I feel like this was the best possible show for what you were trying to do, or atleast what I feel like you were trying to do. A lot felt like this is the beginning, but look where we started, this is how we are wrapping it up. Or maybe not? I guess what I am trying to say is that, this could tie up loose ends from previous, or just further what was going on. You wrapped it up nicely like that. Can't wait for the Asylum.

Thanks for the comments dude. I know I keep saying this, but I really will be getting back into this soon. I just got my internet access back so I'll be focusing on continuing GM Game soon so some new comments is great. 🙂

Thanks Taker_2004 for the banner!
No Rush, I am trying to pace myself and try not to do more than a decent review or a show (probably a smaller D-TV show.) every week. Im trying to do everything opposite of my first tries. Rather than review every show posted in a couple days, Ima wait a bit. So I dont get burnt out or discouraged.

GWA Blaze SuperShow
Week 1
Live from Tusca, Oklahoma
We open to a video message in a studio setting by Mike Adamle.
Mike Adamle: Hello ladies and gentlemen, my name is Mike Adamle. Anyone who has watched GWA before knows I was in charge. I handled my responsibilities to the best of my ability but unfortunately, due to unforseen financial problems, I was forced to shut it down. Now GWA is back, bigger and badder than ever, and in the spirit of a new start, I have decided to step down. A new General Manager for GWA has been chosen and I wish him all the best in his time as the boss of GWA. May he take the show to heights it once stood at and even higher. May he carry on the legacy of the Global Wrestling Alliance and let it continue on as the most dominating force in Professional Wrestling. Enjoy the show.
The opening video plays, showing highlights from GWA shows past, particularly of the guys who are still around like Kane, Daniel Bryan, Rhyno and Japanese Honor. After the video plays, we cut to the arena, and the new theme for GWA, "Re-Education (Through Labour)" by Rise Against blasts through the PA system as the crowd is panned by the camera.
Mick Foley: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to GWA Blaze, right here in Tusca, Oklahoma! We are live for the rebirth of the Global Wrestling Alliance!
'Flight of the Valkyries'
The Oklahoma crowd shower the American Dragon with a sea of boos. Daniel Bryan comes out to the stage and smirks as he looks around the arena. He walks down to the ring, completely ignoring the fans' attempts to slap his hand. He rolls into the ring, grabs a mic from ringside, and stands in the middle of the ring.
Daniel Bryan: I want to make one thing perfectly clear before I say what I came out here to say: I didn't come back to the GWA to entertain you idiots and I didn't come back for the money; I came back for ME and ME only!
The crowd start a "YOU SUCK!" chant, which Daniel Bryan shakes off as if its nothing.
Daniel Bryan: We've been through this before - I don't suck... I got the moniker of being the "Best Wrestler in the World" from, would you believe it, you guys. It's pretty much the only thing you ever got right... now, this is what I'm out here for... before the collapse of GWA, I won the first-ever 50-man GWA Royal Rumble match - I entered at NUMBER ONE and beat FOURTY NINE other guys to win the match! And when I eliminated John Cena, who by the way, was so embarrased by the loss he jumped ship to IFW, I earned a shot at the GWA Heavyweight Championship. I was due to fight the champion Kane but then Mike Adamle went and messed it all up by driving this company into the ground. So here I am... with Mike Adamle thankfully nowhere to be seen, and I want the shot that I earned... and I want it tonight!
'Can You Dig It, Sucka?'
Big pop for the six-time World Champion as Booker T comes out dressed in a suit. He has a microphone too.
Booker T: Daniel... I gave you what you wanted... you demanded in your contract you get the first slot on the first show to air your grievances and I've listened to what you have to say - and as General Manager of GWA, there's a few ground rules that I run the show by. One of those is that you have to earn what you get. I remember back when you won the 50-Man Royal Rumble, and you'll be pleased to hear that your past achievements will help you in getting what you want - you will get a GWA Heavyweight Title match tonight!
The crowd aren't too happy about this and a boo echoes around the arena.
Booker T: However, you ain't the only cat who deserves a title match tonight and so in the main event, it'll be Daniel Bryan vs... the former champion KANE ... vs the man who you have a lot of history with, PAUL BURCHILL!
The fans suddenly change their tone, happy with the announced match - and Daniel Bryan looks irate at the announcement he has to fight TWO other guys to get what he thinks he deserves.
