"Vertigo" by Eclipse plays over a video package featuring an array of 4CW roster members, including Brian White, Sery, Pilgrim Paige, and Senecca. Pyro explodes from the stage and all along the ramp, as the camera cuts to the arena, panning the cheering audience, in the magnificent Wembley stadium, before stopping to rest on the ring. Scott Phoenix stands in the middle of the squared circle, microphone in hand.

Phoenix: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to 4CW Storm Front, live from Wembley in London, England! Over 60,000 in attendance here tonight and so management has promised a show you'll never forget. And with what transpired at Revival, there were certain changes that needed to be made. For those of you who couldn’t join us – and I’ll just say that there’s no reason not to, since you can subscribe to the 4CW Network for just $8.99 a month and see all our programming live as it happens – I’d like to direct your attention to the 4CWtron.
Jeffrey: Only $8.99?! That’s a steal!

The 4CWtron flickers to life, showing still images of Quinn Cox rushing to ringside during Senecca’s surprise return match, delivering a superkick to Tommy Young and then unmasking to reveal himself as Dirk Meyer. The montage stops short of showing Meyer accidentally costing his old S&M pal the match and Universal Title, and the camera returns to Phoenix in the ring.

Phoenix: I’ve been informed that, due to his actions at Revival, the Dirk Meyer formerly known as Quinn Cox has been removed from his position of authority as General Manager of 4CW.
Jeffrey: What? They can’t do that! I was just starting to warm up to the girl!
Phoenix: Yes, they can, Ray. And I can hear you all the way in the ring. I never realized how loud you were until just now.

Scott clears his throat and turns his attention back to the crowd, while Ray sits and stews in his chair.

Phoenix: Now, 4CW is a company, just like any other company. And without a strong sense of leadership, the structure and balance of that company falls apart, so it was imperative to the Board of Directors that a new General Manager be appointed immediately. I’m told many names were discussed, but in the end there was only one that the Board unanimously agreed on.
Roberts: Any idea who it is, Ray?
Jeffrey: Probably your mom. It wouldn’t be the first time twelve guys voted to have her.

Phoenix turns to face the entrance, walking toward the ropes with one hand held out.

Phoenix: Fans, this man is someone I consider a personal friend, and one of the all-time greats in this industry. He is a former 4CW World Champion, and your new General Manager...

The lights dim on cue, as the slow drum beating starts up, leading into Volbeat’s “A Warrior’s Call” echoing throughout the arena.

Roberts: No way! He’s back!
Jeffrey: Scott’s lying. He doesn’t have any friends.

The fans erupt into cheers as Lord Skywolf steps out onto the stage for the first time in years, smirking as he nods his head in response.

Phoenix: He is LORD! SKY! WOLF!

As the music continues, Skywolf makes his way down the ramp, pausing to look out to the crowd once more as he walks up the steel steps, entering the ring to shake hands with Scott. A chant of “holy shit” starts up, continuing until after the music dies down, only settling once Skywolf produces a microphone from his back pocket.

Skywolf: Yeah, I’d say that about says it all. Holy shit, it’s good to be back.

He laughs to himself, while the fans start shouting “holy shit” at him again.

Skywolf: First off, I want to say thank you to Scott for that warm welcome.

Scott bows his head and lifts his hand as if to say “no thanks necessary,” before exiting the ring to rejoin his commentary team.

Skywolf: And you guys. I mean, damn. The last time you saw me, I was getting my ass kicked alongside Eddie Wolfbaine by two guys whose names I can’t even remember, and you still welcome me back like this! That is amazing!

Having quieted down finally, the fans start right back up with cheers.

Skywolf: But okay, serious talk? Now that we’ve gotten the formalities out of the way, I’ve got to get down to my managerial duties. For some reason, the Board of Directors think that the man who created 4CW with his own two hands, who helped mold it into the juggernaut it became, and who climbed to the top of the mountain when he’d finally taken it as high as he could, should be the one to guide it now. And you know what? I agree with them.

Skywolf hesitates for a moment, running his hand over his jaw as some fans cheer, but most now wait silently.

Skywolf: What 4CW needs this very moment is fire. It needs a match struck under its ass, and that’s exactly what’s going to happen tonight. Tonight marks the debut of the Stormchaser Tournament, with a shot at the biggest prize in the game on the line. This kind of thing can and will make someone’s career, and it’s up to those involved to grab the bull by the horns and not let go. I want each and every one of you to understand the gravity of this situation, and to fight like your life depends on it, because these could be the most important matches you’ll ever take part in. Years from now, this might be the moment you look back on and say “I wish I had pushed myself just that little bit further” or “this is where my story began.” That choice is yours.

Phoenix: If there’s someone who knows about big matches, it’s this man. He fought Alexandre at Revival and came out on top.
Jeffrey: Don’t forget that assist he had.
Roberts: You didn’t seem to mind it when it happened.
Jeffrey: Yeah, but he wasn’t all...inspirational and DDP-ey back then.

Skywolf paces the ring momentarily, then brings the microphone back to his lips.

Skywolf: And just because we all know words are hollow, I’m going to give you reason to fight just that little bit harder. As my first official act as General Manager of 4CW, I have signed one of the hottest free agents in wrestling today, and they will be competing in the main event tonight! The final first round match of the Stormchaser Tournament will now be a triple threat match, with Senecca and Pilgrim Paige competing against my very own handpicked opponent! Good luck, because you’re going to need it.

With that, Skywolf tosses the microphone out of the ring, exiting under the ropes as “A Warrior’s Call” begins playing and the fans cheer his announcement.

Roberts: How awesome is this? First, we have a new General Manager, and that man is Skywolf! And in that same sentence, a new signing is arriving tonight to take part in the Stormchaser Tournament. Things are starting to heat up in 4CW!
Jeffrey: The only thing in heat is you, Roberts. You’ve been getting the vapors since he first came out here.
Phoenix: Folks, we have a lot more to come in the show, but this has already been an incredible night and we’re not even to our first match yet! Personally, I cannot wait for the main event to see how Skywolf’s first night as General Manager plays out.
Jeffrey: If you two keep this up, I’m going to petition to make this his last night, too.
Phoenix: Join us after this break for the SERYBRATION of the new 4CW Custom Cup Champion, Sery!

*~*

Coming back from the break, the camera focuses on the smiling image of Marie Dubois in front of the interview stage.

Marie Dubois: Joining me at this time, the Universal Champion, Brian “The Freight Train”, White!

White moves in to screen shot, the belt over his shoulder and the dour and slightly angry expression as usual dominating his features.

Dubois: After your war with Senecca at Revival last month, you must be feeling pretty confident going into the Stormchasers Tournament.

Brian White: I have one belt, and now I have my eyes set on more. And this tournament is just another stepping stone before I get my hands on the big one.

Dubois: Your first opponent, the newly crowned Custom Cup Champion, Sery must also be feeling confident...

White: I just can't believe that Supreme couldn't get the job done and put that midget down for good. Ah well, I suppose I'll just have to do it for him then!

White chuckles to himself as Marie's expression becomes slightly brittle. White looks down into her eyes and smiles menacingly.

White: It's what I do best Marie, as you know well. I enjoy hurting people, and Sery's just the unfortunate little bugger who's found himself next on the list. After tonight, he'll wish he'd stayed in bed!

White laughs as he moves off camera. Marie's brittle expression remains as she finishes up.

Dubois: Back to you Scott...

Camera fades as Marie hurriedly moves off in the same direction as White went.

We cut to the stage where a big marching band is lined up all the way down the entrance ramp down to the ring. They start playing a rendition of "Red Flag" by Billy Talent. Sery comes out through the curtains holding up his 4CW Custom Cup Championship high into the air. As Sery steps out into the middle of the stage, balloons start falling onto the stage area. Sery grins and marches his way to the ring. He circles the ring first letting a few fans touch the 4CW Custom Cup championship.

Roberts: Sery is celebrating in big style tonight! It's a Serybration!!!!
Jeffrey: I think im going to be sick. I hate marching bands!

Sery hops up into the ring, climbs the turnbuckle and hoists his 4CW Custom Cup championship into the air! Afterwards he gets handed a microphone and stands in the middle of the ring embracing the fans reaction. He waits for them to quiet down.

Sery: We did it! We captured the belt. After months and months of chasing it, being put through hell, and through multiple therapy sessions. It all came to a head at Revival, where I defeated Supreme in his own match. I won't be putting down Supreme tonight. He put up one hell of a fight. This last year fighting him has been some of the toughest battles of my career.

Sery gazes at his championship.

Sery: But tonight is my night. This is our night. I couldn't have done it without you all. But let's look to the future. Lets get down to business. First things first: you can buy your brand new Sery 4CW Custom Cup Championship T-Shirt on seryshop.com.

Sery points at the T-Shirt he is wearing. It has a picture of the Custom Cup Championship with his face on it.

Sery: Second things second. Is the issue of my stipulation. Well, we all know Sery goes big or goes home. I have already let 4CW management know my stipulation earlier today. Brace yourselves. My stipulation is going to be a TRIPLE CAGE match!!!!!!! I promise that every title defense is going to be an epic battle for my title.

Some production worker hops onto the ring apron and is holding a letter and holds it out to Sery. Sery looks confused but he takes the letter. He starts to open up the letter.

Sery: A letter from 4CW management. Must be to congratulate me. I'll read it out loud to you all.

"Dear Sery,

We have taken your request for a Triple Cage match into great consideration. After much deliberation, 4CW management has come to a decision. We have concluded that we will not be able to fund your Triple Cage match. The expenses would simply be too great.

Sincerely,
4CW Management"

Sery: So... this news is disappointing. But, don't any of you worry! This is going to happen. We are going to make this happen. I will find a way. It is more vital now than ever to start shopping on Seryshop.com—so we can fund this thing! Now, about my match tonight. I would like to call Brian White out here.

