Flame surrounding Cain, he looks directly into the hard camer and outstretches his arms.

Cain: THIS RING IS MIIIINE!!

10...9....8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1...BUZZ!!

Phoenix: LAST ENTRANT! Who's it going to be?!

"Nocturnal Strains" by Eternal Tears of Sorrow hits the PA system. The crowd ERUPT as Cain's arch nemesis appears on the stage, with a fiery determination in her eyes and a rage that is unprecedented! Cain stares a hole through her, with The Black Flame all around, and motions her to "bring it".

Carson: On her way to the ring, from Nara, Japan, weighing in at 125lbs ... MADELINE ... PHOOEEEEEEENIX!!!

Phoenix: Oh, hell yeah! That's my girl! She has risen from the ashes like the Phoenix she is! GET HIM MADDIE!!
Roberts: Madeline Phoenix is here!! But The Black Flame are standing strong!
Jeffrey: I hope she slaps seven shades of shit out of that midget! Go Maddie!

Madeline Phoenix breaks into a sprint and slides into the ring at breakneck speed! She's so fast that she bypasses all of The Black Flame and takes out Cain directly with a Lou Thesz Press!! Phoenix unleashes lefts and rights on the Hall of Famer, before the rest of The Black Flame pull her back off of him! Phoenix UNLEASHES, slapping Moxie right across the face and BUTTING Fischer with some force! Rigg clubs Phoenix in the back and sends her to the ropes, but Phoenix comes back with purpose and takes out Rigg with a hurricanrana!!

Phoenix jumps back up to her feet and sees Fischer stumbling to his feet. She grabs him from behind and hits the hammerlock falling reverse DDT!

Phoenix: Maddie hits the Stonecaster DDT! She's taken out the entire Black Flame!

Phoenix pulls Fischer to his feet and throws him over the top rope, but Fischer holds on to the top rope, finding his feet on the apron. Madeline Phoenix shakes her head and charges at Fischer, diving through the middle rope and taking out Fischer on her way, with them both crashing to the outside!!

Carson: Garret Fischer has been eliminated!

Phoenix stands up on the outside and screams out loud, and the crowd cheer her in retaliation. Exhausted by her opening flurry, Maddie falls and rests against the barricade. Inside the ring, Senecca and Simtul clash once again. Senecca throws a chop to Simtul's chest, but Simtul retaliates with a thunderous forearm smash which rocks Senecca! Simtul throws another forearm smash, and Senecca falls against the ropes. Simtul grabs Senecca's legs and uses all of his strength to try and lift him up and over. Senecca wakes up and starts to fight back, clubbing Simtul in the back.

Phoenix: Precarious battle here by the ropes!

Simtul lets go of Senecca and Senecca comes back with a forearm of his own, right into Simtul's temple. Simtul stumbles away and Senecca takes him out with a German Suplex! Yesgill charges in to defend his partner but Senecca hits a Big Boot, knocking Yesgill back to the mat! Senecca then turns around and lifts Simtul over the rope! Simtul starts to fight back, but Meyer is suddenly on the other side, of Simtul and together, S&M lift him up and over, dumping Simtul to the outside!!

Carson: Elfan Simtul has been eliminated!

Phoenix: And there goes Simtul! S&M together were too much for hi-- wait, look!

Yesgill flies off the top rope and takes out Senecca with a Flying Clothesline!! Senecca goes down to the mat and Yesgill jumps to his feet - but his victory is short-lived as Meyer clotheslines Yesgill over the top rope and he lands on Simtul on the outside!!

Carson: Maximillian Yesgill has been eliminated!

Before Meyer can even celebrate his elimination however, Valentine pops up out of nowhere and lifts him up and over the rope and to the outside!

Carson: Dirk Meyer has been eliminated!

Phoenix: Umbra Maxima are gone! Meyer is gone! These eliminations are coming thick and fast!
Jeffrey: Valentine saw the opportunity and struck while the iron was hot!

Paige and Moxie find themselves within touching distance and, like they have all match, begin fighting once again! Moxie ducks under a clothesline, runs to the ropes and comes back towards Paige. Paige leapfrogs Moxie and the two go to opposing ropes and come back, taking each other out with a double clothesline! Groggily, both women make their way back to their feet and Moxie knees Paige in the midsection, and then hits a spinning back elbow!! Paige falls against the ropes and Moxie charges at her, but Paige ducks at the last second and lifts Moxie up, throwing her over the top rope and to the outside!!