Booker T: Now CAN YOU DIG THAT ... SUCKAAAAAAAAAA?!?!
Booker drops the mic and leaves the stage. Daniel Bryan kicks the ropes in frustration as we go to Mick Foley again.
Mick Foley: The main event is set - a triple threat for the GWA Heavyweight Championship! It's going to be Daniel Bryan vs Kane vs Paul Burchill! What a huge match! Tonight we celebrate the life of Paul Bearer who has sadly passed away and Kane has a huge opportunity to reclaim the GWA Heavyweight Championship, but Bryan and Burchill both have a big history and will certainly be gunning for the victory! We'll be right back!
~Commercial Break~
When we return, we are in the ring for the first match of the GWA rebirth!
"WAKE UP!!"
'Feed Me More'
Out comes the Wrecking Ball that is Ryback making his debut in GWA! He storms to the ring, ready for action and hoping to bring success in his debut in the following UK Championship match!
'Written In Your Face'
And his opponent is the Celtic Warrior, the former UK Champion, Sheamus! He beats his chest on the stage, extends his arms and shouts "FELLLAAAA!!" before making his way down to the ring.
Mick Foley: This one will be a battle of strength and power! Two warriors are set to do battle - and one of them will be the new GWA UK Champion!
Match One - GWA United Kingdom Championship
Ryback v Sheamus
The two behemoths clash in the middle of the ring, a grapple that is back and forth for at least five seconds before Ryback overpowers the Celtic Warrior. Sheamus gets to his feet and the two lock up again, this time Ryback is overpowered and thrown into the corner. Sheamus delivers right hand after right hand, trying to get the upperhand. Ryback fights back and takes out Sheamus with a clothesline. He follows this up with a big shoulder barge and then another clothesline. The two continue to battle back and forth, exchanging blows until Sheamus takes out Ryback with a suplex for the first pinfall attempt but Ryback kicks out with ease. The battle continues and Ryback gets a Back Body Drop on Sheamus, before sending him to the ropes and taking him out with another clothesline! Sheamus gets to his feet and is taken out with a Lariat from Ryback and The Wrecking Ball hooks the leg. Kickout from Sheamus. The two continue to go back and forth, for the next few minutes, and the finish comes with Ryback setting up the Meathook Clothesline. He hits it and lifts Sheamus up for the Shellshocked. Sheamus reverses and hits Ryback with a Brogue Kick - that sends the Wrecking Ball out of the ring and crashing to the floor! The referee counts out Ryback and the Brogue Kick does its job as Ryback struggles to get to his feet. He finally does at the count of nine but just as he is about to get back in the ring, the referee counts ten and Sheamus wins the UK Championship!
Winner and NEW UK Champion: Sheamus
The Celtic Warrior is handed the championship and he celebrates like he's won the SuperBowl, having reclaimed the title he lost when GWA was shut down. Outside the ring, Ryback shakes off the cobwebs and kicks the steel steps in frustration. He then picks up the steel steps and throws them across the floor, obviously frustrated he lost due to a Countout.
Mick Foley: Ryback no doubt feels cheated out his title opportunity here but rules are rules and Sheamus won the match fair and square! The Celtic Warrior is the new UK Champion!
Sheamus walks up the ramp, title over his shoulder, as we cut backstage. We are backstage Paul Burchill. He is standing in the Interview area, but since GWA has no interviewer, he cuts a promo instead.
Paul Burchill: I've spent the last number of months stewing over anger. I'm going to remind everyone what I went through last time GWA was up and running. I won the GWA Tag Team Championships with Daniel Bryan. He had the UK Title and I had the TV Title. Together, we were dominating the show and making names for ourselves as major stars. Then I lost my TV Title, and Daniel Bryan screwed me out of the Tag Titles after abandoning me. Apparently he had some mastermind plan from the start to use me for the shared glory and then throw me to the curb.
The crowd can be heard booing Daniel Bryan.
