I didn't watch it last night.. i actually forgot what day it was to be honest... i'm not surprised that this show rocked though.. i watched the last major NXT event over the summer with Nattie vs Charlotte for the woman's championship... i was blown away with the whole show and that womans match was fantastic... i wish they had a whole division of girls who can go like that.
I'll have to watch it this weekend sometime.
I've seen the first half and Amore is definitely the highliht so far. He plays his character so damn well. I love the French Stallion too, but fear he's never going to make it to TV.
He would have been unbelievable during the attitude era. Take half an hour to watch this, it's amazing.

Talking about women- 'their place in either in the kitchen, or in my bed'
Yea, I can relate to him...
Can you also relate to lacking muscle definition in your left arm?

We were different in that respect because my left arm is as hench as my right because I have to use both hands when I jerk it 😉

Both hands on those tweezers... 😉
Main event was a decent watch. It wasn't as good as played up to be and it went on too long. The psychology made no sense. PAC had beaten all of them and did a cocky promo prior showing his confidence. So he spent the majority of the match on the outside getting chucked out of the ring. Then getting a cheap win which I guess is to turn him heel. Tyson Kidd sticking on a random chin lock for a few minutes mid way through seemed like a strange move. Why was he wearing headphones on his entrance? Was that a bleak attempt at getting a personality.
The Ascension look like a weird bunch. I thought they were Road Warrior like, squashing everyone. It's all a bit fur coat and no knickers once the entrance is over. Connor O'Brian looks like he's fattened himself up since he was on the old NXT. The other one is too thin and looks like an older PAC.
Ric Flair's daughter is built like a man and has the face of her father. That moonsault she did at the end was hilariously shocking and the commentators had the cheek to pretend it connected.
Bull Dempsey and the Le Fort look like they reek of B.O.

To be fair, LeFort is French. What's he supposed to do?

Lynx Africa. His mate with the blue & white stripy top on, can now wear a beret to cover his bald head. Maybe get a string of onions round his neck and carry a giant baguette like a Jim Duggan 2x4. Ouiiiiii!

So I was there live, and since I'm guessing from Rossman's usual "I hate everything review" that he's never watched NXT before, I'll help fill in gaps for you.
1. Charlotte's moonsault connected.
2. Tyson had the headphones so that he couldn't hear the usual chants from the arena such as "Nattie's wife" "Tyson Chicken" etc.
Now, since I expect nothing but Rossman's usual smarky responses I'll simply say that's all you'll hear from me directed at him. Now to the show as a whole...
I honestly had no idea what to expect when I got to Full Sail, it was insane. Interacted with CJ Parker a bit (totally in love with him) he came and yelled at me for not telling at him. I replied with "but I love you!" The look on his face was priceless!
Albert is a fucking giant Ass mother fucker!
The crowd was hot for Kevin Steen. Outside we turned everything into a Steen chant includding Steen.99!
Once inside we got a surprise as Paige competed against Beckie Lynch, I had no idea who I loved more.
When I first saw Enzo on an NXT show I hated him but he won me over at this show... And you can't teach that... How you doin...
Lucia Dragons vs the Ascension was exhausting, nobody could decide who they wanted to win.
Charlotte vs Bayley was great, I honestly hope to see them on the main show soon. I was surprised at how over Bayley is as her character is one this type of crowd usually hates. I guess she's just too adorable not to love.
The main event was killer, I honestly thought Tyson or Samy would leave champion as the whole match seemed built around them.
I also went the next night for the 4 weeks of tapings and will be returning the 25th of this month for the next 4 week taping. NXT is helping to bring back my love of wrasslin
Enzo is more of a depiction of New Jersey then any of them stupid Jersey Shore characters TNA have.
Charlotte's moonsault hit...in the safest way possible. Ever. I think she even asked Bailey if she was ok right after very un-sly-ly?
Connects as in, does a flip, lands on her hands and feet and then falls on top of the other girl. Even the male commentator said "I don't think she got all of that."
So Kidd had the headphones on to drown out the crowd during the entrances. Which the entrance music would have done anyway. Then he takes them off for the 30 minute match and gets to hear the chants. No gimmicked earplugs or attempt to cover his ears from the chants. Why is this former world tag champ back in developmental again?
But I wasn't there live though and am just being negative.

Obviously Kidd is in NXT to try and build him as a singles star since after his tag team split up he faded into obscurity. And to be fair, he's taken this chance pretty well and made himself relevant in NXT - only a matter of time before that translates on to RAW or SmackDown.

Missed the point there. If someone is good enough to hold a belt, they shouldn't have to regress back years to the point of being in the development system. It's not like he's done a complete gimmick overhaul. What's he's doing now could have been achieved on live events and the B level TV shows. There are so many avenues and platforms now to get over, I don't remember Cody Rhodes or Wade Barrett going to NXT when they altered their personas.

I'm not saying I would have sent him down to NXT either but I can't argue the fact that NXT has done his singles career more good than harm.

Good for him. All the power to him, if he can make a decent go of it on the main roster.

If you didn't watch it, watch it. What a great show. Warning: PLENTY of spoilers below...
Main event fatal 4 way was the best fatal 4 way I've ever seen. And I'm not exaggerating. The match had a clear plan and a story. Tyson Kidd was the experience, Sami Zayn was the heart, Breeze was the confidence and Neville was the champion. In-ring psychology and story telling at it's absolute finest. Everyone played their part superbly and I would put this match in a shortlist for match of the year. If this is what the future of WWE is then I'm very excited.
And if that wasn't enough, Kalisto and Sin Cara beat the Ascension, one of the biggest shocks in NXT history - noone saw it coming but if this means The Ascension are getting a call up to the main roster I'm all for it.
Charlotte and Bayley had a divas match better than anything we've seen on RAW in months. Go figure.
Fantastic show, and I mean NXT as a whole. This is great television and reminds me why I love wrestling so much.
Edit: And I'm a total fucking mark for Enzo Amore.
Edit: also Kenta debuted, announced he was changing his name to Hideo Itami (in tribute to one of his heroes apparently) and kicked The Ascension's ass. His in ring wrestling debut is next week.
And if you still haven't seen it here's what you're missing:
