Last book I finished was Star Wars Battlefront; Twilight Company. Really good read. For once it felt like a proper war story, more like something out of the Warhammer 40000 franchise than Star Wars and I really enjoyed that. Dark and gritty and fills out details between Battle of Yavin and the end of Empire (ish). Solid 9.
Currently reading through Unseen Academicals. I love Terry Pratchett, always have, and this is no exception. If you're into football in any way then I think you'll enjoy this one! 9

Firefight by Brandon Sanderson
Now onto Calamity by Brandon Sanderson, which is the third book in the series (Firefight being the second)
Both are absolutely great. Brandon Sanderson can do no wrong in my eyes. By far my favourite writer.

Ready Player One by Ernest Cline
Really enjoyed this futuristic dystopian virtual reality adventure story. It's being made into a film which I look forward to. I'm giving it an 8/10
The Last Minute by Simon Kernick
Apparently part of a detective series but I read it as a stand alone and it worked well enough. A man loses his memory and has to figure out who he is and why people are trying to kill him. It was a fun read, even if not incredibly enthralling. 6/10
The Dark Tower I: The Gunslinger by Stephen King
Just started on the Dark Tower series and the first one was a pretty good book to start the story with. King's descriptive writing is on point and he does mystery really well. 8/10
