Main Event

They are apparently going down the Anger Management route in possibly giving it an immediate 100 episode order so it is syndicated, a definite easy way to hit the 100 episode mark....

FX has ordered a new untitled comedy starring Martin Lawrence and Kelsey Grammer as mismatched lawyers who end up being buddies. The deal, dubbed a 10/90, is similar to that of Anger Management; FX is asking for 10 episodes, and if they hit a certain target in the ratings department, FX will order 90 more episodes. FX has a similar deal with a new comedy starring George Lopez. If TV Land is the new actors' graveyard, FX's 10/90 comedies is the coma ward

Almost God like? Maybe...

I like Kelsey Grammer, but he's had his day. Martin Lawrence has never been any good or even slightly funny. This show will bomb.

I predict Lawrence will make reference to his colour at least once an episode...

Beefy

This I will watch, that Anger Management shit... No.

Plus if this is a comedy, I can pretty much promise you it'll be on the new, FXX and not FX.

I'd probably watch if it was FXXX.  Might be a little more interesting...