"Wherever I May Roam" by Yashin hits the speakers. A confused Brian White comes out from behind the curtain and makes his way to the ring. Once in the ring, he stares Sery down. As Sery looks up at Brian, he starts to speak.

Sery: Brian, you need to hear this. This 4CW Custom Cup Championship means the world to me. It's the only thing that matters to me. It's the most important thing. I've worked so hard for it. With that being said... I forfeit my spot in the tournament, as well as my match. So congratulations, Brian White. You advance!

The Seryous One switches the mic to his left hand, then extends his right hand out to the Freight Train. White just stares at that hand for a moment, then finally grabs it. Sery is all joyful that White shook his hand... until he realizes Brian White isn't letting go. White's knuckles turn the color of his surname as he squeezes the Custom Cup champion's palm tightly. Sery winces in pain. After a few moments, the Freight Train relinquishes his grip. White chuckles heartily while Sery flaps his hand to regain the feeling in it, then steps out of the ring and heads up the ramp. Sery angrily tosses his mic down and kicks it to the apron, where a ringside attendant retrieves it.

Jeffrey: Brian White automatically advances in the Stormchaser and embarrasses Sery in one fell swoop? Wonders never cease!

As Freight Train nears the top of the ramp, the arena lights and 4CWTron go dark. Dim lighting takes over the arena as the opening lines of Draconian's "Heavy Lies the Crown" ring out over the PA system. Sery watches on from the ring. A thick layer of purple fog begins to envelope the stage and ramp. White halts his leisurely stroll at the top of the ramp, one eyebrow raised. Skipping the usual build-up, a wriggling trail of two fireworks ascends overhead with a shrieking sound. They burst hard, fan out and rain down in many colorful "legs"—the "spider" formation. Each one is colored differently: a pale blue, and a deep purple. The descending trails intertwine as the crowd pops. As the song's beat marches the rhythm forward, Tsukiko, Paige and Hazel appear through the fog. Another departure from the norm: Tsukiko and Paige are dressed in all-black casual wear: matching tank tops (with the Nirvana logo) and tight jeans. They descend down the ramp in single-file, stepping around the massive Brian White. As they pass by White, he eyes each woman with a curious look. He seems a bit taken with Tsukiko Mizuno. His eyes linger on her form for a few extra moments before continuing his trek backstage.

Roberts: Sorry to burst your bubble, big guy, but I don't think she's interested. Or available.
Jeffrey: Or into dudes.
Phoenix: Careful, Ray.
Jeffrey: Hey—no judgment. People are people! Except James, who's just... just terrible.

Paige and Tsukiko gaze into each other's eyes, clasp hands and charge towards the ring. They slide in and return to their feet quickly, facing Sery. Together, they throw their heads back and give a loud WOOO that is echoed by many fans. The lights then return to normal, and the Lunar Pilgrim calls to ringside for a mic. She releases Tsukiko's hand and accepts a microphone from an attendant. Paige converses privately with her partner, then the two meet Sery at the center of the ring. The crowd is abuzz.

Paige: Alright. You and many in this arena must be wondering why I'm out here. Well, there are a few reasons. First of all, I'd like to congratulate you on your big title win at Revival XI.

Sery grins brightly and—having rid of his mic—inaudibly says "Thanks!" The 4CW fans cheer and strike up a "Sery" chant. Tsukiko, who has an oddly unreadable expression on her face, leans in close to whisper in Paige's ear. Paige, looking confident, nods in agreement to something and whispers back. Tsukiko returns to her faction-mate's side. Her expression remains unclear.

Paige: My second point of order is to tell you to enjoy it while you can. Which is to say, until our title match comes up, and you go down.

An "Oooh" and light boos from some fans.

Paige: The unpleasant reality is that you are a placeholder champion, Sery. Someone to keep that belt nice and warm until someone better comes along. And that someone is me. I've been on the rise from the first day I set foot in a 4CW ring one year ago. I'll admit—you've got the experience edge and... well... a big personality, let's say. I'll give you that much. Sadly, that's all I can give. Truth is, when I look at you, I see a weak champ and a weak opponent, Sery!

The crowd boos louder. Sery looks a bit hurt, but shakes it off, lifts his title belt off his shoulder and proudly displays it up high, eliciting a pop.

Phoenix: Strong words from the Lunar Pilgrim.

Paige: The beauty and advantage of the Custom Cup is, of course, that you can pick any stipulation you want, champ. Well, anything that won't put 4CW in the hole. Triple Cage match?! Really?

A smattering of chuckles are audible in the stands.

Paige: You hear that, Sery? Laughter. Do you know why people laugh about that match idea? 'Cause it sounds like a bad joke. Your web shop, your Twitter feed... it's all a big joke, right? Well, take a good long look at me.
I am no laughing matter. I'm the #1 contender to your title. Someone who has shown time and again that she can definitely hang with the big dogs. Shown her resilience and drive. Shown that she can dish out whatever punishment is required to take down any opponent; survive any attack, or any... stipulation. What's more, I've shown a great deal of creativity, all within one short year in the big leagues. Remember? I was responsible for not one, but TWO unique match types in the Soul Survivor tournament. I went to management twice, proposed two different matches, and experienced zero rejections. Nice track record, huh? That pretty golden belt on your shoulder... she was made with talent and innovation like mine in mind. And I WILL have her! So hold her tight while you can, Sery. Because she wants to come home, and home is right here with me. And when that day comes, 4CW will walk with The Golden Pilgrim... or be crushed in her glorious wake.

The lights go out.
Roberts: What the—
Phoenix: We seem to be experiencing some technical difficulties...

When the lights come back on, Hazel—in her entrance coat and crown—is standing a little ways behind Sery. She removes her outer wear, revealing a black crop top and silver leggings. She saunters up seductively, licks her middle and index fingers, and reaches her slender arm out and under his chin. She turns Sery's head slowly, as he himself turns toward his yet-unseen temptress. Their eyes meet for an exact second—then, Sery finds himself blinded by a  burst of silvery-white mist, drawn out from Witch Hazel's painted lips. He staggers into Paige, who hooks him up into a front facelock. Tsukiko grabs her by the shoulder and loudly asks Paige a question. Something like...

If you're sure this is the way forward, I'm with you!

Pilgrim Paige seems lost in thought for a moment. Her eyes scan the audience. She looks to Hazel, who is revelling in her work and, seemingly, the taste of the residual pale liquid on her lips. Then, back to Tsukiko, who smiles tensely. Paige nods once—firmly—then drapes a leg over Sery's left arm and drops down, spiking him into the mat head-first.

Phoenix: A vicious message being sent to the Custom Cup champion tonight! We've never quite seen this side of Paige before!
Jeffrey: I'm less shocked, frankly. I keep telling you guys: the girl's crazy! Not to mention awesome! Give 'im some more!

To Ray Jeffrey's delight, The Coven do just that. Together, they turn Sery onto his back and position him at mid-ring. All three then ascend three separate turnbuckles, with Tsukiko and Paige facing opposite each other and Hazel off to one side, adjusting her crown. They all bow their heads for a moment—breathe deeply—and simultaneously leap from the top rope. Tsukiko and Paige crash down onto Sery with a dual frog splash, with Paige colliding with his chest/abs and Tsukiko crashing onto the hips/groin/thighs. At the exact same time, Hazel lands a diving headbutt to the sternum, using her crown for added impact.

Roberts: Oh my god! What the hell was that?
Jeffrey: THAT... was freakin' awesome!
Phoenix: I'll play technical here and refer to my notes, which are giving me... "Hex Omega".
Jeffrey: Love it! So heavy metal!

The crowd erupts in a "holy shit" chant as The Coven stand and regroup, celebrating together over the motionless Sery.

he audience boos and jeers as Paige and Tsukiko slide out of the ring and head up the ramp, again holding hands. They saucily skip away, while Hazel hangs back. She kneels down, crawls across Sery's lifeless form—and runs her tongue up one side of his face!

Roberts and Jeffrey react at the same time:

Roberts: Gross.
Jeffrey: Hot!

Witch Hazel mercifully climbs off of her prey, strolls down the ring steps and heads backstage to join her faction-mates...

*~*

Coming back from commercial, the shot opens to the backstage area, where officials and various other staff members are standing at each side of a long hallway, everybody clapping and nodding in respect. All of a sudden, Lord Skywolf steps into frame. He looks to each side slowly, then stares straight ahead for a moment.

Skywolf: I just got the strangest feeling of deja vu right now...

He pauses for a few seconds longer, surveying the situation, then gradually begins walking forward. As he passes by, some of the people reach out to shake his hand. He obliges, but every moment seems...well, kind of creepy, to be honest. Like he’d lived it before. Or seen it somewhere else months ago, possibly on some bigger, more well known program. Finally the reception ends, and he turns the corner to escape the long corridor of overly welcoming drones, coming face to face with none other than...Carlos “BA” Starr?

Starr: Sup, ese?

Skywolf stops dead in his tracks, then wipes his hand down his face in disbelief.

Skywolf: Well, that’s not completely offensive or anything. First day back and already I’m going to get complaints.
Starr: What’chu talkin’ ‘bout, chulo?
Skywolf: Dude, you’re whiter than I am. There’s no way you’re Mexican. Hell, do you even know Spanish at all? And before you say it, the Taco Bell slogan doesn’t count.

Starr looks stunned, and stammers for a few seconds, trying to think of something to say, before suddenly growing angry and getting in Skywolf’s face.

Starr: Look here, Wolf of the Skies. Everybody welcomes you right back, but I don’t. I remember, ese. I remember how you left us all high and dry, and I remember how you treated all of us before, and now you come back all smiling and sunshining?
Skywolf: I’m starting to get the feeling that you don’t even know English all that well, either. Like you guys are just casual acquaintances or something and you don’t even know each other’s last names.
Starr: Haha, so funny, ese. Always with the joking. But you’re the real joke here. Do you really think you have what it takes to run 4CW, when you don’t even know what the fans want? Everybody here paid to see the true Starr of 4CW, and you just leave him out, mang? Not cool, ese.
Skywolf: Okay, you can stop peppering that word into every sentence. I believe you. Now take a step back, because your breath is nearly as atrocious as your speech.