Paul Burchill: And if that wasn't enough, Daniel Bryan decided to share with me that he'd been sleeping with my wife Katie Lea behind my back. I was going to get in the ring with Bryan and give him the biggest beating of his life - and it all went wrong with the collapse of GWA. Now we're back. The second I heard Daniel Bryan had resigned, I contacted Booker and told him I wanted in. Tonight, I finally ... FINALLY... get my chance for revenge. I've waited a long time for this Bryan. A very long time. And the extra months I've had to wait to get my hands on you have only made me angrier. You kicked me to the curb so I'm going to kick you to the curb... but when you're on that curb, I'm going to line up your teeth with the concrete and STOMP THEM INTO YOUR SKULL. You should think less about whether you're going to win the title tonight and think more about whether you're going to be able to wrestle after tonight.
Paul Burchill, almost foaming at the mouth in loathing, leaves the area as we cut to a break.
~Commercial Break~
'Faceless'
The mysterious and illustrious Sin Cara makes his way down to the ring for the following match. He appreciates the crowd support and slaps the hand of as many fans as he can on his way to the ring, before diving over the top rope into the ring.
Mick Foley: Sin Cara was the Cruiserweight Champion on GWA's last broadcast and he wants to reclaim the title much like Sheamus did with the UK Title tonight!
'Ooh, Chavo!'
And the International Sensation's opponent is none other than fellow Mexican, and member of the legendary Guerrero family, Chavo Guerrero. He comes out on stage with a mic in hand.
Chavo Guerrero: Ladies and Gentlemen, let me introduce my beautiful and talented cousin, the newest member of the Guerrero Wrestling Legacy, ese. Give it up for the daughter of the Late, Great Eddie Guerrero and the next GWA Womens Champion, Raquel Diaz!
Despite Chavo Guerrero being the heel, the crowd seem somewhat engaged at the debut of a new Guerrero and give her a decent response as she comes out and hugs Chavo. She comes down to the ring with him for moral support for this title match!
Match Two - GWA Cruiserweight Championship
Sin Cara v Chavo Guerrero w/Raquel Diaz
Chavo Guerrero, with his new found confidence as well as the support of his cousin gets off to a good start, dominating Sin Cara in the early going. He works on Cara's back, preventing him from utilising his high flying skills before using his own skills to take out Sin Cara with a Missile Dropkick. The crowd get behind Sin Cara and Cara mounts a comeback, eventually taking out Chavo with a huge Hurricanrana. Sin Cara runs to the ropes and Raquel jumps on the apron. Cara stops in his tracks as to not hit her, and while the referee is tending to Chavo, she slaps him with an almighty wallop, much to the disagreement of the Oklahoma crowd. Chavo gets back into it, hitting the Three Amigos, and going for a cover, but Sin Cara breaks out of the pin attempt. Chavo takes out Cara with another dropkick and attempts the Frog Splash! He launches himself off the top rope - but Sin Cara rolls out of the way and Chavo eats the mat! Sin Cara recomposes himself and takes out Chavo with another Hurricanrana, this one causing Chavo to fall on to the second rope ala the 619. Sin Cara runs up and out of the ring, grabbing Chavo's neck and yanking it against the ropes on his way down. Cara lands on his feet on the outside as Chavo stumbles back to his feet. Cara gets on the ropes, springboards off, does the Shooting Star Press flip and then takes out Chavo with a huge Lariat on his descent! Sin Cara hooks the leg for the 1...2...3!
Winner and NEW Cruiserweight Champion: Sin Cara
Mick Foley: Wow! What an incredible move from Sin Cara! I heard he would be debuting something spectacular but I had no idea what it was! I do know that he calls that move Falta de Gravedad, 'scuse my Spanish, it's a little rusty... and the gravity-defying Lariat has won him the Cruiserweight Championship!
Sin Cara celebrates with the title as Raquel Diaz rolls into the ring to check on her cousin Chavo. Sin Cara is faceless, but one would assume if you could see his face it'd be a happy one. We cut backstage where Kane is in the Interview/Promo area. Dark red lighting fills the area as he looks through his mask, an expression unreadable.
Kane: Tonight is my opportunity to reclaim the GWA Heavyweight Championship that was taken from me along with the rest of this company months ago. It seems fitting... that with the death of my father Paul Bearer, comes the rebirth of GWA... and the rebirth of my title reign... and speaking of reigns, I will reign down hell on anyone who gets in my way! I will ensure tonight when I win that Heavyweight Championship that my father rests in peace the father... of a champion.
~Commercial Break~
'Put You On The Game'
Willie Mack gets a good reaction from the GWA crowd, the smarks obviously more aware of his ability. The 280lbs Chocolate Juggalo looks prepared for his debut match and he is certainly no pushover for his opponent.
