I'm liking the continuity in the WWE as well, The Shield being the hit squad for the McMahons makes sense as they've been sort of linked. Also, they reminded us of the HHH vs Orton beef of a few years ago where Orton RKO'd Steph then kissed her, with the tension before Steph hugged him.
The Tag Team situation is looking good too, lots of entertaining team gunning for the title. I've always been a fan of the PTP, but I hope they're not gonna just get a push cos Young came out as a sword swallower. Uso's are always good fun to watch as they have great character and intensity, I like that they're not just savage Samoans but they have that fun factor that WWE wish Tons of funk had.
So i'm watching the first segment and Cena is getting booed even though he had one of the best matches of the year last night and is talking about his injury. Wtf man cut the guy some slack, he's telling you he's leaving for 4-6 months and you guys are still on his back. Cena deserves more respect than this.
Cena out for 4-6 months is awesome though, the main even is gonna feel so fresh and it's not gonna be like when Punk was champion knowing that there was someone always above you.
They're not cheering because he's hurt, they're cheering because he's leaving. The reaction would be just the same if he was 100% healthy and decided to take some time off. The only problem I can see is that the four to six month time frame puts his return right around the Rumble...

I couldn't help but think the same thing. His team just beat a former World Champion and US Champion. Don't care that he's gay but he shouldn't be pushed for it

1. Young is a great talent, gay or strait. They WERE going to get the tag titles last year until the unexpected super popularity of Team Hell No.... and the firing of wassisface-their-manager. Besides, it was Swagger... he's dead weight.
2. I'm not a Cena (character) fan, but the crowd shouldn't have been cheering cuz he was injured. I think Cena looked like his feelings were legit hurt. oh well.
3. I REALLY think that Cena should have not mentioned the injury. It looks like sour grapes, even though he said 'no excuses'... why bring it up? They should have had someone like Ryback attack Cena and take him out. It'd give Ryback a rub and give Cena a way out and NOT make Bryan look like he beat an injured Cena.
4. So... who did the Shield piss off?

Cena who get a 100% good reaction until he retires and goes into the HOF. The reaction is now apart of the show and a part of his character. It's not going to go away til he stops wrestling. I'm with chux, I instantly got worried when he said his recovery time line puts him back for the Rumble. Nothing good about that news.
c'mon, if cena ain't champ at the time of the rumble, you KNOW he's winning the rumble... every time.