Starr looks offended, but takes a step back. And then discreetly holds his hand up in front of his mouth, cringing slightly when he smells his own breath.

Skywolf: See? I wasn’t even being mean there. But you’re right. It’s my first night in charge and I need to make an impact. One match isn’t enough, so tonight I’m going to give you your opportunity. Tonight...Carlos Starr will challenge Jon Viper for the 4CW World Championship in a Gallows Pole match!

Carlos nearly jumps out of his boots, as a look of pure excitement and surprise crosses his face.

Starr: Oh, my god! Really, ese?
Skywolf: No, not really. Why the hell would I make that match? Now get out of my sight before I make you fight the entire roster in a handicap gauntlet match.

Starr holds his hands up, and quickly backs up a few feet, then turns on his heels and makes a mad dash for safety. Sighing to himself, Skywolf shakes his head, turning to leave and walking right into view of Tony Rock.

Skywolf: This is going to be a long night...

We cut to another part of the backstage area where the man known as Mr Hollowpoint, Glock Nine, makes his way down the hallway dressed and ready to compete. He turns a corner into a wide area. As he passes a large dumpster, Phil McGroin sneaks out from behind it with a steel chair! Phil McGroin whistles and Glock Nine turns around - AND IS BLASTED ACROSS THE SKULL WITH THE STEEL CHAIR!

Phil McGroins screams like an animal and unleashes the steel chair on Glock three or four times, hitting him in the arms and torso and legs. With Glock Nine laid out, McGroin wraps the chair around his face and LEG DROPS DOWN ON GLOCK!!

McGroin laughs to himself and storms off as we cut back to the arena, with Glock Nine out cold. "Numb" by Linkin Park hits the PA system and out comes Phil McGroin for the tournament match!!

Carson: The following contest is a Stormchaser Tournament first round match scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, now residing in Helston, England, weighing in at 14 stone, PHIL ... MCGROIN!!

Phil McGroin swaggers to the ring with a cocky expression on his face after what he did backstage.

Phoenix: Well - the Stormchaser Tournament match is about to start but Glock Nine is laid out backstage! McGroin obviously doesn't feel he can beat Glock Nine fair and square!

"You Better Run" by Motorhead" hits the PA system for Glock Nine to make his appearance. In the ring, Phil McGroin is gleeful that obviously, Glock isn't showing up. The referee waits for a while until the music stops but decides that he will have to give Glock Nine to the count of ten to come out to the ring or forfeit the match. He starts counting 1...2...3...4....5...6...

"You Better Run" by Motorhead" hits the PA again as the referee counts to 7. Glock Nine staggers out, holding his ribs and wiping his bloody face. 8. He stumbles on the ramp but gets back to his feet. 9. He gets most way down the ramp before collapsing again. 10!!

Carson: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner as a result of a countout, and advancing in the Stormchaser Tournament ... PHIL ... MCGROIN!!

In the ring, Phil McGroin celebrates like he's won the World Title itself and even sells an imaginary injury to show he fought a tough match, all the while laughing at Glock Nine on the ramp.

Jeffrey: Genius! McGroin is a freakin' genius!
Roberts: Well we've had two matches in this Stormchaser Tournament and neither match has actually happened! What the hell is going on here?
Phoenix: That is slightly disappointing, but don't forget, that we still have The Kaokame vs Supreme and Senecca vs Pilgrim Paige vs an unknown signing made by our new General Manager Lord Skywolf!
Jeffrey: I hope it's someone good!

Phil McGroin is busy celebrating on the turnbuckle and doesn't notice Glock Nine getting back to his feet and staggering into the ring. Glock Nine clubs McGroin from behind and grabs him from the top rope, delivering a LAST RIDE!! Glock falls to one knee, still hurt and bloodied from the savage attack by McGroin just moments earlier. Glock Nine kicks McGroin in the head a few times with vicious stamps, then picks him up and launches him face first out of the ring to the outside! Glock Nine then exits the ring, kicks McGroin in the ribs one more time for good measure and storms back up the ramp briskly.

Phoenix: Well, Phil McGroin certainly regrets his actions now! But he still advances in the tournament, and will face Brian White next month, in the first semi final match, after Sery decided he didn't want to be a part of the tournament and forfeited the match to White.

*~*

We cut to a video package. Rhys Cain staggers into the back post-Revival with the help of referees and when he enters Gorilla he collapses to the ground. A few  referees call for help and we cut to TWO DAYS LATER Rhys Cain in hospital. He is laying in a bed, he has a black eye, a busted lip and several other cuts and bruises on his face and arms.

Cain: I went through hell at Revival. I gave it everything I had. I can only admit that on that night, Jon Viper was the better man.

Cain looks down at his own hands and waits a few moments before continuing.

Cain: My proudest achievement outside of my daughter is my two reigns as 4CW World Champion. In my career, those two reigns were where I felt like I'd made it. But I couldn't give enough at Revival to retain that title. People will say that I fought the good fight, but that doesn't change the fact I didn't fight the best fight. And that's something I've been contemplating alot here in hospital. I have a black eye, a bust lip, two broken ribs, a sprained ankle and a dislocated shoulder. The doctors have told me I'm going to be out for at least two months.

Cain clenches his fists in frustration.

Cain: And sitting here now, two days after that match, it frustrates me that even at the next Storm Front I won't be fit to compete, and maybe not the one after. It frustrates me that I can't go out there and redeem myself after failing to beat Viper at Revival... but I'm going to take that frustration and I'm gonna bury it deep down, and let it fester, and let it make me bitter, because when I come back, I'm going to cash in my rematch for the 4CW World Championship. And Jon Viper, when we meet again, I will take you to a level even past what we did at Revival. I'm going to take you past your breaking point, because now I've taken the worst you had to offer and I'm still breathing.

Cain talks directly to the camera man.

Cain: I'm done. Get out of here.

The camera man does so and the package fades out.

The lights in the arena turn to black as the mellow piano intro of Avenged Sevenfold's "Nightmare" starts to play over the P.A. system.  As each ping of the opening instrumental pierces through the hushed arena, small flashes of lights are triggered—one after another—each one appearing in tandem with the press of each individual key. As the drums kick in hot and heavy, the lights all flash—brilliantly bright and in rapid motion, always keeping up with the pummeling drumbeat—before abruptly dying out again. As the word "Nightmare!" rips through the awaiting crowd, the lights come on full blast and Supreme is standing at the top of the entry way, with arms stretched out in anticipation of loud boos from the crowd.  He saunters down to the ring as the song's verse pounds out through the speakers.

Carson: Hailing from Supremeville, USA... he wants to be referred to as "The Best Damn Thing to Ever Happen to Pro Wrestling". He is a former 2-time Custom Cup Champion; a former Tag Team Champion; a former 4CW World Heavyweight Champion; and a proud 4CW Hall of Faaamerrr! Weighing in tonight at 240lbs... ladies and gentlemen, please welcome… SUUUPREEEME!!!!!

Roberts: Supreme appears to be in pretty high spirits on the heels of his title loss, to Sery at Revival XI.
Jeffrey: I still can't believe that dork won the title! As for Supreme; of course he's in high spirits, idiot. When you're as talented as this guy is, you gotta be thinking you're always a step away from claiming gold in this business. And even when you're not, you don't care, because you are gold. Get it?
Roberts: Wow. That's beautif—
Jeffrey: Shut up, Roberts!

Supreme jogs up the ring steps and onto the apron, walking along with arms outstretched and hands gesturing inward to welcome the chorus of boos and jeers from many 4CW fans. He enters the ring and feeds off the crowd as he readies himself for the match.

Phoenix: Well, the Storm Front audience isn't known to hide its collective perspective of our stars and staff here in 4CW, that's for damn sure.
Jeffrey: And neither am I. Screw these people! They don''t even know who's worthy anymore. They'll cheer on a goof like Sery, and boo the ears off of an accomplished technical athlete like Supreme.

Supreme enters the ring and grabs the mic from the waiting worker.  Supreme waits for the boos and jeers to finally die out before he starts to talk.

Supreme: You know, in this business you win some and you lose some.  When you come down to this ring, you leave everything you got in here, you poor out your blood, sweet, and tears to do everything you can to leave with your head held high and another W under the belt. However, sometimes, you go through all of that… and you still can’t capture that brass ring. Last month at Revival… well, I gave everything that I had… and it just wasn’t enough.

Roberts: What is going on here?  Is Supreme sounding almost… polite?
Phoenix: We did see a side of Supreme that we aren’t used to seeing at Revival.
Jeffrey: Come on man, please say it ain’t so.  Supreme can’t be losing his edge.  He’s one of the few great heels we got in this company. If we lose Supreme, who can I cheer for?
Roberts: For starters, I don’t think we are losing Supreme.  I’m pretty sure that he was just showing a level of respect to Sery that he rightfully deserved after such an amazing—
Jeffrey: Shut the hell up, Roberts and let Supreme talk!

Supreme: I fought against somebody who’s been around the block in 4CW, we’ve been going back and forth, and this time, he got the better hand.  While things may be over for the time being… they aren’t over forever, Sery.  From the looks of it, we are both part of this Stormchaser tournament to declare a new #1 Contender for the 4CW World Champion.  I won’t be surprised if we cross paths again and next time, you won’t be so lucky.

Supreme paces around the ring as you can see his energy is starting to change a bit.

Supreme: Now that I got the niceties out of the way… what the literal holy fuck is 4CW management thinking?  You are presented with the best damn thing to every grace a wrestling ring. You take this modern marvel of human perfection and you place him in a first round match against Kaientai?

