Kick-Ass 2 is an upcoming 2013 superhero film based on the comic book of the same name and Hit-Girl, both by Mark Millar and John Romita, Jr., and is a sequel to the 2010 film Kick-Ass. The film was written and directed by Jeff Wadlow and co-produced by Matthew Vaughn, who directed the first film. The film stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, and Chloë Grace Moretz reprising their roles from the first film.

I loved Kick-Ass. It was hilarious, action-packed, emotional, just great stuff. I really hope this second one is just as good. The trailer doesn't give much away, apart from the fact that there's gonna be some sort of Avengers-type group.

But hey, I'm looking forward to it.

Interesting note, Jim Carey is refusing to promote this film..

He has said that he filmed this in November and then in December there was the Sandy Hook tragedy, and since that tragedy he cannot promote a film with such violence involving kids etc

I bet he has no problem cashing his cheque though

Almost God like? Maybe...

Only recently saw the first one and really enjoyed it. Prob wont see the 2nd one at the cinema, but will catch it on DVD when it comes out. First one was good tho.

I'll probably go see this in theaters... Considering my girlfriend likes Superhero movies, and of course, so do I.
