Now that he's here, what do people think WWE will do with him? Will he be the WWE Champ at some point? What feuds would you like to see him have?

With the crowd reactions he's gotten so far, he's got to be pushed well. I can't help but laugh at it though as reports were that WWE didn't think their fans would know who he is. Just because they act like TNA doesn't exist, it's pretty hard to not know about one of the best wrestlers in the world.

People I'd love for him to feud with are:
- Owens, which looks likely.
- Ziggler, as they'd be amazing and likely put on MOTY contenders.
- Daniel Bryan, if he can pass the WWE fitness checks.
- Brock Lesnar
- Seth Rollins
- Sami Zayn

If he wrestles those guys in his WWE career, then I'll be very happy with it.

I don't think he will good beyond the high mid card to be quite honest with you.

I hope they give him a push and put a few belts round his waist. I really don't mind who they put him in with to be honest, he can make pretty much anyone look good. Though if/when they bring the bullet club in, they have to put them up against The New Day...

I'm hoping that WWE won't be petty enough to hold him down due to being the face of TNA. We all know that WWE have a history of holding people back for stupid reasons, but hopefully they don't do that with AJ. Definitely deserves better.

I want to believe, but I have zero faith in WWE to do the right thing. It's so easy with him too, his reactions have been amazing. Biggest pop of the night at the Rumble and his t-shirt sold out within an hour. That fear they had of no one knowing who he is seems to be totally unfounded.

I don't know what the deal was with that Jericho match, both guys seemed off at times. Especially Jericho. That was disappointing, since Jericho was one of the guys I really wanted to see him work with. I hope they give him some younger, quicker guys to show off what he can really do, Neville would be perfect, or maybe something with Owens. I know he can work magic with those two.

Looks like they're making us wait for the Styles clash. Loads of teases for it so far, but no delivery. They did the same with Itami's GTS, which ended up being huge when he finally did hit it.

But like I said, I have no faith in them. I fully expect them to give him a new finish, something weak like the overdrive, and bury him because he's too small and too Southern to be a star. Maybe I'm wrong, I hope I am, but it wouldn't be the first time they've failed to see what's right in front of them, and AJ isn't going to win anyone over with his mic work like Punk did.

I'm nervous about them not giving him a fair shake too. Something does feel different about this though. Look at Samoa Joe and Aries or all the rest of the people who came. They debuted on NXT. Styles debuted in the Rumble and showed up on Raw the next day. So I think WWE deserves the benefit of the doubt on this one. It's real wishful thinking to think he would be main eventing sooner rather than later though. I do atleast hope he has a match at Mania.

If this would have happened 5 years ago there would be alot of talent on the roster that Styles hasn't wrestled. With the way WWE has signed their wrestlers over the last 5 years though, I've pretty much seen him face alot of the roster. But there is a few matches I would like to see. Like Styles vs. Orton, Styles vs. Kingston, even Styles vs. Bray Wyatt. Now I'm sure when Del Rio hit the indies for a few years after he got fired from WWE he and Styles clashed but don't quote me on that one, I would love to see that one too. Del Rio is one of my favorites and so is AJ. I wouldn't even mind if he didn't go for any titles for a while and just tore it up in the ring with everyone.

Too late, you're quoted! But apparently they didn't cross paths. The Rumble this year is the first match they were both involved in, and Styles was out before Del Rio entered. That could be a great match.

Don't worry about the Mania thing, he'll definitely be involved. I just hope it's a singles program and not the 'we have nothing for you' ladder match.

Unfortunately I am reading things about Del Rio being injured, not sure though how long he will be out. I think they could tear down the house or arena... ha

He's fighting at Fast Lane for the US Title and was on RAW last night, so I don't think Del Rio is injured.

As for Styles, I'm happy with what they've done so far and I think by Fast Lane, we'll have an opponent for Styles at Mania. While WWE makes it difficult to have faith in them, I do think they'll give Styles the push he deserves. He's already over and is a ready made star so all they have to do is get him in an actual program which like I said, I think they'll solidify it (Whoever it may be against) at the next PPV.

Well, it seems that there's a reason why AJ Styles hasn't really been using the Styles Clash.

There had been talk within WWE about whether AJ Styles would be allowed to use his Styles Clash finisher or not. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Vince McMahon found out about Yoshitatsu suffering a broken neck from the move, and the company decided that the calf crusher would be AJ Styles' new finisher.

Up until his Fastlane match with Chris Jericho, Styles had only used the Styles Clash one before, against Curtis Axel. According to The Observer, Jericho wanted the move in his match and the spot was approved by management.

All because Vince found out that it's gone wrong before. I've always thought that any time this move has gone wrong, it was due to the guy having the move done to them - I could be wrong, but from the ones I've seen, it's because they're not leaning back so that their heads are between or behind AJ's legs, they kind of try and curl up as they're going towards the mat instead of leaning back so that the impact is just on their midsection.

Just found this beaut. Seems we were all wrong haha.

I had a wishlist when they signed him, so let's see how that's looking.

- Owens, which looks likely. - Disappointed that didn't happen and with them being on different brands now it likely won't.
- Ziggler, as they'd be amazing and likely put on MOTY contenders. Still a chance
- Daniel Bryan, if he can pass the WWE fitness checks. Not a chance
- Brock Lesnar Different brands so unlikely to happen.
- Seth Rollins Different brands so unlikely to happen.
- Sami Zayn Different brands so unlikely to happen.

So out of the 6 match-ups I wanted to see, there's the possibility of one. I'd care more, but AJ is the champion which is more than I thought WWE would do with him, and that surpasses the possible feuds I wanted to see.

Styles did an interview with ESPN the other day and was asked what his dream match in WWE was.

I always say when it comes to dream matches that is not up to me, that’s up to the WWE Universe. That’s up to the fans. But there is a guy on SmackDown that I have yet to wrestle yet that’s certainly gonna happen at some point, and that’s Randy Orton.

Hadn't thought of Styles vs Orton. That would actually be a very good match if/when it happens. Preference would be for their roles to be reversed though, as I really don't like Orton as a face - his promos are just weird, same as seeing him smiling all the time. Heel Orton vs face Styles would be a great feud.

he's pretty much the only other challenger Styles has apart from Ambrose and Cena.

Mid Card

Pretty sure AJ took on Iwens several times before the draft.

He's fought Ziggler too, I think.

Never had a proper feud with Owens or Ziggler though with PPV matches, although it looked like he would do with Owens. Just a few matches here or there on Raw or Smackdown. Those kinds of matches are never (or rarely) the same as when in a proper feud with PPV matches where they can let lose.

Ziggler feud could still happen tho and that's one I'd really love to see. Give them 20 minutes at a PPV and we'd have a match of the year contender.
