Yeah, it's pretty bad. I can't defend it. There's a major problem rooted deep into how they run things, the mentality behind what they do - or lack thereof - and it boils down to Vince being the guy running the show. I don't know that Triple H will be any better, but NXT has been at least ten times better than any WWE show for as long as its been around so there's hope.
It's stale, it's stupid, nothing matters, no one cares. The highlight of the week was the bunny bumming Adam Rose, and when that gets more of a reaction than anything the main eventers are doing, you'd think some alarm bells would be going off at Titan Towers. But no, it's just a drop in the ocean. Things have been bad for a long, long time. The solutions to bad ratings and lack of interest are always the same; bring Vince back to TV, put the belt back on Cena. Yawn.
So, a few months ago I was hearing really good things about the wwe. The programme was good, the storyline logical and interesting, the wrestling was good.
So the last couple of months I've been recording raw, and then watching it when u get the chance. Out of a 3 hour show I probably watch 30 minutes and have the other two and a half hour on fast forward, but I see what's going on.
Recently I've been watching less and less. Pretty much every storyline is fucked now. Everything is boring. I used to like hhh and the authority storyline, but it's just boring. I hate cena and he just poisons evereverything he's in. I liked wyatt, but he's firmly lodged in mid card and he isn't coming out any time soon. I like ambrose, but he's now in the same place and both their recent promos have been shit.
Kane is worse than pointless. Orton is as crap as ever. Even rusev, who's been amazing, is now just lumped in with the authority.
Right now it's hard to see what they can do to turn it around. I thought hhh was doing a good job promoting the shield and calling up rusev and the wyatts, but he's back to his killing everything and everyone worst right now.
Mizdow is the one bright spot left, and once they fuck that up I'm going to stop watching again, and probably for good this time as last time I stopped watching it took me 10 years to start again...
Anyone here think I'm being too harsh and there are watchable parts to raw? Or does everyone else watch this shit and get annoyed by crap like Eric rowan feuding with his former wyatt brother for NO FUCKING REASON!
