I almost lost my shit when Cena and Lesnar were feuding and they were using the hashtag #CenaVsBrock.
It's either #CenaVsLesnar or #JohnVsBrock. You don't use one guys surname and the others first name.
And when they tape up ribs. Let's face it, if you've broken a rib, you aren't wrestling. And I've broken a rib and they don't tape it up. But anyway, if they've not broken a rib, since they're cleared to wrestle, what's the tape for? So yeah... Pretty much like your first one lol.
2. Multiple tag teams in one match with only two people in the ring at one time.
Just make it a triple threat tag match, for the love of Hogan.
If this were the silver age of WWE tag team wrestling, I might disagree. Mainly because one of my all-time fave matches was a four-way elimination tag team match with E&C, Hardyz, T&A, and Too Cool. That was at King of the Ring 2000. Love that match. Of course, that was also the era of TLC matches and tables matches being all the rage, so that covered the tornado tag element. Competition was pretty hot in those days. For the modern era... yeah, just let 'em go full hog. At least have some frantic action, give the fans a show even if the brands' respective tag divisions are small... or under-utilized. But therein lies the problem, heh. NXT has had some fierce tag team action. Why not Raw and SD? Under-use and misuse still run rampant in all divisions basically.

I think my biggest pet peeve lately is Finishers only being about 50% effective on PPVs but 90% of the time outside of that they are 100% effective. Ex: Kofi's Trouble in Paradise getting pins two weeks in a row on Smackdown but it can't get the win in the Chamber.
But I thought everyone knew that being on PPV adds +10 resilience. 😋
Yeah, it's silly.
I'll throw in that I dislike the fact botches can't be acknowledged. Every time I've ever heard Cole insist about a botched move:
"(s)he didn't get all of it", my head hurts from my intelligence being so blatantly insulted.

I mean sometimes that's a legitimate call, it's when it completely whiffs and they try to act like it still hits that I really get frustrated. I understand maybe on a PPV you would "fight harder" but by that same token, shouldn't the other person be fighting harder too. I know it's all scripted and planned out, but it used to be such a big deal if say someone kicked out of an AA, now it's almost expected.
Any Royal Rumble sheninagans with being eliminated. Looking at you Kofi. I get that it’s for kids, but it quickly brings me out of my “suspension of disbelief” mentality. And then I just think it’s stupid

Just remembered one. When someone stands on the top rope or dives over it into a group of people. Barely touches one, yet all of them throw themselves to the floor and stay down. Then they show replays making it very clear that the majority of them didn't even get touched and clearly just dived to the floor faking being hit.

What pet peeves do you have about WWE shows or production or the industry as a whole?
For me personally:
1. Injury Tape.
This to me is so stupid. It's tape. Cesaro has it as part of his attire now for some reason, and whenever a wrestler takes a bump that's big, they stick some of this tape on. It signals to the enemy where to target, it looks stupid, and there is no logical reason having it would somehow make you better off.
2. Multiple tag teams in one match with only two people in the ring at one time.
Just make it a triple threat tag match, for the love of Hogan.
3. Shortened names.
Works sometimes. Most of the time, it's stupid. Can't wait til WrestleMania 67 with the main event of Dave vs Pete.
4. Women's weight not being announced.
Really seems like an oversight in this new women's revolution.
5. Cruiserweights only feuding with cruiserweights.
You know why cruiserweights worked well in the past? Because they were allowed to wrestle non-cruiserweights.