Carson: Erica Moxie has been eliminated!

Phoenix: And now The Black Flame are down to two members! Just Rigg and Cain remain, and all of a sudden, they don't look nearly as dangerous!

On the outside, Moxie is reeling near where Kinsey Kane is stood. Kinsey is laughing, entertained and thrilled by her girlfriend Paige's superb in-ring action. Moxie doesn't take too kindly to being laughed at and gets up and turns to Kinsey. Kinsey's laugh falters, but she doesn't back down. Moxie gets in real close and starts mumbling some threats to Kinsey, when suddenly, a loud whistle gets her attention and she spins around. Paige is standing on the apron, and she jumps off and takes out Moxie with THE LUNAR ECLIPSE!!

Phoenix: Paige takes out Moxie! Lunar Eclipse! That'll teach Moxie to get in her girlfriend's face!

Paige gets up and checks on Kinsey, who assures her she's fine, then rolls back into the ring. She comes face to face with Rhys Cain, who just watched all of that go down, and he grabs her and takes out Paige with AVADA KEDAVRA!! Paige crumbles and Cain jumps back to his feet, looking for more revenge. Over on the other side of the ring, he sees Witch Hazel battling Bruce Rigg. Hazel clips Rigg with an Enziguri, which sends him into the corner, and Cain charges at her and hits the DRAGON RAGE!! Witch Hazel flies over the top and crashes to the outside!!

Carson: Witch Hazel has been eliminated!

Jeffrey: Wow! Dragon Rage takes out and eliminates The Lunatic Minge!
Roberts: And that's Cain's SIXTH elimination in this match! More than any other competitor!
Phoenix: And with that, we're down to nine competitors! This is the final stretch! Who's gonna survive?!

Rhys Cain and Bruce Rigg take one corner to themselves. They both look shattered, having spent at least thirty minutes each in the ring. Phoenix has become engulfed in a battle with Glock Nine. Valentine, Paige and Senecca are involved in a three way brawl, which is mostly Senecca fighting off the two smaller opponents. And right across the ring from Cain and Rigg are White and Young. The two teams make eye contact and storm towards the middle of the ring, clashing with lefts and rights in the center of the ring. Brian White takes out Rigg with a thunderous Pavement Slam! Cain and Young battle it out, and Cain attempts a Side Effect, but Young throws an elbow into the back of Cain's head, wriggling free of his grip and taking out Cain with a standing Tornado DDT!

Phoenix: White and Young dominating here!

White and Young get up and embrace quickly, but then White grabs Young and tosses him over the top rope!!

Carson: Tommy Young has been eliminated!!

Young looks stunned as he jumps up on the outside and protests. White shrugs apologetically.

Phoenix: Oh ho ho! Remember what happened last year? Young eliminated White! Looks like White learned from that mistake this year!

Young sighs and heads up the ramp, having been caught out spectacularly. Inside the ring, Senecca takes White out with a German suplex from behind! Senecca then grabs White and pulls him up to his feet, with some considerable effort, and whips White to the ropes. White comes back, full steam ahead, though, and takes out Senecca with the RUNAWAY TRAIN!!

Phoenix: Wow! What a spear!
Roberts: Sometimes I think the Hardcore Champion is ACTUALLY part train!

White grabs Senecca and lifts him up to the ropes and, after a momentary struggle, finds the second wind to lift Senecca up and over and dump him on to the outside of the ring!

Carson: Senecca has been eliminated!

Cain and Rigg recover from the earlier attack and now that White's partner is gone, they pounce two on one, attacking White's knees and bringing him down from his full height! Rigg runs to the ropes and takes out kneeled White with a running Big Boot! White falls and Cain attempts to drag him to the ropes. Before Rigg can help him however, Glock Nine grabs Rigg from behind, spinning him around, lifting his boot into Rigg's jaw and hitting the COUNT THE LIGHTS!!

Rigg falls back towards the ropes, stunned from the move, and Glock marches forward and takes out Rigg with a ferocious clothesline, sending the big man up and over!

Carson: Bruce Rigg has been eliminated!

