He's being a little bitch. Dude should be grateful that he's dominated the Cruiserweight division pretty much this entire year.

Can't blame him. I'd leave if I was told to lose a match to Enzo, title match or not. And with how they do their booking, losing a non-title match to Enzo would just be insulting. Especially for a guy as talented as Neville.

Unless he has creative control on his contract he needs to shut up and do what he's paid to do.

With that logic what's stopping everyone from quitting if they aren't given a belt? He knew what he signed up for he was floundering and then made the CW division great but he can't expect to win forever.

He's 100% in the right here. A lot of guys stick around for the paycheck, but he can see the writing on the wall and it's everyone putting over Enzo until 205 shuts down. After trying to get the cruiserweights over for the past year, this is his repayment and the reward for the division, and all of them deserve better. They're being turned into jokes because the writers don't know how to book anyone on that show. I'm glad Aries and Neville won't have to put up with Vince's awful fucking ideas anymore, as much as it pains me not to see him on WWE TV.

His reward was a longest reigning cruiserweight title run. If Neville is the only wrestler that sniffs the title then the division fails anyway.

Titles are all well and good, as long as they mean something. And this one was on its way to doing that, until just god-awful WCW-tier booking decided to rear its ugly head. The most dominant champion on possibly the entire roster, kicked in the crotch and pinned by Enzo Amore. This is on par with Brock Lesnar getting schoolboy'd by Santino...and then being booked the next week to lose a non-title rematch to him. That's not a reward, that's Vince flushing your entire career and the division down the drain in the hopes of making a quick buck off merchandising sales, with no forward-thinking or care for the long term.
If you wanted to build the division and the title, end Neville's run with being beaten by Kalisto. Then you can bounce it around a little. But this...this is almost Arquette-level.
He's meant to be unhappy with a lot of things, like being left off the Wrestlemania DVD. Losing a non title match to Enzo was the last straw.

Not at all. If he's unhappy with how things are and then has to do something that he thinks will be detrimental to his career, then he has the right to speak out and leave. I've done it. Was in my contract apparently, but I didn't agree with what I was being asked to do and said so, before handing in my notice. In his line of work, he'd get a new contract elsewhere quite easily, especially with his talent. Leave with some pride and what you believe in, not become a pawn in WWE's game of trying to make more money of one of their weakest workers, just because he sells merchandise.

Some good quotes from Jericho on Neville.
WWE Superstar Chris Jericho recently appeared as a guest on Busted Open Radio for an interview. Below are some of the highlights.
On rumors of Neville leaving WWE to pursue success on the independent scene and why his wrestling style reminds him of Chris Benoit:
"It doesn't surprise me because I think a guy like Neville, whenever I worked with him we had great matches. He reminds me a lot, actually, of working with Chris Benoit in that he's very hard-hitting, he's very solid, very graceful and not stiff in the least, just a really innovative, smart worker. I think he wasn't really getting his shot in the WWE, and the cruiserweight thing is fine but let's be honest, it is what it is. I think there's a lot higher potential for a guy like Neville in the ring and also the character."On his belief that Neville will have success similar to guys like Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks outside of WWE:
"If he left you know that he's gonna be one of those guys like Cody Rhodes, guys like the Young Bucks and Will Ospreay and Marty Scurll that are making a choice not to be in WWE and proving that it's not the be-all, end-all if you're not there. Look at Tommy (Dreamer) with House Of Hardcore, very successful outside of the reigns of the WWE."On parting ways with WWE being a big step to take and if it will work out for him:
"It's a big step, it's like walking off the side of a building and being told that there's a net at the bottom, but you can't see it. So you don't know for sure if he's making the right decision as of right now. But talent-wise, character-wise and intelligence-wise, he's got all three of those things. So he's not making this decision lightly, and I think wherever he ends up he'll be probably a bigger star than he was before just by getting a bigger opportunity."
Jericho is right. Neville will get work easily and will be a top guy elsewhere, not stuck on a division that is seemingly secondary to everything else. He has everything that he needs to succeed and I'm looking forward to seeing it. Well, I will be whenever WWE grant him his release from his contract and the whole no-compete thing that will surely be in place.

-- According to a report at pwinsider.com, Neville could be on his on his way back to WWE later this month and possibly as early as this week.
-- Reportedly, Neville and WWE officials have had several positive discussions over the past few weeks and that those talks have gone over so well, paving the way for his return. It should be noted that WWE never actually released him from contract and that he never actually walked, instead choosing to try and work out a release so that he could make a name for himself elsewhere.
-- Finally, the rumor that Neville was upset at the prominence being given to Enzo Amore and being asked to put him over appears to be completely false as well. The two have actually become good friends off camera.
Good news. Guy is incredibly talented. Helps that he's also a Newcastle fan 😄

I'm glad he got a grip and stopped whinging. Will be good to see him back in the ring.

Triple H offered little clarity regarding the status of former cruiserweight champion Neville during a conference call Wednesday.
"I'm not 100 percent positive, I would need to go back and look into that," Triple H said, per Ringside News. "To me, he's one of the most talented guys in the world. Time will see where that ends up."
I'd like for them to find a way to bring him back. His king of 205 gimmick was gold... Although he's better than being stuck on that show and should be on the main roster.

It's funny that show is often more entertaining than RAW. Neville could have risen its stock further had he been loyal to it.

I'd love to have Neville back. Was weird seeing him in 205 because he looked fucking stacked compared to the rest. It was insane how much bigger he looked. Still, it gave him one of the more entertaining gimmicks in recent memory.

There's talk going around that his contract has now expired... People are expecting him to appear at All In. Didn't realise he was only 32. Guys in his prime. Hopefully being out of action for so long doesn't affect him, but he'll still have some pretty high stock with promotions as everyone knows he's a fantastic wrestler
Hopefully he goes around the UK circuit a bit if that's the case. Could do with seeing him lighting up the UK promotions.

Apparently Neville walked out just before Raw because he was booked to lose a non-title match against Enzo, which he didn't agree with. No one seemed to realise up until a few hours before Raw, that they'd backed themselves into a corner either, and that Neville wouldn't be able to face Enzo unless he was okay with not getting a title shot again. With Neville walking out, they put Kalisto's title match on Raw instead of TLC - with TLC then becoming a rematch.