Roberts: Who the hell is Kaientai? Does Supreme even know who his opponent is tonight?
Jeffrey: Shut the hell up, Roberts.  When you are as perfect as Supreme is, then you can name the talent whatever the hell you want too.

Supreme leans over the ropes as a worker corrects his mistake.

Supreme: ...Cacophony?

…well, attempts to, anyway.

Supreme:  Wait... The Kaokame. (He says it very slowly, mouthing each letter with the ring side worker). What kind of name is that?  Look, I told everybody that I was coming back to 4CW to re-establish my dominance here, and that’s what I plan on doing.  I was done with Sery, and now I’m moving on to the 4CW World Heavyweight Championship for a second time, and Kaokame, you are just another rodent on my road to greatness. Get your ass out here and get prepared to become roadkill.

Phoenix: Strong words from Supreme.
Jeffery: Excessive, if you ask me.
Roberts: Really? You actually think someone went too far?
Jeffery: Yeah! I mean, all that for a guy who dresses up in a Halloween costume? Please.
Phoenix: Well...

“The song that angels sing
The spell that calls The Gathering
The magic that might bring
Eternal life, The Gathering!”

Phoenix: Alright, then! It’s time to see what The Kaokame is all about.
Jeffrey: Hopefully a quick squash. I have a date. With your mother.

The crowd modestly cheers as Delain’s “The Gathering” hits and “Kaokame“ lights up in golden letters on the screen above the stage. After a moment, a cloaked man, The Kaokame, steps out and pauses at the top of the ramp, head down. From both his left and right, fog begins to shoot up from the stage until he is completely obscured. Then suddenly, a pair of unseen blowers off stage kick on and instantly dissipate the fog. The Kaokame now stands, uncloaked on the stage in black and gold wrestling tights with his head still down, long hair covering his face. The crowd slowly builds with excitement, then erupts as “Kaokame” disappears from the screen and is replaced with a single word.

“Wolfbaine”

Roberts: Oh. My. God!
Jeffery: Are you kidding me? This is fucking bullshit!
Phoenix: Ladies and gentlemen, he’s a former Heavyweight Champion, he’s won the Tag Titles a record six times, he’s won the 13 Ghosts Gauntlet, he’s won War, and by God, he is back! Welcome home, Eddie Wolfbaine!

By this time, Eddie Wolfbaine has made his way down the ramp and halfway around the ring. He slaps a few hands ringside before making to a 4CW staffer and grabbing a mic. Wasting no time, he rolls into the ring and steps right up to Supreme, who can’t help but chuckle to himself before shaking his head and staring a hole through Wolfbaine’s head. Eddie puts the microphone to his mouth to talk, but is cut off by Supreme.

Supreme: Eddie, what a surprise! I have to say, I’m flattered you dragged yourself out of whatever gutter you found yourself in just for me.
Wolfbaine: Oh no, no, no. My friend, I didn’t come back for you.
Supreme: Then why are you in my way?

Eddie starts to answer, but instead smiles and holds his mic up in the air. The chants of “Welcome back!” are deafening. After twenty or so seconds, the chants die down and Eddie starts speaking once more.

Wolfbaine: I have to admit though, my timing could’ve been better. I mean, I showed up at Revival, the same night S&M decide to rear their ugly heads. And for the first round of the tournament, I get you? I’m not going to lie, at first I was upset. Pissed, even. First round of the tournament, and my draw is a guy who admittedly deserves to be on 4CW’s Mount Rushmore. But the more I thought about it, the more I’m glad it happened this way.
Supreme: You’re just gonna get your paycheck and go home then, right?
Wolfbaine: No, buddy, just the opposite! The thing is, I still remember who was pulling High Society’s strings when Absolution and Gemini went to war.
Supreme: Seriously? That was almost a decade ago. Let it go!
Wolfbaine: Oh, I know, I’m not bitter. But it did make me think… We’ve both been around these parts for a long time now. But you and I, we’ve never gone toe-to-toe, have we?

Supreme thinks for a second and then, even more focused than before, takes a step towards Eddie.

Supreme: Not yet.

Eddie, no longer smiling, answers Supreme’s challenge and steps towards him until they are chest to chest.

Eddie: We always were meant to dance.

The two men stare each other down for what seems like an eternity before they each bring their microphones up in unison.

Supreme & Wolfbaine: Ring the bell!

The bell rings as Supreme glares at Wolfbaine, who appears confident and poised. He feeds off the fans, smirks at Supreme, then beckons him forth with a guttural roar. Supreme shakes his head and taps his temple with one finger to signify his intelligence. The crowd boos.

Phoenix: Supreme, a 4CW veteran, kept a cool head on that exchange. A less experienced grappler might've took the bait and wound up waking the beast right out of the box.
Roberts: A wise decision. Eddie Wolfbaine is freshly returned, hungry for action and clearly hasn't forgotten Supreme's role in his previous stint; not exactly the kind of guy you wanna go charging at blindly.

The Supreme One raises his arm and wiggles his fingers, seeking a test of strength. Wolfbaine indulges him, locking fingers with his adversary as each man attempts to gain the upper hand. As Wolfbaine starts to take the lead, Supreme—ever the opportunist—takes the high road and drives the toe of his boot hard into Wolfbaine's solar plexus, causing a break. Supreme then grabs Eddie by the head, bends him down and drives a knee straight into his ribs. This is swiftly followed up by a high waistlock takeover, planting Eddie into the mat, abomen-first. Supreme gloats for a moment as the newly returned Wolfbaine takes a knee and unconsciously nurses his abdomen. The former Custom Cup champ bounces off the rope, only to be surprised by the rising Wolfbaine, who flips Supreme over in a modified hip toss that ends with Supreme's lower back impacting hard on Eddie's knee. Some fans ooh and aah in the stands.

Jeffrey: Nice! That was pretty smooth.
Phoenix: High-impact maneuver from Wolfbaine, gaining the early advantage in this match. Eddie Wolfbaine, for those not "in the know" on the man's ringwork—was trained by the legendary El Lobo. He tends to skip taking the high or low roads and mostly prefers to cruise along the bizarre ones, pardon my metaphor.
Jeffrey: I thought it was fine, Scott. Basically, if he were a movie, the dude is less "life-affirming road trip" and more "Lost Highway"!

As Supreme props himself up into a seated position, El Lobo's strangest student hits the ropes and rebounds off them, scoring a precise low dropkick to the upper back. Upon returning to his feet, he saunters over to Supreme's slumped-over body and punt-kicks him square in the spine. Supreme writhes on the mat while Eddie rallies the crowd on his side. A ground grapple attempt, however, is ultimately subverted when Supreme wriggles free of Wolfbaine's grip and pulls together a quick small package...

One—kick-out! (With authority... and a growl of anger.)

Roberts: Quick pin attempts can sometimes yield a surprise victory, but it appears it's gonna take much more than a blindside to keep this guy down!

Both men are back up at the same time, finding themselves standing face-to-face at close quarters. An exchange of open-handed strikes ends with Wolfbaine blocking a haymaker, then straight-up headbutting Supreme repeatedly. He staggers to a corner, dazed. As Supreme shakes the cobwebs out, he woozily turns to face Wolfbaine, who charges forward for a running superkick—but The Supreme One ducks down at the last second, causing Wolfbaine's boot to merely graze the air over his oppoment's head. Unable to cease the momentum, Eddie's leg gets caught up on the top rope. He winces in pain, stuck in an accidental standing split. Supreme, wasting no time, scoops him by the waist and leg and drives him down with a modified Regal-plex! The accomplished Eddie Wolfbaine is crumpled up like an old accordion, with Supreme arching back into a bridge...

One...

Two...

Th—kick-out!

Roberts: What a near-fall! Major turning point in a thus-far somewhat lopsided match.
Phoenix: Supreme needed that one, no doubt about it. Wolfbaine has been pretty dominant up to now, but one wrong move is all it takes to turn the tide! Swift thinking and constant ring awareness really pay off, in my experience.

Wolfbaine gingerly turns over and begins edging his way to the ring ropes. Supreme, with an especially cocky smirk, watches on as his opponent slowly gains his feet, holding the top rope for aid. The Supreme One saunters over and locks his arms around Eddie's waist, looking for a German suplex. Wolfbaine grips the top rope tightly, not budging. The ref begins counting up to five. Frustrated, Supreme breaks the hold at three, then pounds on his opponent's back with a forearm flurry. Returning to the waistlock, he pulls and lifts again, to no avail. Fed up, he kicks Eddie hard in the back; payback for earlier in the match. As Supreme tries to lock his fingers around Eddie's waist yet again, Eddie relinquishes the rope and desperately throws a rear right elbow—but it is blocked and subsequently underhooked. Wolfbaine then swings his left elbow back, only to face the same result. Foregoing his original plan, Supreme locks his arms behind Wolfbaine's neck and executes a bridging dragon suplex. The ref gets into position to count—but no! Maintaining the full nelson, Supreme rolls to one side and rises up from his knees, scooping Eddie to his feet along with him.

Jeffrey: I smell a series coming on!

Making a quick switch with his hands, Supreme follows up with a bridging German suplex. Again sustaining his hold, Supreme twists out of the bridge, flipping Wolfbaine onto his stomach before lifting him back to his feet. The ex-Custom Cup champ hoists the increasingly groggy-looking Wolfbaine vertically in a high belly-to-back position, then switches to holding Eddie's legs, setting up for a wheelbarrow. At the last possible moment before Supreme can send him crashing down, Wolfbaine manages to reach back and hook Supreme's neck, arching back and shifting their combined weight. Supreme loses his grip on Eddie's legs, leaving Wolfbaine free to to kick out sideways, swinging Supreme sharply down to the mat head-first—stunned by an improvised snapmare driver in mid-air! Both men are down and out as the packed Storm Front crowd roars!

Jeffrey: Goodnight, sweet prince! What a gnarly landing, I mean DAMN! Weird angle... not exactly a Crescent Scythe, not a textbook maneuver by any means, but methinks it'll more than suffice!
Phoenix: I can't believe the angle of that... whatever it was! I wanna agree that Wolfbaine just swung the momentum of this match, but it seems Supreme's weight sort of came down on those ribs, too! he's down too! Man oh man! That was harrowing to watch!

An arena-wide "holy shit" chant breaks out. The referee, having checked on each competitor, starts his 10-count.

Jeffrey: That was so freakin' cool! ...Hey, Not-So-Good-Ol' J.R.—you wanna weigh in on this?
Roberts: What did you—ugh, nevermind. Wait—did—uhhh... cheapshot aside, are you being for real right now?
Jeffrey: Sure thing, sport. Say anything! Hit me with your best shot! ...And other dated references!

The referee reaches the count of four. Neither man is moving...

Roberts: So... um, okay. Here goes! *Ahem!* In my personal perspective, Ray, 4CW plays host to a small battalion of highly innovative and unorthodox performers of various ages; genders; ethnicities; and athletic backgrounds. Supreme is an undeniable technical innovator—pretty slick in his own right, make no mistake about it. That said, Eddie Wolfbaine is the #1 name that comes to mind when asked about truly off-the-wall competitors, every time.
(By the time James Roberts reaches the word "performers", Jeffrey is exaggeratedly snoring at the commentary desk. James powers through, all the same. The sudden quiet in his ears rouses him from his "sleep".)
Jeffrey: Oh, are you done? Yeesh, kid. How long have you been wan—
Roberts: SIX YEARS!

Seven! ... The crowd set about rallying for recovery, with a roughly 60/40 split of support for Wolfbaine or Supreme, respectively. Wolfbaine stirs slightly from beside his weakened foe and crawls toward a corner...

Phoenix: Wow, James. That was really someth—
Jeffrey: Shut up, Phoenix!
Phoenix: What?!
Jeffrey: Nothing! Let's just call the match, guys, I mean—right? Geez!

Eight! ... Supreme is able to roll onto his back; then his side, reaching out desperately to grab at the middle rope...

Roberts: We may be looking at a double count-out!

Nine! ... Wolfbaine reaches a corner on the opposite side of the ring from Supreme...

Te—no! Both athletes pull themselves up to a somewhat vertical state, with great effort (and aid), at the last half-second!

Phoenix: You won't find one ounce of "quit" in these, or any other 4CW competitors! What a gutsy showing.

Supreme, on noodle legs, hugs the top rope for dear life. He shakes his head occasionally, trying to shake the cobwebs out. A ways away, Eddie Wolfbaine doesn't seem to be faring much better: he tends to his ribs with his right forearm and his left arm drapes heavily over his chosen corner's top rope. Against the top turnbuckle, Wolfbaine's head lays even heavier still.

Roberts: True, you won't find any quit in these guys, but they are really looking worse for wear!

The Supreme One, looking less supreme than usual, stands himself upright—finally relinquishing his bearhug-like grasp on the ropes. Breathing heavily, he measures his target carefully. Supreme blazes towards Wolfbaine from 3/4 away across the ring. With perfect timing form, he rotates a full 180° into a vicious roaring elbow—that is dodged at the last second! Eddie Wolfbaine takes over the opposing corner, getting his turn to stalk his prey. He smiles, sensing an easy kill as Supreme nurses his sore arm. Wolfbaine pounces forth when his quarry turns away from the buckle. Wolfbaine closes the distance and brings his leg up in another sprinting superkick attempt, but Supreme again averts disaster, with a duck-and-dodge. This time, however, Eddie controls his foot's height just enough to catch it against the top turnbuckle. Pushing off from the buckle and out of the corner, Wolfbaine twists his body around to face Supreme and catches the shocked hall of famer with a nasty-looking lariat! The 4CW fans respond with a huge pop.

Roberts: Welcome to the Hammerspace! A huge Hammerspace lariat outta nowhere and Supreme is not moving. Man, what a physical match this been! I mean, it's just been hit after hit after—
Jeffrey: SHUT UP, ROBERTS! Daaamn, you are one vanilla bastard. Whenever you're not in my line of vision, I imagine you as vanilla ice cream in a flavorless cone... slowly melting down the hand of an albino macaque. Oh, and the macaque is sitting in white sand! Wait, no—I can do you one better! I envision you, James, as vanilla frogurt in a white dish; with a white, plastic spoon stuck in you. You're being being held by a desert skeleton in a white lawn chair, brazenly liquefying under puffy white clouds in the heat of Apollo's golden orb. BAM! Oh yeah! The bitch is BACK! Rawr! You don't wanna mess with these claws!

James Roberts just sits there, dumbfounded.

In the middle of the ring, Eddie Wolfbaine scoops up Supreme's lifeless body and hoists him up into a torture rack. He points to a corner and performs a cut-throat gesture. The audience cheer their approval, and stand in anticipation. Wolfbaine charges sidelong towards the corner, leaves his feet and drives Supreme neck- and spine-first into the lower two turnbuckles!

Roberts: Death Valley Driver into the turnbuckles!
Jeffrey: But was it a DVD, really, James? Or more of a Bluray? Ahaha! But seriously, someone fetch a bodybag!
Phoenix: Call it Icarus' Bluray, call it El Valle del Lobo... dammit, you can call it just about anything you'd like, that has gotta be the nastiest maneuver in pro wrestling today!

Wolfbaine shoots the half...

One...

Two...

Three!

The bell rings, and Eddie Wolfbaine is victorious! (If a bit slow to his feet.)

Carson: Here is your winner, advancing forward in the Stormchaser tournament... EDDIE WOLFBAINE!

Roberts: *Ahem!* What an incredibly hard-fought battle and victory for the returning Eddie Wolfbaine!
Phoenix: Hell has indeed come home if Wolfbaine keeps bringing this kind of unhinged aggression to the table.
Jeffrey: I definitely expect things to heat up between these two. The past clearly hasn't been forgotten. More of this reckless idiot and a walking technical spectacle butting heads like this again? Actually, that was an intense match. I'd love to see more!
Phoenix: Don't go anywhere, people, because after the break, we have our last match of the evening, the fourth and final first round match in the Stormchaser Tournament. The winner will advance to the next round to face Eddie Wolfbaine - but we only know two of the three competitors. Senecca will take on Pilgrim Paige and there will be a third person in the match - the first signing made by our new general manager Lord Skywolf! Find out, in just a few moments, who it is!

*~*

The arena lights go out, as well as the 4CWTron, leaving everything in pitch black. A thick layer of purple fog begins to envelope the stage and ramp. Barely visible through the haze, at center stage, a small violet flame flickers in mid-air, providing a momentary glimpse of a woman's face. Suddenly, she blows the flame out. The crowd buzzes in anticipation. Where she'd been standing, a deep violet firework ascends out of the darkness and explodes overhead, creating a starburst pattern. The crowd pops. "The Astral Dialogue" by Agalloch blares through the PA system as Paige appears through the fog, wearing a black leather trenchcoat over her ring attire. The 4CWtron shows dark, stylized clips of Pilgrim Paige in various settings: descending the staircase of the Moontower; stoking her fire pit, etc. She throws her arm up and gives the sign of the horns while pumping her arm a few times.

Carson: The following contest is our MAIN EVENT of the evening and it is a first round triple threat match in the Stormchaser Tournament scheduled for one fall! Making her way to the ring, hailing from Newfoundland, Canada and now residing on... The DAAARK Side of the MOOOON... weighing in at 134 pounds... PILGRIIIM PAAAIIIGE!

After a brief scan of her surroundings, the song's beat picks up with a growling vocalization and she takes off running through the fog down to the ring, sliding in under the bottom rope and arising swiftly from the canvas. After removing her coat and tossing it to ringside, she walks to the middle of the ring. Paige spreads her arms wide and throws her head back, sounding out a loud WOOO as rapid bursts of purple pyro shoot from the corner posts. The lights return to normal as she commences running the ropes in preparation for the match. The crowd sound a bit more mixed than usual and some boos are definitely audible.

Phoenix: Well, Paige showed a ... meaner side earlier tonight and left Sery laying. She has made it clear she believes she will take his title and she also wants to find success in the Stormchaser Tournament too. It all begins here in this match.

The lights go black and four spotlights begin searching through the crowd. The screen lights up with a parental warning...

"The following wrestler is not suitable for all ages
There will be Blood
There will be Violence
There will be no Paige
Parental discretion is advised...

Rhianna's voice comes blaring through the speakers...

Mooo la la lah...
Bitch betta have my...
Mooo la la lah...
Bitch betta have my money...

As soon as Rhianna says the word money all four spotlights converge on the entrance ramp as Senecca stands there looking out at the crowd.

Bitch betta have my money...

Pyro goes off on either side of him as dollars begin to fall from the ceiling into the crowd.

Pay me what you we me...

Carson: And her opponent, making his way to the ring, weighing in at 330lbs, originally from Cleveland, Ohio... now hailing from Valhalla... SENECCA!!

Senecca starts walking down the ramp to the ring. as he makes it to the steps he pauses to look up at the ring and makes his way up the steps nonchalantly.

Jeffrey: And this is the man I believe could win this whole tournament! Senecca!
Roberts: It was due to a miscommunication that his big return as Universal Champion was ruined by Brian White and Dirk Meyer - now Senecca wants to focus on advancing in this tournament and is setting his sights, like everyone else, on the 4CW World Championship!

As he gets to the top he casually leans against the turnbuckle post and looks out at the audience. He shifts his arms as if he's going to open up his ring jacket then smirks and climbs in through the middle rope.