Phoenix: And there goes Rigg! That means Cain is all on his own! And it also means we're down to six! Cain, White, Paige, Valentine, Glock and Maddie! One of these competitors is walking out the 4CW World Champion!

Cain stops trying to eliminate White upon realising that his last ally has been eliminated and instead changes tact, going for his old rival, Glock Nine! Cain unleashes a knife edge chop to Glock's chest, but The Hollowpoint Bullet, much fresher compared to Cain, simply laughs it off and retaliates with a bigger chop which knocks Cain to the mat!

Jeffrey: Cain may be a twat, but he's lasted an age in this match and he's still in there! He must be completely exhausted!
Roberts: Glock Nine is a tough challenger at 100%, I can't imagine how tough he is when you're the #1 entrant compared to him being #28!

Glock looks up as something catches his eye and sees Valentine is on the top rope! Valentine jumps off with a crossbody - but GLOCK CATCHES VALENTINE IN MID-AIR!! Valentine tries to wriggle free, but Glock readjusts and takes him out with a running powerslam! Glock gets back up to his feet - but White flies in with a clothesline that SENDS GLOCK OVER THE TOP ROPE AND ELIMINATES HIM!!

Carson: Glock Nine has been eliminated!

Phoenix: Wow! And just like that, we're down to FIVE!

With Valentine still down and White standing tall, the other three competitors slowly climb to their feet. Brian White finds Pilgrim Paige first and grabs her, sending her to the corner with a strong Irish whip. Paige hits the buckle so hard that she recoils and falls to the mat. Meanwhile, Cain stumbles over to Madeline Phoenix, who is much fresher and also ready for the fight. Phoenix slaps Cain across the fact with significant force, and he retaliates with a slap of his own and then SPITS IN HER FACE!!

Phoenix: CAIN, YOU FUCKING -- DISGUSTING -- NGGGH -- I'M GONNA FUCKING RIP YOUR FACE OFF!
Jeffrey: Scott - SCOTT! CALM DOWN! Your daughter can rip his face off herself!

Madeline Phoenix wipes the spit off of her face and stares at Cain's shit-eating grin and then she UNLEASHES a flurry of fast, repeated forearm smashes!! Cain falls into the corner and Phoenix continues to pummel him! Cain's eye is cut open after the ninth or tenth forearm and he quickly loses all sense of his whereabouts. Finally, Maddie stops, heaving and gasping, and then lifts Cain up to his feet and lifts him up on to the turnbuckle, seated at the top.

Jeffrey: What did I tell ya, Scotty? Go on, girl!
Roberts: Maddie Phoenix UNLEASHED!! And what does she have planned here?!

Phoenix climbs up the turnbuckle and grabs Cain. She sets him up for a suplex, then LIFTS HIM HIGH IN THE AIR. AND KEEPS HIM THERE.

Jeffrey: Holy crap! When did Maddie get so STRONG?!

Madeline Phoenix holds The Black Flame in position for FOURTEEN FULL SECONDS before dropping back and hitting a SONNET SUPERPLEX!!

Phoenix: Madeline Phoenix with the Sonnet! Huge advantage here for the 4CW rookie against this bastard of a Hall of Famer!

Inside the ring, Phoenix rolls over and gets back to her feet and drags Cain to the ropes. She gets him up to his feet - but CAIN STICKS A THUMB RIGHT IN HER EYE! Cain clotheslines Phoenix over the top rope - but she holds on! Phoenix lands on the apron, BAM! Forearm smash again to Cain's bloody eye! Cain falls back. Phoenix pulls on the rope, then catapults herself back into the ring with a corkscrew splash!

Phoenix: And there's the Phoenix Rising! Incredible athleticism!

Phoenix grabs Cain and throws him over the top rope!! Cain holds on to the top rope but Maddie Phoenix isn't going to allow that! She delivers one final forearm smash and Cain falls out off the apron and to the outside!!

Carson: Rhys Cain has been eliminated!

Phoenix: YES! That's my girl! That's MY daughter!
Jeffrey: And she's achieved a performance any parent would be proud of! We're down to the FINAL FOUR!!

Madeline Phoenix rests against the ropes, shattered by the war with Cain but pleased at coming out on top - when suddenly, JACK VALENTINE is back! He scoops up Madeline Phoenix and TOSSES HER OVER TO THE OUTSIDE!!

