I can name one match and that's the WWE title match. That's it. Has anything else actually been announced yet?

the only match other than the WWE title match that's had any kind of build up has been the US title match, the other's were pretty much all built up on Raw last week (not seem smack down yet...) It all seems really rushed...

Though I will say, the Micro Powers thing was very amusing, although I can think of several wrestlers who can do the macho man gimmick better than Sandow.  There's really nothing much here that catches my attention personally.

Wish they'd quit with the Rusev and Cena matches. We all know that Cena will win... and after so many high profile loses for Rusev his stock will be low. I can remember they did this with someone else a few years ago, where they put someone in a match with Cena who'd be built up really well, and after so many matches against Cena and losing them all he lost all momentum. Rusev has been built up as a monster, but this will be his 3rd loss to Cena in a row in high profile matches. An I Quit match will be his third loss and it some how makes it worse. Should have ended the feud after the last PPV. At least then they could continue to built Rusev. Now he'll look like a chump.

Almost God like? Maybe...

I think umaga was the other monster they did this too.  I started watching again occasionally, and was really enjoying rusev. Him and lana were, easily, the best things on the show. And as soon as I heard about the first cena/rusev match I stopped watching again because I knew they'd fuck it. They had the chance to do something special and original with rusev, and have the bad foreigner being booed whilst not cheating and turn that on the public. Make the idiot Americans realise that just because someone is foreign it doesn't make them a heel. But they fucked it up...

Maybe in another 3 years I'll watch again...

They do it with everyone. Wyatt was the victim last year.

watched Payback earlier today, and was surprisingly impressed by the quality of the matches, considering there was bugger all build up for most of the card. The only thing I was genuinely disappointed in was the result of the main event, but other than that, was pretty good. If anyone' actually interested, I may pt up a a review tomorrow.

Yeah go for it Gorgrim. Would be interested to read.

I haven't watched it yet, but I've read the spoilers. My mate that I usually watch it with has had to go away for training, so I'll be watching it on his return. Read spoilers on it all because I know there'll be no avoiding it really, not when I likely won't be watching the show until next Monday.

Ok, here we go... Full review time. Don't think I've actually done one of these before, so just bare with me a little ;-)

R-Truth vs Stardust

Ok, when was this confirmed? Nothing particularly of note here I'm afraid, R-Truth wins after 5ish minutes I think... pretty unmemorable match... 4/10

The Meta Mega Powers vs The Meta Road Warriors... What, that's not who they are? Oh, sorry, The Ascension...

Well, at least Axle and Sandow admit that they're doing a spoof/tribute to one of the greatest tag teams ever. I genuinely hope they go somewhere with this, Curtis Axel has the Hulkster to a tee and they are definitely entertaining! Unfortunately, the match was far too short (far too much crap/nattering on in the pre show). 6/10

Shaemus Vs Dolph Ziggler

To be fair, a good start to the (main) show. Ziggler took it to Shaemus for pretty much the entire match, and it was kinda nice to see Ziggler shove his 'arse' in Shaemus'  face. Good spots and eventually, and probably accidentally looking at the scaring..., lot's of blood. Shaemus would win but a good long fight from both. 7/10

New Day vs Tyson Kidd and Cesaro - 2 out of 3 falls

I must admit, their matches are starting to blur into one. The only really spot from what I can remember was Big E spearing Cesaro off the ring apron. Bit of a crappy ending really with Xavier stealing the win, but then he was screaming freebird rule pretty much throughout the second fall. Anyway, they've had better matches on Raw, so this is 5/10 for me.

Ryback vs Bray Wyatt

Solid match here, both big men leaving it on the line. Particularly nice to see Windham pull out his senton again and that was probably the high point of the match. Ryback doesn't really get back into it afterwards, but then they're trying to convince us that he's suffered cracked ribs at this point. Lot's of heart shown, but Bray get's a convincing win on this one. 8/10
Looks like Bray might be starting to gain some momentum again.

John Cena vs Rusev - 'I Quit' Match

Ok, so it' a forgone conclusion who wins this match, but getting there was entertaining. Something of a spot fest, and it actually got out into the crowd. I will say that compared to the last 'I Quit' match I saw (Tommy Dreamer vs AJ Styles, TNA Hardcore Justice 2012? can't remember exactly which one...) this one was positively tame. Chucking Rusev on the pyro was fun, but woulda liked to see more obvious damage from such a maneuver, and it was ridiculous how quickly he 'recovered' from that but ah well... Not a bad match and they managed to get around the fact that neither of them would actually quit quite well. 7/10

Bella Twins vs Naomi and Tamina

Yawn... this whole story has been crap, I dislike Naomi, I dislike the Bellas... Thank God Paige is back... Anyway, I actually skipped it I had so little interest in this match...

Bad King Barrett vs Neville

Ah, here we go, entertainment again... As to be expected Neville get's going right from the off, making full advantage of his speed. Some good back and forward action until Neville get's injured and Barrett essentially just walks off... Until he runs back in and bull hammers Neville in the face. Neville does get the upper hand though and manages to Delver the Red Arrow in the end. If anything, the after match was more entertaining than the match itself, but a solid performance from both. 7/10
Actually, the most memorable thing for me was JBL trying to show off his 'up to date' political knowledge and ending up sounding like more of an idiot than normal...

Seth Rollins vs Randy Orton vs Roman Reigns vs Dean Ambrose - Fatal 4-Way

Main event time and it sounds like the ring announcer is beginning to get tired, bless her...

As expected, it begins as a 3 on 1 handicap match, but does break down quick enough. JnJ security quickly get involved and Kane not long after, confirming that he will continue to support the authority. Right, main spots... SHIELD REUNION! for about 30 seconds anyway. Randy Get's triple power bombed through the (english) announce table and Seth tries to solidify the moment standing there for far longer than any intelligent man would've done with his fist held out. Quite funny actually as his face falls and Dean and Roman begins to open up on him. Que two double power bombs with roman driving Kane onto Seth who is lying on the spanish announce table.
Again, a good match and definitely my match of the night. Everyone gives a good account of themselves although I was personally disappointed in the finish, but ah well... Apparently it was 'best for business...' 8/10

On the whole a solid PPV, nothing particularly outstanding, but generally entertaining. I will take this opportunity to add my voice to the masses...Please fire JBL.....