'Man Beast'
Mack's opponent, the former GWA Heavyweight Champion Rhyno, makes his way down to the ring, looking to use The Asylum as a stepping stone to his second reign as champion. But he has to get through Mack first, and Mack wants to make a big impact in his debut.
Match Three - The Asylum Qualifier
Willie Mack v Rhyno
Mack charges at Rhyno to start the match, hitting him with lefts and rights and pushing him into the corner. Mack takes out Rhyno with a bulldog early on and then follows it up with a Jumping Knee Drop. Rhyno recovers only for Mack to continue the assault with a belly-to-back suplex. Rhyno looks to be jobbed out as he falls victim to a huge Samoan Drop, which Mack follows up by kipping up and hitting a Standing Moonsault! Mack hooks the leg for a shock victory - but NO - Rhyno throws himself out of the fall. Mack lifts him up, sending Rhyno to the ropes, but Rhyno reverses and throws Mack into the corner. He takes out Mack with a clothesline and then a German Suplex. Rhyno hooks the leg but Mack kicks out. The two continue to battle, exchanging lefts and rights, and exchanging Irish Whips, until Rhyno comes out of nowhere with a GORE! GORE! GORE! Almost breaking Mack in half, he hooks the leg! 1...2...3!
Qualified for The Asylum: Rhyno
Rhyno recovers slowly and celebrates his win. Willie Mack also gets to his feet a few moments later. Mack goes to leave the ring but Rhyno grabs him on the shoulder and spins him around. It looks like Rhyno is going to hit Mack, but instead he offers his hand to which Mack shakes. Rhyno raises Mack's hand for a good job well done (pun intended 😋).
Mick Foley: Rhyno qualifies for The Asylum but nobody can deny that for a large portion of that match, Willie Mack was in control! He calls himself the Chocolate Juggalo - but don't underestimate him because of his nickname - he is a great wrestler and I for one am happy to see him here in GWA! Ladies and gentlemen, don't go anywhere, we have tons of matches still to come!
~Commercial Break~
'2 Hot 2 Handle'
For the second time this evening, out comes the newest member of the Guerrero wrestling family, Raquel Diaz. She is joined by Chavo Guerrero, who makes his way down to ringside for support. They have a little talk before Diaz gets into the ring.
'The Final Countdown'
Out comes Sara Del Rey, the former GWA Womens Champion and the last member of the old Womens Division. She's the veteran as opposed to Diaz's complete newb status, and she doesn't intend to be shown up by the young upstart.
Match Four - GWA Womens Championship
Raquel Diaz v Sara Del Rey
And to prove this, Del Rey absolutely dominates the match to start with. For the first four minutes, it's all Del Rey, as she uses multiple kick variations and multiple suplex variations to wear out the rookie. Del Rey hits a bridging fallaway slam and sets up for her finisher, the Death Rey (Spike Piledriver). At this point, Chavo decides to jump on the apron and give the referee a peace of his mind. Diaz rakes Del Rey's eyes and then hits her version of the three amigos suplexes, called the Three Amigas. With Chavo having done his job, he jumps back down from the apron and Diaz grabs Del Rey, lifting her up high for her finishing move, in tribute to her cousin, the Gory Bomb! Diaz turns and hooks the leg, and the fans boo furiously as she gets the 1...2...3!
Winner and NEW GWA Womens Champion: Raquel Diaz
As shocking as it is, it happened. The rookie rolls out of the ring and grabs the Womens Championship, and Chavo comes over to celebrate with her. She looks to leave the area but then changes her mind and rolls into the ring. She waits for Del Rey to get to her feet - before slamming her across the face with the title!
Mick Foley: Now this is unneccesary!
Raquel isn't finished there, as she picks up Del Rey to set her up for a second Gory Bomb - but at that point, she stops, and the camera turns to the ramp to see Emma running down to make the save! Diaz rolls out of the ring and regroups with Chavo while Emma checks on Del Rey. Raquel Diaz laughs and kisses the title, before walking up the ramp, talking to Chavo about what she has just done.
Mick Foley: Well it seems like Emma didn't like what she saw and decided to make a stand by helping Sara Del Rey. But the main story is Raquel Diaz, daughter of the legendary Eddie Guerrero, has won the GWA Womens Championship. And she did it by cheating, I guess in typical Guerrero form...