Roberts: Oh no!
Jeffrey: Damn! Valentine is a damn genius, even when I really don't want him to be!
Phoenix: I don't care! She did what she came  to do - and that was get revenge on Rhys Cain! And a Final Four spot is MAGNIFICENT! But more importantly to this match, we're down to the FINAL THREE! It's Paige! It's White! It's Valentine! Who will be leaving 4CW World Champion?!

Valentine turns to face his opponents, Paige and White. Each of them take three of the four corners of the ring and stare the others down. The crowd around the arena are electric, knowing that this is the final hurdle. "THIS IS AWESOME" chants break out before any of the three even make a move and they bask in the glory of those chants for a few moments, chests heaving, trying to get a measure of energy back before the final battle.

Then, the fighting champion decides that offense is the best defense and screams as she runs at Valentine, taking him down with a running Enziguri!! Paige jumps back to her feet and fights off the approaching White with some wild flurry of slaps and punches, keeping him at bay momentarily. Eventually though, White grabs Paige by her hair and throws her across the ring like a toy.

Phoenix: Pure, brute strength!

White grabs Paige and sets her up for the Train Crash!! He lifts her up into the air runs forward and DELIVERS THE RUNNING POWERBOMB WITH APLOMB!

Roberts: TRAIN CRASH! This could be it for Paige!!
Jeffery: That was BRUTAL!!

Valentine gets back to his feet and pounces on White. White gets back up to his feet and pushes Valentine away. When Valentine comes back around a second time, White takes him out with a SPINEBUSTER!! With the distraction dealt with, White grabs Paige and drags her to the ropes, and then, with relative ease, he lifts her up on to his shoulder and tips her over the top rope!! But Paige isn't giving up that easily!!

Phoenix: Paige has got a hold of the top rope, look!

She indeed has, and Paige clutches for dear life and uses the leverage to tip Brian White over the rope with her! For a moment they teeter on the ropes, White coming close to going over before leaning back into the ring, only for Paige to come back and pull him back down a bit more. Paige gives one final pull - she screams as she uses every ounce of strength she has to try and pull White over - AND THEN VALENTINE IS THERE AND HE LIFTS WHITE'S LEGS IN THE AIR, THE SUDDEN SHIFT IN WEIGHT SENDING WHITE TUMBLING OUT, AND PAIGE DIRECTLY AFTER HIM, BOTH OF THEM CRASHING TO THE FLOOR BELOW!!

"Supernova Goes Pop" by Powerman 5000 hits the PA system!! The crowd, stunned at this sudden victory, EXPLODE in a mass of noise, both positive and negative.

Phoenix: OH MY GOD!
Jeffrey: YES! HE DID IT! MAD DOG DID IT!

Carson: HERE IS YOUR WINNER AND THE NEEEEEEW 4CW WORLD CHAMPION .... JAAAACK .... MAD DOOOOOG ... VAAAAALENTIIINE!!!!

Jack Valentine collapses to his knees. He looks so emotional that he might burst out crying. The confetti falls around the arena, the music blares at a deafening volume and the crowd roars above it all. The referee hands the 4CW World Championship to Jack Valentine, who lays it down on the mat, and buries his face in it, as if praying to a deity.

Roberts: History has been made!!
Phoenix: This whole night has been history-making! Jack Valentine has become 4CW World Champion for the first time in his career! It took him fifteen long years but he has finally achieved his life's dream!
Jeffrey: He came into this match at #18 when the ring was absolutely packed with competitors and he's managed to survive them all! He took advantage of a perfect opportunity at the end there and his reward is to join the very select few who have gotten to call themselves 4CW WORLD CHAMPION!

Jack Valentine stumbles up to his feet and raises the championship HIGH into the air, and the confetti is so thick that he is barely visible in the fog. Valentine climbs the turnbuckle, where he can be seen more clearly and raises the belt in the air once again with both hands, as the 4CW logo appears in the lower third. Both White and Paige sit, exhausted, too tired to even react, on the outside, as Valentine's elation comes through on his face with every ongoing moment.

