The trees are starting to turn to the brilliant red, orange, and yellow it is an eminent sign but fall is here. A sweater in the morning while doing my DDP yoga outside and shorts in the afternoon. I had my first pumpkin spice latte from mcdonalds Sunday with my family.

Don't get me wrong I love fall, but it just seems like summer flew by. My baby had her first summer and her first fall, thanksgiving, and Halloween are coming fast.

What are some fav fall things (besides gallows end 😉) that you guys are up to now?

Only interesting thing for me is my son just started nursery today.

Im hoping for a little less heat though.  Summer was unbearable at times. Here's to autumn showers!

Heya Star!!!

This is my favourite time of year. It's starting to cool down so I can go out without sweating uncomfortably, I can open the window without moths and daddy-long-legs flying in, the kids are back in school, all the leaves turn nice colours and we've got Halloween, Guy Fawkes Night, my birthday and Christmas 😄.

How is DDP Yoga Star? I ordered the Max Pack (thanks Stone Cold!!) the other day, so waiting for it to arrive now.

Hi compy 🙂
DDP yoga saved my life.
If you don't know I don't remember if I put this on or not but in 2008 I had a near fatal car accident and I have having back issues ever since. I had herniated disks in my lower back that for years the only way I could be mobile was through medication, chiropractic, and massage therapy.
With my second child, I had a botched up spinal tap and that almost paralyzed me. I was barely able to walk I could not sit on the floor with my children I could barely pick up my new barn due to my back issues. My amazing husband heard of DDP yoga through stone cold's podcast and ordered me a copy as a Mother's Day present.

I have been doing DDP yoga for 4 months, I try to do it daily, I have lost 60 pounds and regained my life. I only take naproxen as needed and use A535 on my back at night after a long day of playing on the floor with my 2 year old and 5 1/2 month old. The workouts can kick your ass but if you make the proper modification and listen to your body it is not to terrible. You will sweat, I suggest a nice yoga mat.

I don't follow the diet to a T because I can't afford it right now being on maternity leave so I watch caloric intake and eat my veggies.

I would recommend DDP yoga to anyone and everyone who wants to have energy, move easier, feel better about themselves, and want a good workout.

It's a little too fall here right now... we had a very weak summer with more nights with sweaters then probably my lifetime span of summers combined... now today it's cold, it's raining, it's windy...going to be like this for a couple more days before we go back to mild normal fall weather.

Star you live up in Canada right? it's probably like this there but worse.

Most summer nights growing up were sweater and jacket nights. We have has frost already.
I have to figure Halloween costumes for the kids that will go over their winter jackets and snow suits.
Yes I am in Canada snake.