Kamikaze if you think that you gon' knock me off the top
Shit, your wife in the backseat of my brand new foreign car
Don't act like you forgot, I call the shots, shots, shots
Like brrap, brrap, brrap

As soon as "brrap, brrap, brrap" is said pyro goes off in the ring like a gunshot and Senecca opens his ring jacket as he gives a cocky smirk to the camera. Senecca turns and takes the corner opposite Pilgrim Paige. The fans wait in aniticipation for the third and final combatant.

Carson: And their opponent...

The lights begin to slowly dim, while the familiar sound of drums overtakes the arena. A hum precedes the lights fully turning off, before Volbeat's "A Warrior's Call" completely starts up, and the words "The Lord of the Ring" flash on the 4CWtron just as "Let's get ready to rumble!" echoes throughout the arena. The fans come to their feet as the single ding from the ring bell prompts a quick explosion of pyro, bringing the lights back on and the man known as Lord Skywolf onto the stage.

Carson: ...on his way to the ring, now residing in Hollywood, California, weighing in at 255lbs ... LOOOOORD ... SKYWOLF!!

Jeffrey: Wait, what? Lord Skywolf himself is the third opponent??
Phoenix: Well, he certainly didn't lie when he said he'd signed a huge star for the match! This is gonna be great!
Jeffrey: I mean, he's running the show and putting himself in the main event... people won't like that!
Phoenix: Well there's 60,000 plus here who don't seem too torn up about the idea! Skywolf is in action tonight, ONLY ON STORM FRONT!!

Taking a moment to look over the crowd, Lord Skywolf nods to himself, then raises a fist in the air, prompting one more round of pyro before beginning his walk to the ring. He cracks his neck a few times while walking down the ramp, then deftly pulls himself up onto the ring apron, looking out to the crowd again, before stepping through the ropes and climbing the nearest corner, standing on the middle turnbuckle with his arms in a crucifix pose. He turns back and looks at Senecca and Paige, but he has only a focus to win the match in his eyes. The referee gives words to all three competitors and rings the bell!

Phoenix: Here we go!

Immediately, Skywolf and Paige both go for the big man in Senecca but with two massive clubs he bats them away. Pilgrim Paige eats a big boot and Senecca continues to club on Skywolf, sending him into the corner. Senecca throws a few more strikes and then chops Skywolf's bare chest. Skywolf stumbles away holding his welting chest but Senecca remains on the attack, picking up Skywolf and hitting a body slam before running from the ropes and hitting a big splash! 1...2...but Skywolf kicks out!

Roberts: Senecca throwing his weight around to great effect in the early going.

Senecca gets back up to his feet and turns to look for Pilgrim Paige -but she's already up on the top rope - and dives off with a dropkick! She connects and Senecca falls on his ass. Pilgrim Paige quickly jumps to her feet as Senecca gets to his knees and hits an Enziguri, taking out the big man! Pilgrim Paige covers Senecca and the ref counts. 1...2... but Senecca powers out, launching Pilgrim Paige a foot away as he does so.

Pilgrim Paige takes a moment to recover as Senecca gets to his feet. She ducks a big boot attempt, turns Senecca around, grabs him by the head - and hits a Sitout Jawbreaker! Again, Pilgrim Paige covers. 1...2... but no! Senecca kicks out! Pilgrim Paige gets back to her feet looking to continue her offense on the former Universal Champion, but Lord Skywolf is back to his feet and hits Paige with a knee to the gut! Paige keels over and Skywolf sets her up, hitting a snap suplex!

Skywolf lifts the Lunar Pilgrim and whips her to the ropes and on her return takes her out with a vicious lariat, which he completes by hooking the leg! 1...2... but Paige kicks out! Lord Skywolf, a little surprised that Paige is tougher than he thought, gets back up and continues his offense. He sends Paige to the ropes again, this time lifts her up for a Hip Toss - and turns it into an Ace Crusher!! Paige lands hard as Skywolf hooks the leg.

1...2... but Senecca jumps in to break the fall!

Phoenix: Skywolf showing his variety there with a unique Hip Toss Ace Crusher combination! I'm not sure Paige would have kicked out of that had Senecca not been around!

Senecca tries to attack Skywolf, but Skywolf is prepared and they both deliver shots to eachother from a standing position, quick lefts and rights going both ways, until Senecca's extra weight plays a factor and he slugs Skywolf with a slobberknocker of a punch, allowing him the moment to grab Skywolf and hit a belly-to-belly suplex! Senecca hooks the leg! 1...2.... NO! Skywolf kicks out!

Senecca growls and hisses as he picks up Skywolf for another move. He picks up Skywolf, setting up for The Dark Plunge Samoan Driver - but Skywolf comes to his senses and starts wriggling vigorously out of Senecca's grip. Skywolf lands on his feet, turns Senecca around, hits a spinning back kick, and follows it up with an Enziguri! Skywolf isn't finished yet though, he gets up to the turnbuckle to pump up the crowd, who respond with a "LET'S GO SKYWOLF!" chant, then he climbs the top, and hits a Moonsault on Senecca! Skywolf hooks the leg! 1...2...But PAIGE breaks the fall!

Roberts: It's become all out chaos between these three with no-one really gaining the upper hand!

Pilgrim Paige wastes no time in attacking, and hits a standing Moonsault on the already fallen Senecca! 1..2... but Senecca kicks out!! Not even sticking around to be frustrated, Pilgrim Paige gets back to her feet and ascends the turnbuckle! She jumps off, double stomping onto the back of Skywolf!!

Phoenix: The Lunar Pilgrim hits the Footprints on the Moon!!

Pilgrim Paige rolls over Skywolf and hooks his leg! 1...2... but NO!! Skywolf kicks out too!! Pilgrim Paige gets back to her feet but the exhaustion is taking its toll and she uses the ropes to help get a moments rest while Skywolf and Senecca grimace on the mat. Senecca slowly gets back to his feet but Pilgrim Paige is ready with a dropkick! Senecca falls into the turnbuckle and Pilgrim Paige "WOOOO's" before unleashing a flurry of speedy knife edge chops to the big man's chest!! She hits at least twenty before relinquishing and when Senecca stumbles forward she launches forward and takes him out with a Standing Cross Body! Pilgrim Paige covers Senecca! 1...2... BUT NO!! Skywolf breaks up the pinfall!!

Jeffrey: This is madness! All three of these competitors are making it worth my time to drag my ass to this arena tonight!
Roberts: ...and the fact it's your job.
Jeffrey: ...You know I should get onto Skywolf for some Ray Jeffrey merch, you know what it'll say?
Roberts: What?
Jeffrey: SHUT UP ROBERTS!
Phoenix: You walked right into that one, James.

All three competitors are laying on the mat, exhausted, as the crowd claps them to their feet chanting "THIS IS AWESOME". Skywolf and Pilgrim Paige get up to their feet at almost the same time and Pilgrim Paige throws wild chops at Skywolf. He retaliates with a strong right hand that drops Paige. Paige struggles back to her feet but Skywolf grabs her and throws her out of the ring! Senecca is back to his feet and attacks Skywolf from behind with some clubbing blows, before sending him to the corner. Senecca runs at Skywolf and hits him with a stinger splash and then hits an overhead belly-to-belly! Senecca picks up Lord Skywolf, puts him in position, and hits the Dark Plunge!!

Jeffrey: The Dark Plunge!! It's all over!!

Senecca covers Skywolf and the ref slides in to count the fall! ONE... TWO.... but Paige springboards in from the outside with a huge LEG DROP breaking the fall! Senecca scrambles away, holding his neck and almost smiling seductively at Paige and gets to his feet. Then, with a snap, hee charges at Pilgrim Paige. Pilgrim Paige avoids the clothesline, she kicks Senecca in the thigh a couple times and then in the shoulder. She tries for some kind of superkick, but Senecca grabs her leg and gets to his feet with a grin. He bites the air at Pilgrim Paige and hits her with a massive clothesline! Pilgrim Paige takes the blow like a champ but struggles to get to her feet. She scrambles up with the help of the ropes, and Senecca charges again. At the last moment, Paige pulls down the top rope, and Senecca flies over, crashing hard on the outside of the ring!!

Pilgrim Paige scrambles back to the middle of the ring, groggy - and walks right into Lord Skywolf! Lord Skywolf lifts Paige into a powerbomb, cradles it and throws down Paige hard onto the mat!!

Phoenix: Lord Skywolf hits Divine Intervention!!

Skywolf buckles to his knees and covers the Lunar Pilgrim as the referee counts. ONE... TWO... THREE!!

Carson: Here is your winner, and advancing in the Stormchaser Tournament, LOOOORD ... SKYWOLF!!

Phoenix: Well what an exciting contest between three of our biggest stars but it was Lord Skywolf, our new General Manager, who won the match!! After that performance, could he even go all the way?
Jeffrey: I dunno how I feel about him entering himself into a match - but I know how I feel about seeing that match! It was off the chain!
Roberts: And that victory means Lord Skywolf will meet his old friend and his old nemesis, Eddie Wolfbaine, in the semi finals next month!!
Phoenix: Don't go anywhere, people, because coming up next, we will hear from the NEW 4CW World Champion, Jon Viper!!

*~*

The lights go down and Megadeth's Almost Honest plays loudly through the arena. Out walks Jon Viper with a lot of confidence and arrogance that seem to just blend together after winning the 4CW World Title.

Carson: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome, the NEW 4CW World Champion, JOOOON ... VIPER!

Phoenix: Ladies and gentlemen, Jon Viper has finally MADE IT here in 4CW as he now holds the 4CW World Championship! He defeated Rhys Cain in that savage TLC match at Revival XI and as we saw earlier, Rhys Cain is still healing from the injuries sustained at Revival!

Viper begins to walk slower to the ring and look at the fans, some cheering and some are booing. Viper looks annoyed and begins to get into it with a 15 year old girl, who is particularly passionate in her booing of Viper.

Viper: Dumb cunt!
Fan: Asshole!

Viper just carries on to the ring and climbs the ring steps. He enters the ring and raises his championship high in the air.