Phoenix: What a night here in Phoenix, Arizona! Thank you for joining us! We'll see you next month, for Storm Front! JACK VALENTINE IS THE NEW 4CW WORLD CHAMPION!! GOODNIGHT!!

Main Event

So I didn’t proof read this bc I wanna get it out, I also had to review this immediately as I read it bc it was so fresh. Revival review still coming. I actually smoked a bit and then read this and I think that was a fantastic decision. Hence why I needed to review it ASAP.

Show Opening:

Always love the rundown of the upcoming matches. I know it’s common place, but you do it well. Always tell a little history on the participants and the stakes of the upcoming matches or segment.

Opening Cain Promo:

The transformation of Rhysus into Rhys Cain (the name change may have been way before for different reasons, but not for me) as been fantastic. I remember being excited and happy for the heel turn. Like if Cena finally did it and did it right and all in. That’s what I’m seeing here. It’s not just about telling the fans to go pound sand. He’s brutal. He’s evil. And he’s crazy, at least I think he’s unhinged. Add in the The Black Flame (who I thought were going to be a bunch of newbie mini Rhysus’) don’t rebel against Rhys and go on their own. Instead, follow him almost blindly! 4CW not has a legit heel faction! And I haven’t even touched on Willow the Widow yet!

I’ll get to that match in due time, but just the way Rhys and company just “engulf” was a perfect word. Rhys with all the black. Reminiscent of the NWO. Chilling. Then we’re treated to the announcers (who have quite the interest in this unfolding plot) give us a great refresher on the events up to this moment. The fact that The Black Flame went 1-3 at Revival made me grin. However, the 1 win was a big one by the leader and shellacking at that. I will say, I like that Rhys plays the villain who believes what he’s doing is “what’s best” for the audience. It’s like he still is the white knight “Rhysus” in his mind but has resulted to heinous actions that only his past adversaries would use. He is not only broken, but deranged.

The segment was a refresher from Revival and of what's to come. Which makes the main event all that much more entertaining and a nice chapter in this story. Awesome way to start the PPV. I mean Storm Front Super Show!

Ultimate X Match:

I think I vaguely remember seeing this match (albeit it was a multiman bout) in TNA and for a title. Pretty sure it is based on how this was written and my memory. I’ll admit I think it works better with more competitors, but nevertheless this was still a strong opening match. I love when a title literally hangs in the balance.

Yes I am a fan of the Phil McGroin and Hardcore title storyline. At first I thought it was decent and a phase, but not that it’s becoming more of a gimmick I can respect it more. It’s now on my mind whenever the champ gets pinned in an unrelated, or in this case, related match.

Match was good with some solid spots. I mostly liked the finish. Funny to see McGroin remember to get his belt back, like it’s more important than anything else. I like both these competitors and Young has been a force on the mid-cards with some potential. Had that belt for quite awhile. McGroin comes up short, but I can’t imagine he’ll be without nonHardcore gold in his future.

Supergroup interview:

I could actually hear the “bro tone” if that makes any sense, in this segment more than others for some reason I can’t explain. I like that this was short and sweet. I feel this faction works best in doses. I’m not at all saying I don’t like them. They could be throughout the entire show, I just like them in these shorter segments for their characters is all. Usually it’s quality over quantity, but it think the quality is in the quantity here. Only thing for me was I didn’t quite get the sweatband thing, but I think part of that is that I don’t know all these characters inside and out. Either way, I think this documentary can shot quite similarly. Either way, you’ve grasped my attention. Good job.

Sorcery vs Thrillers:

The Tag Teams with the two coolest names IMHO (besides S&M of course) square off in a #1 Contenders bout! RARE sportsmanship sighting to start things off. A good back in forth before things look like they may go the Thrillers way. SCREW JOB! There really is a lot of variety within the tab division. It’s impressive. I really liked the finish and even the new #1 contenders, keeping their sportsmanship. There’s so many possible storylines with this tag division. It’s already the. The WWE’s tag division, I know that’s not saying much but I do mean it lol.

Cain interview w/Dubois:

Right away Cain makes his intentions known. And honestly, they make perfect sense. You don’t see many tag team interferences, but this clearly had good cause. Sometimes when Rhys speaks, his answers make enough sense where I remember that good/evil is just a point of view. Then he makes a pass at Dubois in total heel fashion lol. But again after the interview. Feels like Rhys was more interested in replusing Dubois than anything else. He’s wicked.

Valentine vs White/Valentine vs Supreme:

So this is where my night started to get wild. This match was fantastic with Valentine getting off to a horrible start and struggling to recover. White looked like an absolute beast. Honestly, I thought maybe my RP was received so poorly, that I was being sent a message. Not really, but I got nervous real quick. It felt like Valentine was in survival mode, and considering he’s the champion AND trapped in a steel cage with the likes of White. It was a great way to go with this. Opportunistic is his game and trying to escape any chance he gets, is his character.

So many bear falls and every time the cage was climbed, you’d think it could be over or could very much hurt. Busted nose and bad leg, I didn’t see that finish coming at all. I love that both guys were both out after the Moonsault and Valentine’s arm just managed to cover White. It’s a great way to end a brutal match, with both guys giving it their all. But also it makes…..

Supreme’s entrance that much better! I just gotta say, when Edge did this to Cena, I thought it was amazing. Fantastic. What a true heel way to screw over a guy and literally steal the belt. I told you I went through a roller coaster of emotions with this PPV…..I mean Super show. Between the close match and just when I thought I could relax. THIS! And of all people to do it. I thought I was safe! Surely the winner of the Lightning Bottle match would challenge for the world title! Really happy to see Valentine show some heart and try to fight over Supreme, but deep down we knew that wasn’t going to happen.

Then Supreme was announced a Grand Slam Champion and it all made sense. The match was won but the title was lost. At this point I thought my night was over honestly. Been awhile since I read the card (new the main event was the Rumble in the Storm). I wasn’t upset or angry. Everything was done so well, it was like…..ok. Huge win but I’m beltless with the screw job. Finish the show and regroup.

Now obviously I had much interest in this match, but these are all the emotions you made me go through Rhys. Like I actually stood up and walked away from my phone after the Supreme bit. I don’t think I’ve ever done that before. Wow.

Umbra Maxima vs S&M:

Great to see S&M back in action. Seriously. These guys bring me back. Honestly they’re top 3 and I’d push for #1 top tag team of 4CW.

I know I have to get back to helping you out with matches again Rhys, but having you write everything does have its advantages.

Only someone who basically writes the whole show would be able to refer back to a previous match. Comments like that will keep you immersed in the show. Even the best match writers just can’t do that.

Great back and forth and some close calls. I really thought S&M were gonna pull it off. But I was happy to see the shady finish. It’s not dirty but it wasn’t clean either. There’s so much going on in this tag division it’s tough to keep track, but it’s good content so it’s fun. Really nice Tag Title bout. I hope S&M stay together and try to get back into the mix ASAP. The end of match tells me they should. Awesome.

Rumble in the Storm:

Ok. So. Remember that roller coaster of emotions? Firstly I was just feeling stupid thinking that I wasn’t even in this match and then remembered 30 participants would be involved. So unless it was a jobber show or we dug deep into the past. Valentine would make an appearance. Rhys comes out first and has a Kane like performance. Couple of jobbers come in and get tossed, but the ring starts to fill up very very quickly. I think it got as high as 16 at one point? Crazy.

As the participants are coming out and the announcers are saying what number they are, I couldn’t help but think of my own part in all of this. So much had just happened to me that this seemed like an afterthought, something I wasn’t truly ever in contention for. But after we hit 15, I thought, well maybe Valentine will come out around 28, 29, or 30 and have a good showing or even win. BUT I misread the damn match title again and for some reason thought it was a number 1 contenders match!! Ugh. But at 17 Paige comes out and I’m thinking, so what if she wins she has no number one con…...oh shit this is for the title. So I’m praying I come out late like I said and Boom! #18 Jack Valentine. Welp! There goes that.

One thing I’ll say that was done so well, is there were so many close eliminations. And the best part was it wasn’t just with the top dogs. It was with everyone. There was a point I thought the lowest jobber could eliminate Valentine, or Jesus maybe even Paige! And the storylines unfolded in the ring. Most rivals went after each other and those who had matches early in the night, the unfinished business remains unfinished, but we got another chapter to unfold in ALL ongoing plots and storylines. Rhys was probably the best with his elimination. Maybe the younger Phoenix does have a chance against Rhys Cain.

