I love that they're going the Ziggler/Nakamura route. Let's face it, they're going to put on great matches together... Has the potential to be one of the feuds of the year if they can spread it out over a few months. Gives me reason enough to watch Smackdown.

The match is going to suck. Hate to say it, but it will. Prepare yourself. So many times I've been looking forward to a match between two people that should put on a classic only to be let down.
Fine, it might not suck. It will be good. But I reckon it will be a letdown of a match because it won't reach the heights that people expect and that both are capable of. I would love to be wrong though. I will say though, that this segment between the two of them was probably the highlight of the show. I'm the UK fans would have liked to see Nakamura wrestle, but this is turning out to be quite good without them having a match yet. Building nicely. (I'm not getting my hopes up on this one, as you've all probably guessed. It's my plan. Prepare for disappointment and hopefully be blown away by the eventual match)
Disappointed with the womens match last night. These two could have put on a good match. Last time I went to a live WWE event like this, people actually got time to fight, like WWE knew that we don't get to see them live like this very often so put on a show that was different to their usual Raw/Smackdown formula. They got like 3 minutes.
Anyone know why Rowan and Harper are fighting? I can't remember any beef between them really apart from they all went separate ways. Harper and Bray, yes. Harper and Rowan though? And I don't think a feud between them will do anything for either man, so hopefully a one off match. Both are fairly decent. I'd probably class Harper as good, really. Start booking them in feuds with people. There's no Wyatt family anymore, so let's see some character development and build them into good, big men wrestlers.
Tag match lasted less than 3 minutes by my count. A shame. Both Breezango and The Ascension are jobber teams at this point. Breezango are the number one contenders. Could have built them up as you can't really judge a team in that short time. Personally would have made it look like they're working really hard and well together. Put on a match for a few minutes longer, show fans what they can do as both guys are capable wrestlers, and I actually really like Breeze (wish he was a singles guy still, but at least they're actually doing something with him at the moment so can't complain too much). A longer match between the two teams could have helped them both. Only way they'll both work their way back up. Remember when the Ascension were good? Wouldn't have been difficult to remind the fans of that and build up Breezango as a capable tag team since they're randomly number one contenders despite being a jobber team.
The main event was good. You'd expect it to be though, with the talent in there. No surprise to see Mahal get the win, which is good. If they want him to actually look like a threat, which he should be as number one contender, then he has to pick up some wins against top guys. Doesn't matter how, he just needs to get them. Would rate this as almost on par with the Ziggler and Nakamura segment. Probably the best match that the UK fans got to see over the two nights as it seemed full of energy. Followed closely by Rollins vs Joe and Tag Team Turmoil from Raw.

Erick Rowan is still loyal to Wyatt and Haper isn't. And I disagree, a feud with eachother could do them wonders since there's currently no-one else to really feud with as they are all tied up and if they trade some wins over eachother they could help build eachother. Rowan needs the build more since Harper is a great talent already but both guys have potential to get a decent run.

You're right the match could have been better but Breezango are killing it with The Fashion Police.

You weren't surprised to see Mahal get a clean win over Orton? I was very surprised. All Mahal did is come from behind and hit his finisher, but there was no real cheating involved in that finish so he actually pinned Orton clean. Who would have predicted that a month ago?

Nah. If he wasn't number one contender then it would be one of the most surprising pins ever. But now they've put him in this position, it makes sense to make him not look like a complete joke anymore. Pinning Orton helps with that. So not surprised. I'm still surprised that he's the number one contender though, so there's that. But if you think about where they've put him, they have to build him up now, at least until the PPV anyway,

Sure they should build him now he's #1 contender I'm just surprised WWE actually did that lol.

I think everyone is surprised about him being number 1 contender... I'm still confused why they just thrust him into the match and had him win. Why not build him up first. Only needed a small build up and they could say that it's a confidence thing and that he believes he will win so he is - like he no longer believes he's a joke. You'd have thought that was a better way to do it. So random with how they've gone about this whole thing.
Also, I loved that Ziggler has gone full heel. He's one of my favourites and he's always better as a heel. I'll be surprised if we're disappointed with his match against Nakamura. They'll want it to be good, I'm sure.

To me Ziggler has been useless for years. He can make good matches, sure, and that's why he's still there - but he's done nothing in terms of character development, adding to storylines or being relevant in years. It's not entirely his fault, mostly it's down to stop-start pushes, a few useless or meaningless face/heel turns and being treated as a glorified jobber for the majority of the past five years. I feel like the ship has sailed with Ziggler and he will never again be elevated above his current position. One thing I can always rely on with Ziggler though is he can put on a good match with just about anyone and I'm sure his match vs Nakamura will be no different.

I still say they wastes a massive opportunity with Ziggler. After single handledy winning Survivor Series, that should have been the start of a massive push for him back to the main event, but they did nothing with it.
