Nope. It came on out of nowhere yesterday and one is still in the kidney and isn't causing any problems but I have to pass a 5mm stone and let me tell you it is not fun.

well I can't pass it naturally so they have to try and pull it out or it could cause problems not ideal but best of a worst case scenario

Can't the laser those things? Sure I've seen something before where they broke them down with something like a infra red laser so that they became passable.

they can use the laser to break them up but they still have to go in through the tip with a scope first otherwise they can try to use air to blow it back into my kidney then used sonic waves to break it up in there and I should be able to pass the small pieces easily neither way is very fun

Yeah, I heard they used some kind of ultrasound to shatter them. I guess it all has to come out in the end though, it's never going to be a good time.

Wow so I'm the manager of a Pretzel Factory franchise and we just had our "annual" store inspection. I've been here 4 years and we've never had one before, I get made manager and 2 months into my tenure we have an inspection.

Know I'm not worries bc our store makes good money, is extra clean, and has a good customer service record.

But these people man, I don't know if it's just a power trip, but they were nitpicking every little thing. I obviously expected this but I don't understand how they love our product in it's cooked and ready to sell form, but have an issue with it when it's dough. A pretzel isn't that big at all and they're measure length, width, and weighing it!? Wtf? Do they seriously have nothing else to bitch about? Then they complain about cleaning parts of the store that not only do the customers not see, but neither do I or any of my employees! Food doesn't get stored there either!

They want my oven stones and dough machine to be brand new, but that's like a combined total of like 8,000 US. Where the fuck is that money coming from, especially when they want they're royalty money every week.

I wish they'd just let me run my business and continue making them money. They're such an irresponsible corporation and they're all so arrogant. It's not like they created a fasanting product. It's a fucking soft pretzel. They've been on the East coast for decades. All they did was start a store and put all the vendors out of business.

Makes me think twice about eventually buying into this franchise. They made my owner cry a couple years ago? Fucking cry!? Aren't they suppose to help and support? We aren't their employees. We bought into their franchise and they scream at her?

They're all a bunch of assholes.