We cut backstage to the Interview area where Daniel Bryan is standing ready to give his thoughts on his match tonight. He doesn't look happy.
Daniel Bryan: I earned my title shot by beating 49 other guys in the 50-Man Royal Rumble. I entered at #1 and went through it all, but apparently that's not good enough to earn a one-on-one title match... but that's fine. See tonight, I have two opponents. One is the Big Red Monster Kane. Kane is distraught. He's full of grief for the death of his father.. so that means his head isn't in the game... and Paul Burchill? Well, you've all heard what I have to say about Paul Burchill in the past but let's recap - he's a loser. He's the biggest joke in this industry. And I'm constantly fixing things after he ruins them. He ruined his relationship with his wife so I did what he couldn't: I satisfied her. Then he went and ruined our tag team by being a crybaby all the time, so I fixed that too by getting rid of him and moving on with all the momentum myself... now tonight, he's ruining my title opportunity... and I'm gonna fix it by putting him out of commission and being crowned the NEW .. GWA ... HEAVYWEIGHT ..CHAMPION!
'La Vittoire Mia'
Santino Marella makes his way down to the ring. He gets a decent little reaction from the crowd as we find out this is the second qualifier for The Asylum. He rolls into the ring and puts his fists up, as if telling whoever his opponent is to bring it on.
'The Current Big Thing'
Santino soon loses all confidence when he finds out his opponent is THE BEAST, Brock Lesnar! The crowd go nuts for the debut of the Current Big Thing. Lesnar storms down to the ring, jumps up on the apron (with pyro) and enters the ring. He walks right up to Santino and gets in his face. Santino tries to calm the situation by making a joke but Lesnar is in no mood for a joke. He throws Santino into the corner and the ref rings the bell.
Match Five - The Asylum Qualifier
Santino Marella v Brock Lesnar
Brock Lesnar does the following: Right hand, right hand, right hand, right hand, Irish whip to the opposite corner, huge clothesline, belly-to-belly suplex, F-5. Pin. 1..2...3!
Qualified for The Asylum: Brock Lesnar
Mick Foley: ...and unsurprisingly, Brock Lesnar qualifies for The Asylum match! Santino Marella didn't really stand a chance and Lesnar now joins Rhyno as the combatants. Before we continue with the show, here's a look at The Asylum match..
A video package airs. A narrator goes through the rules of the match while showing clips of the structure and also the match itself. Ten men qualify, four start in the ring with another entrant every 90 seconds. Eliminations may occur through pinfall or submission. When the tenth person enters the ring a cell is lowered over the ring. From that point on, there are no more eliminations. The winner is whoever can climb the cell and retrieve the briefcase hanging from the ceiling. Whoever wins this briefcase is guaranteed a title shot at WrestleWars II which will take place in Week 10. The narrator also reminds us of the first ever Asylum match, with a clip, showing Steven Richards picking up the victory to get a shot at the GPW World Championship, which was later unified with RWA's to make the current GWA Championship. Finally, the narrator warns us that the match is dangerous and shows a clip of Heidenreich getting thrown off the Cell and through a table when the first match took place.
~Commercial Break~
'Here and Now or Never'
Mason Ryan comes out to the ring for the following TV Title match. He is making his debut tonight and his opponent is a man who comes from the same roots, with them both being Welshman.
'Big Rob'
Rob Terry comes out to the ring looking determined to prove he is the better Welshman considering he's been in GWA a lot longer and likely gained more experience that Ryan.
Match Six - GWA TV Championship
Mason Ryan v Rob Terry
The match goes back and forth, very even, with no man running away with it. A lot of standard clotheslines and suplexes are traded, as well as right hands and body slams. The match starts to heat up around the five minute mark, with both men going all out, trying out bigger and better moves. Terry surprises a lot of fans with a jumping spin kick, and he follows it up with a Fallaway Slam for a two count. The finish comes with a reversal; Terry tries to take out Ryan with a Chokeslam but Ryan breaks out, hits a huge lariat and follows it up with a Full Nelson Slam! Hook of the leg, 1..2..3, and we have our first Welsh champion in GWA history.
Winner and NEW GWA TV Champion: Mason Ryan
Ryan rolls out of the ring, grabs the belt before it can be handed to him and goes to the crowd to celebrate with them. Terry recovers slowly and looks on disappointed as the fellow Welshman beats him to the title.
