The only time I have seen this show, it was actually the episode you mentioned with the Lamborghini Kit Car... It was OK, not something I can really see myself watching though
I've watched an embarrassing amount of Storage Wars, but never Storage Hunters. Wars is pretty good, worth watching if you enjoy others of the same format.

I just caught the tail end of an episode on Dave. Completely set up compared to Storage Wars. They had 2 shipping containers and one of them had a big score in it. The 1st container had a small wooden wall in it so you couldn't see over the top. None of them bothered to lift their partner up to see over the wall and see what was in the container. But still spent $23k on it. Thankfully it was an untied $100k electric sports car with the keys left in it.
Storage Hunters the one that's all fixed and has that annoying couple... Brandon i think is the guy's name? they have these shows over here too... i'm just unsure if it's the same show with different actors in the uk though... i get a kick out of those kind of shows though... it's like wwe. 🙂

Purely because of this thread I have now watched a couple of episode of this. It's ok, and quite good fun, but I prob wont be tuning in too often.

I'm not sure where this airs in the US or even if it does although it is an american show. In the UK it's shown on Dave. They auction off old storage units.
I saw an episode where a couple paid $26,750 for a Storage Bin in Malibu containing a Lamborghini, only to discover it was a kit car. They lost about $6k. But I've also seen the same couple win huge in other bins. Also, it's hilarious when tempers get flared and they start fighting.
I even watched one where they were in Hollywood. They opened the bin and it started exploding! Absolutely crazy. When the police turned up, they found a rocket launcher and a rifle inside the bin.
