That's a cool finisher, really like that. I miss The Worlds Greatest Tag Team... they really were great and the perfect team to work with Angle. Hopefully they can continue the good work and the tag division keeps on growing solidly.
They did a gag where they were choosing a team name or something. Gable mentioned "World's Greatest Tag Team" and Jordan said something like "you don't want to be mentioning that".
I probably got the majority of that promo wrong but I remember it being funny regardless.
Both super talented and entertaining. Would have preferred they put the Tag Titles on these two over The Mechanics but I digress.
Thanks Taker_2004 for the banner!
Jordan & Gable get featured in this weeks Breaking Ground. Good little show going behind the scenes in NXT & the Performance Centre.
I've only seen a couple of clips of this pair but they're really talented. Two former amateur wrestlers who look so smooth in the ring. The smaller one, Gable hasn't been wrestling for long but you can see he's picked it up so quickly like Kurt Angle did. They kind of remind you of Worlds Greatest Tag Team but this pair have got something about them and have a connection. The bigger one, Jordan is a Cesaro like hoss. Throwing guys in the air, slinging them wherever he likes. Their finisher, Jordan throws their opponent up in the air and Gable catches them into a back body drop into a pin.
Here's a really good match from a couple of weeks ago where they faced indie darlings, Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa.
Match starts 15 minutes in.
