I'm actually surprised no one has said Eternal Darkness. Just the way the game screwed with you from making you think that it shut itself off to the controller being disconnected, you really never saw a game try to mess with the player in this way. Here's a video of everything the game does to you.

My girlfriend would demand that Super Mario 64 is put in as that's one of her favourite games as well as Goldeneye. So might as well add those 2 in. Although I don't agree with Super Mario 64, changing how Mario is played.
In 1996. Mario 64 was incredible it was new and exciting and i don't know anyone who didn't like it... i do prefer the 2d sides myself... but i'd be full of shit if i said that Mario 64 was nothing special.... mario sunshine was kinda when people were like whatever to 3d mario.
I hated it. Pretty sure my brothers loved it. I didn't like the change though, it was too much. Same with Sonic really. Was too much change and it made the game play that I loved just so different. I probably have enjoyed them if the games weren't Mario and Sonic, but I just didn't like the change at all. My girlfriend loves Mario 64 though, she still has it and plays it occasionally.

I counted up all the votes. 29 games had multiple votes and automatically made it through, then out of the rest of the games nominated I picked 35 of them at random, leaving me with 64 games for the tournament.

I was chatting with some other members and I think we should bring back the Greatest Of All Time series, a 64-competitor, knockout-style tournament. I wanted to do something away from wrestling because I think we'd be a bit bored with a "Greatest Match" or "Greatest Tag Team" of all time...
So it's the Greatest Nintendo Game of All Time (credit to Snake! for the idea)
Before we do the brackets, we need to decide what games to include, so all you have to do is give a list (doesn't matter how long it is, but no bigger than 64) of games ranging from NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, GameCube, Wii & Wii-U, and any Game Boy and DS variants and then I'll compile a bracket tournament with the sixty four most requested (and if I have to buff the list I'll have a look for the highest rated games that haven't been nominated.)
So, let's say, a week, until nominations close. Should give everyone enough time to throw some in.