It got to the point where rightly 9-10 guys were left. Then you starting considering your odds. Reading who is left. I thought mine were decent, but I was just too beat up. Every time I saw my name I got goosebumps. The battle down to the final 3 and how it unfolded was intense. So well written. Again like with the cage match. I would read Valentine take a big move or even get near the ropes and have to put my phone down and do a lap around my house. Whenever I took a big bump, but was grounded and left alone, I would breathe a sigh of relief. My sleeping finance was sleeping on my chest for a bit during the middle stanza of this. My heart was racing and made her reposition lol. The best part was, there were a few participants I thought could win this. Furthermore, after what Supreme do to me, I thought any finish was possible. I’m totally biased, but this is a match of the year candidate for me. I love that you not only kept track of the entrants, but how many eliminations everyone had, and by whom! Always going the extra mile. Fantastic job and thank you.

MVP of the Night: Valentine/Supreme

I don’t like putting myself ever, but I feel this was one exception.

Moment/Spot: Valentine’s Moonsault but followed by Surpeme’s cashing in of the Lightning Bottle.

Graphic of the Night: Those movie ones made me jealous I didn’t think of doing something like that first. They’re clever and fun. My favorite was the War III one though.

Match of the Night: Rumble in the Storm

Besides the finish it was an awesome match. This whole event I’ll never forget.


Rhys it’s been a pleasure seeing what I used to think was filler content, become incredibly entertaining. Your stories with the tag division, The Black Flame, and others have been seriously entertaining. Kudos to everyone who RPed and participated. I find myself not only enthralled in your storylines but your actual characters as well. It’s been an amazing ride. Revival and this have been back to back amazing events. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to still review Revival in full.

Main Event

Opening Cain Promo: Impactful, entrance as always and spouting the same kind of shit as usual! Rhys Cain has managed to find a new low in his story line and it's quite frankly thrilling! And pulling in the commentary team in the way you have just makes it all the more personal! I really can't wait to see him knocked off that horse he's made for himself. That fall will be so satisfying!

Ultimate X Match: Wrote it, and gotta say, had fun with it. never written a speciality match like this before so was a bit of a challenge, and yeah, as LHeat mentioned, it is meant to be more of a multi man match, but I think it works well enough with two.

Supergroup interview: I actually love how clueless these guys come across in general. not sure about this documentary idea, but should be entertaining nevertheless!

Sorcery vs Thrillers: Enjoyable match, kind of a shame the ending was the way it was but it was effective. The Black Flame are getting everywhere, so it's actually quite interesting how their interactions are affecting the rest of the roster. Still a good showing from both teams, even with the Liberations interference. Also really liked how both teams put sportsmanship so high on their agenda.

Cain interview w/Dubois: God I wished Marie just slapped the taste out of Cain's mouth!

Valentine vs White/Valentine vs Supreme: Really enjoyed how this match turned out. White was dominant in a stipulation that really plays to his strengths and it showed. Valentine really showed some serious fortitude though and it was a very enjoyable match to read. That last moonsault was about as insane as Tommy's earlier Senton Bomb, so may need to have the company psykes checking some of the guys out for suicidal tenancies!

And then out comes Supreme! Gotta say, I didn't see this coming. Fair play to Valentine for trying to put up a fight, but there was no way he was keeping that belt! Ah well... And congrats to Supreme on becoming a Grand Slam Champ!

Umbra Maxima vs S&M: Who will beat Umbra Maxima? It looked like S&M could've done it, but maybe next time eh? A good showing from both teams, and it was nice to see the veterans showing they can still go. I am getting the feeling that Umbra are beginning to resort to more underhanded tactics to keep the belts, and honestly, I'm ok with this! Good going!

Rumble in the Storm: Now this was a roller coaster ride all right! So much happening I'm genuinely amazed you kept such control over everything. I loved how everyone (who deserved it) had a good run and every story was moved forward effectively. Loved how Tommy and Drummond teamed up early doors to combat the black flame, as well as how, for the most part, Tommy and White were leading the charge against Rhys and his cronies. And of course, Maddie's epic elimination of Cain, very satisfying moment! And finally, congrats to Jack Mad Dog Valentine on getting to the top of the mountain! Seems you're still gonna be in White's vision for the time being!
