Strowman was awesome. He's really coming into his own on Raw and looks a legit threat to anyone. It's great to see. They need to turn Reigns heel though. Fans cheering Strowman for injuring him just shows that it needs to be done. Just capitalise on it already.
Joe vs Jericho was okay. There just didn't seem like any believable near falls. They have to write Jericho off for a bit as well soon since he's taking time off for his band again. Can't begrudge him that as he's been back a lot longer than anyone expected and he's been in top form too. So was no surprise to see him lose at all.
Anderson saying that Strowman gave Goldust & R-Truth the United Airlines treatment was pretty funny. I want them to be serious as that's when they're at their best to me, but I'm finding them to be quite funny at the moment so keep at it I guess. Just have Gallows call people nerds every week. Same match we've seen plenty of times with them going against Enzo and Cass. Always happy to see Enzo pinned tho 😄
Laughed at the Miz pointing out how Ambrose was a top draft last year yet barely got on the Mania card. True tho. Good to see that they're still going to let the Miz be awesome on Raw. His mic work is something they need to take advantage off. Not excited to see him against Ambrose again as that feud wasn't too long ago really. But should be entertaining.

Womens match was probably the best match of the night. Just edging Jeff vs Cesaro.

Tired of Bray promos now. Get him in the ring and show us what he can do. Back it up. They build him up with promos and then have him lose. Get building him up properly, have him destroy people and then his promos will have a lot more meaning.
Show vs Strowman was quite decent really. Fans reaction made the ring collapse special. And that ref bump lol. He went flying.

This is my main problem with Bray. I am a huge fan of Bray. I love the gimmick, I love the promos but he loses pretty much every major feud he's put in. I still feel like we've never had a definitive Bray win that made me think "that was THE big win that solidified him as a top guy". And Bray isn't to blame, you can tell he's all in, but until WWE go all in with his booking he'll never be put in the same ranks as top stars and that's sad. He needs a new family (Bo Dallas and Sanity, anyone?) and he needs to be dominant. He needs to really have a good few months where he doesn't lose a match to really build him as the monster they portray him as.

Raw was good once again this week. 3 good matches which is a real rarity for Raw. Maybe they're finally heading in the right direction. I hope so. 3 hours is still an awful lot, but giving us three good matches makes it watchable.
Agree with Bray. He's the promo king when Heyman isn't around, but come on. I can talk about how I'm the best but no one would believe me (even though I am) if I didn't back it up (which I do). Sorry, slipped into Phil McGroin mode there 😋
Bray needs to be out winning matches though. Not jobbers, actual good level wrestlers so that his wins build him up as much as his promos. They looked like they were doing good with how they had him win the title, but then went back to their booking where he can't seem to back anything up. It p.... annoys me. Seriously difficult not to swear. I just need to not talk to people today.
I thought it was a pretty decent show. When I heard Show v Strowman was the main event, I sighed. But it was actually a good match and the ring implosion, despite being seen before, was pretty cool. The ref took a vicious bump.
I thought Joe v Jericho was pretty good too and even though Jericho fought off the clutch for some time he eventually succumbed. I thought Jericho could have looked a bit stronger - but it was a big win for Joe which gives him some credibility.
Jeff Hardy v Cesaro was also pretty decent and Alexa Bliss becoming #1 contender was unexpected. I assume they are delaying the Sasha v Bayley feud for SummerSlam.
