TMZ has reported Roddy Piper passed away today at the age of 61.

I hope the do a tribute to him just like they did the Dream.

I've included my favorite Dusty Rhodes story which is about the first time he met Piper. I honestly hope it's how it happened when they meet again in heaven, or wherever...

Man, this really sucks. He battled cancer a couple of times too if I recall correctly.

I hope he and Austin sorted things out. I know they had a silly spat over their podcasts and Austin would probably feel bad if they didn't bury the hatchet.

So soon after Dusty passed too. Two of the greatest in wrestling history gone within a month or so. Rest in peace Hot Rod.

Just heard the news. Caught me off guard. Major talent, always enjoyed his work and he'll always be a promo legend. Funny enough, a friend and I were just discussing Piper the other night.