Mick Foley: This could be the start of something fantastic for Mason Ryan. As per the rules of being TV Champion, he'll have to defend that title on every other Blaze, meaning if he wants to stay as champion, he'll have to be at his best... and coming up next Ladies and Gentlemen, we have a Tag Team Championship match!
We cut backstage to Booker T's office. He gets a knock on the door and shouts for them to come in. Three men walk into the room; Naomichi Marufuji and Takashi Suguira, collectively known as Japanese Honor and a third, unknown Japanese male.
Booker T: Naomichi... Takashi... what's up, dawg?
Naomichi: Says something in Japanese.
Booker T: Uh... um... my Japanese is a little rusty... and who are you?
Booker asks the third unknown male. He comes out in fluent English which surprises Booker a little.
???: My name is Jun. I am here solely for the purpose of translating everything Japanese Honor are saying. Naomichi here was just saying how he's a little disappointed.
Booker T: Is that so? Well, ask him what's up, dawg?
Jun looks at Booker with a bemused look, and says something to the former Tag Champions. They have a small conversation, with Booker looking on confused, as Jun eventually turns around to speak to him again.
Jun: Naomichi and Takashi feel that even though they are happy you are the General Manager, they deserved to be in the Tag Title match coming up next and are a little disappointed to be omitted.
Booker smiles and nods.
Booker T: Alright guys, don't you worry about it. It's true, you're not in the Tag Title match tonight - but that's because I was saving you two for something else. You see, I know that you two are the longest reigning Tag Champs in GWA history, but I also know as singles competitors, you ain't half bad. So I had an idea; a Tag Team match next week - involving you two - and if you win that match - you qualify for the upcoming Asylum match, now can you dig that?
Jun translates in Japanese but says "Can you dig that?" in English. Naomichi and Takashi exchange glances, a big smile spreading across their faces, and then they both shout...
Japanese Honor: SUCCCKKKKAAAA!!!!!!
Happy with the news they leave, and Booker T takes off his glasses, a little taken aback...
Booker T: TELL ME ... they didn't just say that!!
~Commercial Break~
When we return, we are back in the ring for the penultimate match of the night... a Tag Team Championship match!
Alga/So Close Now
Jimmy and Jey Uso, the twin sons of former GWA competitor Rikishi, come out on stage and do their dance. Then So Close Now hits and the two make it down to the ring, excited about the opportunity they have.
'Millions of Dollars'
Out come Titus O'Neil and Darren Young, the PrimeTime Players! They do their millions o' dollas taunt on top of the stage, and then point at The Usos on their way down to the ring, assumingly ranting about how their going to win.
Match Seven - GWA Tag Team Championships
The Usos v The PrimeTime Players
The first few minutes of the match consists of back and forth action, including lots of tags made and no team either to really dominate the other as the tags are so frequent. Eventually it settles down when Jimmy gets into it with Young and Young starts to take control. Young and O'Neil start dominating Jimmy with quick tags and sticking to their corner until Jimmy breaks out and makes the hot tag. Jey goes all out, taking out both members of the PrimeTime Players with dropkicks. He then focuses on Young the legal man, taking him out with a Suplex. He goes to the top rope for a crossbody but Young moves out of the way. Young takes advantage of this by elbowing Jimmy off the apron and taking out Jey with the Gut Check! Young hooks the leg and wins the match for his team!
Winners and NEW Tag Team Champions: The PrimeTime Players
Young and O'Neil are handed the titles and celebrate as we cut backstage to Booker T's office once more. Another knock and Booker tells them to come in. He sees the person (but the camera down turn) and smiles.
Booker T: Haha, now there's my main man. How ya doing, dawg?
The man steps into the camera's view and it's none other than - THE ROCK!! The Oklahoma crowd go nuts for the People's Champion.
The Rock: The Rock is good, man.
Rock and Booker share a hug and then Booker gets all serious.
Booker T: So tell me man, you resigned with GWA, what do you have planned? You going to try and reform The People?
The Rock: The Rock's been thinking, ya know... and with The American Wolves and D'Lo Brown moving on to other things, I don't think it's on the cards... The Rock is here for himself this time!
Booker T: That's what I like to hear dawg and...
