HIAC 2014

Looks like a pretty solid card although Orton v Cena again is just unneeded and stupid. They had a feud ending I Quit match like however many years ago only to continue to have high profile matches many times since. Pointless. I'm sure we've even seen them in the Cell together at least once already. There's barely a "feud" between them for this match. Just lazy booking.

Ambrose v Rollins is an opportunity for either guy or both to really solidify themselves as a main event star. It should be the main event but it won't be.

Yep, Cena v Orton is the first straight rematch the cell has had. Kane, Taker and Mankind have been in multiple matches together and Punk worked Ryback in 2012 and Ryback & Heyman in 2013, but this is the first time a match has been replicated exactly. Orton won the first one in the Legacy days.

I cant see him losing this one either. Cena v Lesnar is old news now don't think anyone wants to see it again just yet.

The rumours are that Cena v Lesnar has been planned for the Rumble for months now, even before Bryan had to forfeit the belt, and that Lesnar isn't coming back before the Rumble. But this is pretty early to be setting up a contender for a match in January. Plus Survivor Series is in St Louis and Orton is supposed to be turning face...!

Hoping Orton wins, but don't really care.

- Seth Rollins vs. Dean Ambrose
Rollins has to win this, and win it clean. Give Ambrose a reason to turn a little crazier, and continue their feud. This should be planned for the next 3 or 4 years, keep their hatred and give them a mid card legacy to take into the main event together.

WWE Tag Team Title Match
- Goldust & Stardust (c) vs. The Usos
Don't care. Hate usos,  hate stardust. Goldust is ok so hopefully he'll do ok, but really don't care about this match. The tag division is so weak right now...

WWE Divas Title Match
AJ Lee (c) vs. Paige
Have enjoyed some of the promos, but don't care about the match.

WWE Intercontinental Title Match (2 out of 3 Falls)
- Dolph Ziggler (c) vs. Cesaro
Ziggler is ok, but Cesaro bores me. The IC title needs to be bigger with the main belt off the show so much, and Ziggler will carry it better than Cesaro. 

WWE United States Title Match
- Sheamus (c) vs. The Miz
Don't care about Sheamus. Decent worker, but so bored of his character.  He's an iris cena... Like Miz, but prefer Mizdow.  I can see Miz sidestepping the match, Mizdow fighting in his place and winning the title. As long as it leads to Rusev winning it in the next month I'll be happy...

Loser Must Be "Assistant" To Winner For 30 Days
- Nikki Bell vs. Brie Bella
Does anyone care about any part of this? Bad match, bad stip, don't care.

Rusev CRUSH! Hope he dominates and pins Show clean. No more crap with set up soldiers, please! 5 minute match with Rusev taking out show and making him submit.

Surprised that the Rollins v Ambrose match went last. Thought it would be Cena vs Orton. Not surprised though that Cena won so that we once again have Cena vs Lesnar and I have to see that stupid, annoying #CenavsBrock hashtag that really pisses me off as it's wrong.

Anyways, good to see that Wyatt will have a feud once again.

I read on the observer i think a week or two that Brock vs Cena was a lock for the royal rumble so i assumed he would win.. i like Orton better when he is a bit more of a renegade like his Viper persona... and i'm seeing the RKO out of no where all the time now on the web and on tv... he is kinda getting some new found love here in the states... a little.

Another thing i found odd... was Bray Wyatt's presence in the main event... i was looking at another wrestling forum.. just lurking and came across a random posters idea for a Ambrose Wyatt feud.. and it pretty much started the way it played out last night... surprised me a little bit and couldn't help but wonder if this fan had info or just saw the wheel turning.

Overall the ppv was kinda meh.

worst 2/3 falls match ever with Cesaro and Ziggler.

Ambrose/wyatt means ambrose is gonna be stuck in mid card hell for 2 years, whilst Orton becomes the top baby face and feuds with rollins.

Haven't seen the ppv, but read the results, how come ambrose and cena fight each other on raw with the winner fighting rollins and the loser fighting for a shot a the title? Should it be the other way around?

I'm close to giving up on wrestling again...

Rollins gets the win and stays relevant while Ambrose has something to keep him busy til the Rumble.

Nonsensical booking. Wyatt appearing was pointless, unneeded, and plain stupid. Much better ways of starting that feud. Rollins needed to win tho. Why have wyatt appear as a genie in the ring? Nonsense and insulting... It's a shame they wasted the 'trying to make X wrestler part of the flock' on DBry,  and are wasting the 'join the dark side' on Cena. Both are good ideas, but both would've been better wiwith ambrose. And both would've been better ways to start this feud that wyatt appearing as a genie.

I hope wyatt and ambrose do main event, but we both know it's more likely to be orton/rollins/the authority that head every ppv for the next several ppv's at least. The only good thing I can see here is the lack of cena in a meaningful feud. He'll face brock, but as brock is part time it'll hopefully mean cena won't be around too much. Unless they turn DBry or Reigns when they come back to face Cena...

I still don't understand why the loser of the ambrose/cena match was rewarded with a title shot opportunity and the winner of that match wasn't... almost like wwe has no long term booking thoughts...
