Hi, all. Presently, I'd like to quote myself from elsewhere, earlier this evening. I feel that, in somewhat different ways, it applies here on 4W as well:
Today marks my 2nd coming out anniversary! Amazing that it's already been 2 years. Scariest and most rewarding decision ever. It's not an easy path. But it's my own path, not something fabricated and unfulfilled. This is who I am. I've always been here, hidden away; repressed deep down. But there had to be a tipping point, from which I could break free from an unfulfilled and largely fabricated shell. I am a whole person, a proud trans woman and achieving that kind of personal status has been (and is) an arduous, but beautiful, journey. Thanks to all the people who have helped make the path a little less rough along the way.