The Rock interrupts, apologising and telling Booker to wait just a moment, before tilting his head upwards and says...
The Rock: FINALLY.... The Rock HAS COME BACK!! TO OK-LA-HO-MA!!
The crowd go nuts for the People's Champion and Booker laughs.
Booker T: Alright... so if I put you in a match next week I assume you're ready to go, dawg?
The Rock: The Rock was born ready, Book.
Booker T: Alright man, good to see you.
The two continue to chat as we cut to ringside to see Mick Foley again.
Mick Foley: There ya have it, folks. Next week, The Rock will be in action! And coming up next we have a great main event - a triple threat for the GWA Heavyweight Championship!
'Ripper'
Out comes Paul Burchill for the main event of the evening! He gets a good response from the crowd, but he's too focused to give them any attention. Tonight is more than just a title match - it's his chance at revenge. He rolls into the ring and stares at the stage, waiting.
'Slow Chemical'
Kane comes out, holding the urn made famous by Paul Bearer. He puts the urn at ringside and enters the ring before setting off the turnbuckle pyro. He tightens his glove and stares a hole through Burchill. The intensity between the two is interrupted by the third man.
'Flight of the Valkyries'
Out comes Daniel Bryan to a sea of boos. He stands on the stage, and points at Burchill, talking trash before making his way down to the ring. Burchill doesn't want to wait though, and he slides out of the ring and runs at Daniel Bryan! The two exchange blows, back and forth as they slowly make their way down to the ring. Burchill slams Bryan's face on the apron and rolls him in, getting in the ring himself and getting this triple threat (which is no disqualification by default) underway!
Main Event - GWA Heavyweight Championship
Paul Burchill v Kane v Daniel Bryan
As soon as Bryan is rolled in, he's picked up by Kane, and Kane goes to work on him with lefts and rights. Burchill joins in, pushing Kane away and giving Bryan a few of his own lefts and rights. Kane, annoyed with being pushed, hits Burchill with a HUGE uppercut! Burchill and Kane go at it, exchanging blows near the ropes until Bryan runs at them with a double clothesline, sending all three men over the top rope and out of the ring! Kane and Bryan are first up, and the two battle it out at ringside. Kane uses the steel steps as a weapon when he whips Bryan shoulder-first into them. Burchill recovers and jumps at Kane, trying to take him out as the two fight by the barricade. This ringside brawl continues for another two minutes with all three guys taking turns in attacking.
Eventually, Burchill is hit with a Sidewalk Slam which momentarily keeps him out of action and Bryan and Kane make it back into the ring. Kane and Bryan go at it, Bryan trying to keep the big man down with his multiple kicks. Eventually, Kane falls to one knee and Bryan kicks him straight in the head! Kane and Bryan battle it out, exchanging a few nearfalls and hitting moves such as dropkicks for Bryan and slams for Kane. Things stay this way until Burchill comes out of nowhere and takes out Bryan with a HUGE C4! Burchill hooks the leg - but Kane breaks it up! Kane takes out Burchill with another Sidewalk Slam, and then gets on the turnbuckle. Since Bryan is still out it's Burchill who gets to his feet first and gets hit with a big clothesline from the top rope!
Kane dominates the next three minutes, hitting both Burchill and Bryan with everything he's got but not enough to put them down for the three count. Kane eventually does take out Bryan with a Chokeslam but before he can go for a pin, Bryan rolls out of the ring. Kane looks to follow him but Burchill doesn't allow it, taking out Kane with a big DDT. Burchill gets Kane to his feet and takes him out with another Suplex, before setting him up for the Curb Stomp! But before he can hit the Curb Stomp, Daniel Bryan gets back into the ring - with a steel chair - and smashes Burchill across the face! Kane gets to his feet - and gets a steel chair shot too! Bryan then grabs Burchill - and HITS HIM WITH HIS OWN MOVE THE CURB STOMP! Burchill is OUT and Bryan hooks the leg! ONE... TWO... THREE!!!
Winner and NEW GWA Heavyweight Champion: Daniel Bryan!
Bryan's music hits and he falls into the ropes. He looks elated at the fact he did it! Bryan is the new champion! Bryan gets handed the title and he jumps on the turnbuckle, raising it high! The crowd show their hatred for the champ by chanting more "YOU SUCK!" chants but Bryan doesn't give a damn, he's the World Champ and nobody can deny it!