Phoenix: We apologise for the bad language  you may have picked up there, ladies and gentlemen.
Jeffrey: Oh boo hoo! This is 4CW! We don't censor anybody!
Roberts: Actually, just a few months ago, Supreme was censored repeated--
Jeffrey: Shut the hell up, Roberts!

He takes a microphone out of his jacket and pauses to stare off into the crowd before addressing them. Hi, There.Viper quips to the crowd. They retaliate with a bunch of boos.

Viper: Aww are those some boos I hear?

Somehow the booing becomes louder.

Viper: I suppose you are all wondering what the new face of 4CW and your new hero, Jon Viper, plans on doing next?

"Lets go Viper" and "Viper Sucks" chants begin to duel.

Viper: Nevermind that shit... i'm not in the mood. The truth is I'm not even sure of what my next move is... I'm pretty content coming out here telling you little people that I am your champion, and you will enjoy that. Now... I want to address the guy I slapped around and took this title from.. Rhys Cain, I know you aren't here tonight, you are nursing those wounds in some hospital, eating shitty food and unable to do anything but watch me stand here. And I know th--

"One Punch Man" by None Like Joshua suddenly blares through the arena and interrupts Viper. Viper doesn't appreciate the interruption and looks mad.

Out comes Rhys Cain's brother, Zephyris, who looks determined to get something off his chest. The crowd give him a respectable small pop.

Phoenix: Well it looks like Zephyris has heard enough of this! He can't stand in the back listening to Jon Viper disrespect his brother any longer!

Zephyris grabs a mic and rolls into the ring. He faces Viper and looks at him with disgust.

Zephyris: Jon Viper, the new World Champion... Nobody even knows who you are! You come out and talk about being the champion of the fans and yet the fans have no idea who you are.. you are old as fuck. While you have been living on obscurity the last decade my brother has been in this ring, week in, week out, cementing his legacy as one of the greatest of all time! He's the longest reigning Custom Cup Champion, 2-time World Champion, HALL OF FAMER! And you get one win over him and you want to act like he's nothing. What the fuck have you done in the last ten years?

Viper looks upset by these comments and lowers his title from his shoulder...

Zephyris: You decide to come out and trash Cain while he is injured, after a brutal match with you. Instead of showing some mutual respect, like any person with an iota of respect in them would do, you just want to brag and - OWFF!!

Viper has had enough and kicks Zephyris in the stomach and hits him in the head with the 4CW World Championship! Zephyris falls to the mat and the crowd erupt in boos.

Roberts: What a cheap shot by Jon Viper!!
Jeffrey: Cheap shot?! That little midget was running his mouth so Viper laid him out just like he did his brother!

Viper begins to lay the boots to Zephris, before rolling out of the ring and grabbing a chair. Viper rolls back inside with an evil smirk on his face and waits for
Zephyris to get to his feet.

Once on his feet Viper wastes no time smashing Zephyris over the head with chair, denting it and causing Zephyris to drop face first to the mat! Then Viper delivers two more chair shots to the back of a helpless and defenseless Zephyris!

Phoenix: Jeez, that's enough! It's time to stop!

Viper drops the chair and picks the mic back up...

Viper: Go lay in a hospital bed with your brother, bitch.

Phoenix: A vicious, despicable assault by the new champion! He's one nasty piece of work!
Jeffrey: He's the 4CW World Champion and the baddest man in the world. I don't see anyone proving him different!

Viper poses and taunts the fans before leaving the ring. As he walks up the ramp, to a tidal wave of boos, EMTs rush into the ring to check on Zephyris. Jon Viper reaches the top of the ramp and raises the 4CW World Championship up high and we close the show on a somewhat somber note.

Mid Card

-New GM Opening Segment: Seg of the night so far.

-Brian White Interview: White reminds me of a Vader type. Says what he's going to do and does it. It doesn't hurt the Universal Title to have him interested in the World Title, too, since wrestlers should always be chasing success. Short and to the point, and he gets to throw a little shade at Supreme while he's at it. That's always worth it.

-Serybration Segment: Probably my favorite segment of the night. I always liked Sery, and his character is the perfect underdog, even though he's a veteran and been established as a guy who can basically win any match against anyone on the right day. He plays the role perfectly here, and gives Paige the proper opponent to really showcase her mean streak against. I really liked how Paige tore Sery down for not being the typical champion and then handed him a beat down, but I also enjoyed how Sery started things off by forfeiting his spot to focus on this belt. While I did just say it doesn't hurt to chase the top belt, it also gives a title something extra when the holder is proud of it and wants to elevate the championship. With a strong challenger looking to take it, it makes things very interesting.

-Skywolf backstage: The only people who want to write with me are jobbers like me.

-Glock/McGroin backstage/ Glock Nine vs Phil McGroin: It's a package deal that accomplished what it set out to do. Not sure if I'm a fan of two forfeits in the first round, but you work with what you've got, and if this advances things in a better way than having the match here, I'm all for it. I totally enjoyed the imaginary injury at the end there, though.

-Rhys Cain Injury Package: Short, emotional, and works to further the feud between him and Viper. Nicely done.

-Eddie Wolfbaine vs Supreme: Wooow. Is this 2008 again? Wolfbaine coming back is a huge surprise, and I hope it's for a while. He's a great writer and huge asset to the roster. The match between them had a nice, slow feel to it, which is something I tried to do with Supreme's big matches because it suits his wrestling style and mindset. Eddie tried to speed things up a few times, but Supreme with those copious amounts of suplexes took him back down a level. There were some good burst of energy moments interspersed throughout, with the snapmare driver and finish being two big ones I could see getting the crowd going. Plus the commentary was spot on. All in all, I'd say it was the match of the night.

-Senecca vs Pilgrim Paige vs Lord Skywolf: Close second. I know there were only two, but I still think it would've been if we had a full card. It was fast-paced and well-written, with a ton of pin attempts being broken up to show how much advancing means to these three. Everyone looked good, but I think Paige really shone here, despite taking the loss. Normally I'd say let Senecca get pinned because I've already pinned him about a million times before, but being in the ring when it happens and only barely losing to what in 4CW canon is like...Triple H or something, I guess? I think that's pretty big for a relatively new character. I remember going against Stardust way back and only barely beating her in the match, too, and that did more for her than a lot of her wins because of the way the match was written. This is a lot in the same vein. Paige took on two Hall of Famers and just barely came up short in an impromptu match. That's gotta be like Jeff Hardy versus The Undertaker in terms of getting over with the fans. Great match, and now I get to face Wolfbaine after our successful little tag run went south. Maybe there'll be bad blood, or maybe we'll just get the band back together and both advance, fighting in two-on-one handicap matches the rest of the time and co-holding the World Title. If Rhys is actually Vince Russo like I've long suspected, that could happen.

-Jon Viper/Zephyris Segment: After that emotion-driven segment earlier, Viper escalates things by taking out Rhys' brother in pretty brutal fashion. I love the fact that Viper is such a dick, swears freely, and just does not give a shit about anyone but him. The eventual rematch between him and Rhys should be visceral. Good imagery to close out the show on.

I haven't read this all yet, but I noticed a huge oversight on my part, a mere two words: Hazel is NOT supposed to come to the ring with Tsukiko and Paige! Sorry about that! Argh.

Will review when I have ample time. It's late, so I can read it, but commentary will need to wait.

-New GM Opening Segment: I kinda called a Lord Skywolf return a last month, though I though it would be for my Revival match. This though is awesome. We really seem to be getting the old vets involved again. Let's see where this leads.

-Brian White Interview: I wrote it. I kinda like short and to the point interviews and White is not a rambly sort of guy. I like Wolfies comparison to Vader. I suppose he is at that, White tells you what he's gonna do and go ahead and do it!

-Serybration Segment: This was interesting. I knew Sery was going to forfeit the match, but this was a fun way to do it. I like that Paige is starting to show a mean side to her character. Also, for the record, White doesn't really have any interest in any of these girls, though he does appreciate a nice ass, so that's probably why Tsukiko caught his attention. The triple attack was awesome, even is Hazel wasn't meant to be there! ;-P Looking forward to this new feud as both writers are bloody good, so should make for some good reading. On a side note, if you've read my RP then you'll know that White is walking wounded himself at this time, so going through this way really works for me. I do feel though that he's the kind of guy that will sit in the locker room taping up wrists/ribs and go out and perform regardless though. ;-)

-Skywolf backstage: You gotta love those jobbers!

-Glock/McGroin backstage/ Glock Nine vs Phil McGroin: If McGroin tries that on me, it's gonna be a two on one handicap as Tommy will be holding that midget down for me to stamp on! :-P In all seriousness though, good seg and a great way to forward this feud too.

-Rhys Cain Injury Package: Again, short and to the point. You don't need to pack something like this out too much and keeping it short really helps bring the emotion out. Good one.

-Eddie Wolfbaine vs Supreme: Enjoyed this match. Some pretty frantic offence matched with a slow and steady workload makes for an interesting work, but in the end it was good. Supreme seems to be getting his ass handed to him a lot though ;-)

-Senecca vs Pilgrim Paige vs Lord Skywolf: If Wolfbains offence could be considered frantic then this was off the charts! If this was actually televised it would've been very hard to keep track of, but as it is, this was a great contest, and with Skywolf putting himself in and then winning, it was also a bit of a shock. Each wrestler had great moments and all looked strong, and as Paige is going for the Custom Cup championship, this loss won't really affect her too much methinks. Let's see what happens next month!

-Jon Viper/Zephyris Segment: Wow, Viper is a dick! and putting little Zephy down like that... I look forward to crossing his path when I win this tournament! :-P

To Skywolf: I'm incredibly flattered! Geez. Love that Jeff Hardy comparison, there, too. Way to make the new girl feel good! So glad that folks seem to enjoy my match writing. Supreme and Wolfbaine were super-fun to write for! Each has such a different style and approach, and you can *feel* that they're big leaguers when prepping to write for them. Definitely would keep writing matches in the future!

To Gorgrim: Tsukiko does indeed have a cute-but-shapely posterior. And she knows it! 🙂

I should clarify: Witch Hazel was *absolutely* meant to blindside Sery when the lights came back on. I was referring to just Paige/Tsukiko's entrance... Hazel, of course, was not meant to come out (heh) *with* them. I'm kinda taking Paige in a tweener/heel direction for the feud. Tsukiko and Hazel are basically the angel and demon (respectively) on each of Paige's shoulders: Tsukiko is mostly level-headed, but also enabling and a tweener-by-association. Hazel is just unapologetic, wicked and drips sex from every pore!

Review tonight.

-New GM Opening Segment: Good stuff. Wolfie is a natural and it shows in his entertaining segments.

-Brian White Interview: Short and sweet and to the point and that's how I like Brian White.

-Serybration Segment: I loved the Pilgrim Paige turn and subsequent beat down. The best heel turns is where the heel feels like they are justified in their actions and you played that in well here. Also, Sery is fantastic and hilarious as always. How will he find the funding for the Triple Cage???

-Skywolf backstage: More funny stuff from Skywolf. We need to incorporate more jobbers into the show, it's fun.

-Glock/McGroin backstage/ Glock Nine vs Phil McGroin: I wrote it.

-Rhys Cain Injury Package: I wrote it.

-Eddie Wolfbaine vs Supreme: Paige, you did a great job with the commentary and the match itself. It was the match of the night I think. Wolfbaine picks up a big win.

-Senecca vs Pilgrim Paige vs Lord Skywolf: I wrote it.

-Jon Viper/Zephyris Segment: Co-wrote it. I love how much of an asshole Jon Viper is and that he doesn't care that he's an asshole.

Okay, so I read this when it came out, so if I get things wrong in my review it's because I'm remembering it wrong and am too lazy to go and re-read 😋

-New GM Opening Segment:
I don't know who Lord Skywolf is, so not a surprise for me, but going by other peoples reactions I should be excited. Sounds like he'll be fun.

-Brian White Interview:
Short and to the point. Kind of how WWE should book people like Reigns and Strowman. Neither need big interviews or talking segments. Just get out what needs to be said in as few words as possible. Play to peoples strengths, and if talking isn't one or their character doesn't require it, then keep talking to a minimum. How it should be.

-Serybration Segment:
I'm still not sure how I'm meant to take Sery. When reading his segments I can't help but think of someone like Eric Young when he was in TNA. Could be at the top, could be midcard and sounds simple and jokes when talking which makes him a face. Is that how I'm meant to take him? Or have I got him wrong? Anyway, good segment and I saw the Paige turn coming a mile away. Was bound to happen, but it's all down to the execution which was very well done.

-Skywolf backstage:
I like a guy pretending to be hispanic when they aren't. Funny stuff.

-Glock/McGroin backstage/ Glock Nine vs Phil McGroin:
What an unprovoked attack on McGroin, who did nothing wrong at all. How was McGroin to know that the match hadn't started when he saw Glock backstage? 😋
He's so going to regret that though, and I liked it all with my character. Whatever else happens, my favourite parts are always reading what my guy get's up to. I find my segment first and read that before going back and reading the whole thing as I can't wait to see what he's getting up to. Celebrating victory when the match is won by default is exactly what McGroin would do, and making it look hard thought was a nice touch as that does also seem like something he would do lol.

-Rhys Cain Injury Package:
Building towards something which I expect to be good. So segment worked.

-Eddie Wolfbaine vs Supreme:
Hard hitting action. After the McGroin segment, which wins because I love my character so far, this was my favourite part of the show.

-Senecca vs Pilgrim Paige vs Lord Skywolf:
So Lord Skywolf wrestles? Cool, a fighting GM that can take as much as he gives out. No one came off as weak so was well written to keep everyone looking strong enough to continue feuds or start them. Was surprised to see Paige lose, but like Gorgrim says, it makes sense and it doesn't hurt her at all. Solid stuff.

-Jon Viper/Zephyris Segment:
Can't wait for Viper and McGroin to have a convo at some point. Both foul mouthed and assholes, so it would be interesting. Although McGroin doesn't really realise that he's an asshole, whereas Viper clearly knows that he is and doesn't care. I like that.

The Moon Maiden

-New GM Opening Segment:
Fairly straight-forward and to the point. Scene flows quite smoothly. Welcome back, Wolfie.

-Brian White Interview:
I'm with Wolfie on the Vader comparison. Mix Vader with Sheamus, add a pinch of Jim Neidhart and that's basically my mental outline going into reading a White seg/RP. The seg itself is like a short and punchy hardcore song. It does what is needed, doesn't dick around and serves as an intense and fast-moving bit of entertainment.

-Serybration Segment:
Co-wrote it. I enjoy the Sery character a lot, and the walking-on-air mood he's in here before Freight Train tightens his grip. There's a certain naiveté about him, even after the incident with White. Paige initially compliments Sery and he's all smiles again. Then, the verbal jabs start in and it all turns (yes, pun intended) around on him. Lights out, Hazel appears out of nowhere and bam, Asian mist! Tsukiko half-heartedly (to me, she kinda realizes it's no use) tries to sway Paige, to no avail. She is reluctant to take part, but is in too deep with the girls/devoted to Paige.

-Skywolf backstage:
Like the humor and use of jobbers hanging around out back. Starr checking his pits and the "ese" bit were both priceless!

-Glock/McGroin backstage/ Glock Nine vs Phil McGroin:
These two just live to brutalize each other, huh? It's becoming hard to picture McGroin without a chair in his hands! Admittedly, I was kinda thrown that there were 2 non-matches in a row.

-Rhys Cain Injury Package:
Another solid and to-the-point seg. The whole "wounded hero" thing is just okay for me, but I get that Rhys has to sideline his character for a while.

-Eddie Wolfbaine vs Supreme:
I wrote it.

-Senecca vs Pilgrim Paige vs Lord Skywolf:
Fun, high-octane match. Lotta big moves  near falls along the way.

-Jon Viper/Zephyris Segment:
Like others, I'm entertained by Viper's incredible lack of remorse and his confidence. When he speaks, you feel what a natural heel he is.

'Sup bitches!

GM Opening Segment-

*Ah, its nice when they bring back old, broken-down vets as authority figures
*In all seriousness, having a big name like Skywolf in this role does bring a certain air of… importance back, I feel
*Tourney time! Is this the first one we’ve done? Not including Soul Survivor

Brian White interview-

*Pretty standard, but as someone who is still catching up on who’s who, it does give me an idea of who White is and why he’s in the tourney

Serybration!-

*I can never get enough Sery puns. Seryously.
*Oh, my God, he’s so facey, I wanna puke. Love it.
*Ha! The accountants strike back!
*… oh. It was a great seg, but I’m not sure I like where it went with Sery backing out. Hopefully something better in the future will come of it.
*Like Paige owning him.
*Wonderfully written, all around.

Skywolf backstage-

*If making Skywolf GM is what it takes to have more of these segs, then it was totally worth it.

Glock 9/McGroin-

*I was hoping for a match at this point, but I guess it makes sense. Definitely gets over what Skywolf said in the open about the Stormchaser being of the utmost importance.

Rhys’s Package

*I’m not calling it anything different than that.
*A nice little bit to keep Rhys on the show, but still sell what happened at Revival.
*Yes, I purposely used “Rhys’s Package” and “a nice little bit” in the same section on purpose.

Supreme/Wolfbaine

*It wasn’t intentional when the brackets were made, but it is shocking that in 2017 Wolfbaine and Supreme are legitimately meeting for the first time
*Absolutely epic match, you should hang this one on your fridge, Paige.
*The only quibble I have is Wolfbaine’s finisher (El Valle del Lobo) isn’t also known as “Icarus’s Bluray”. Icarus is a wrestler in Chikara, who’s finisher is a DVD into the turnbuckles and referred to as “Bluray”. Looking back though, I prolly wasn’t as clear as I should’ve been when I sent you my bio.

Paige/Senecca/Skywolf

*Ah, the classic book-thyself lol
*Frantic action to start, awesome!
*Quick finish, feels like maybe there’s more to come in the future?

Viper/Zephyris

*Love, love, LOVE seeing Viper with the belt. Long overdue.
*Not to be a bad guy, but I’d hit Zephyris too lol

All in all, I’m glad to be back and see 4CW in great shape!

I intend to do at least a couple of reviews as well, when I have the free time to give it my full attention.

In general, if people go reviewing the works of others, they'll get reviews in return. Doesn't always work out that way, but giving a little usually gets you something in return. I intend on doing some at some point, but because my free time is minimal, the work for the shows comes first.

I honestly don't mind if people skip reviewing mine due to time restraints. I'm just doing this all for fun anyway, so if I enjoy what I'm doing then I don't mind. Also, I suffer from severe depression so criticism is never fun for me. I get why people do it, but it tends not to help me personally. So yeah, really not fussed. Not saying don't criticise my writing (I know no one here would do it harshly anyway, and would aim to be constructive in a good way not in a ruin your fun way, as you all seem like nice people), just that I'm really not fussed at all if mine gets skipped for other peoples due to time.

I'm experience very severe depression myself. It took a long time to be able to take in constructive criticism, despite its well-meaning nature. At this point in my life/writing, I encourage reviews of such a nature. Personally, I both appreciate and enjoy reviewers' efforts. Like you said, though—this is a fun pastime we all enjoy together. I do like the McGroin gimmick (and name)—he's fun to "watch" in 4CW. If it might take away from your enjoyment, though, I'm happy to skip doing critical reviews of your RPs. Thanks for sharing.

I 100% understand were you are coming from man.  I love the character you have though,  and your writing is a lot of fun for what that's worth to you man.
