I just watched a 'WWE.com Exclusive' video of Heyman and CM Punk backstage, it was soo bad acting it was unreal, but anyways... My point being, it was CM Punk telling Heyman that he wasn't his client, which is something I had said in my Raw thoughts thread when Jericho and Heyman first made this match etc, Punk was always seen as not being a client of Heymans but instead just a Heyman guy who wanted to work with his friend.... This was the only sour point of the way the match was set up for me, and I had been chewing on the point every week when they talked about Punk being his client etc...
I guess they are bringing it back 360 now though, and could be using this point as what will break Punk away from Heyman for an eventual face turn, so I guess I gotta let this one go haha
Just finished watching the Divas match and AJ is one of the most underrated female performers I've seen, she's pulling a decent match out of Kaitlyn, she's got an awesome finisher and a truckload of personality. They should build the division around her.

WWE Championship - Three Stages Of Hell
John Cena v Ryback
I really didn't expect much from this match but I'm glad to say it wasn't terrible. They made Ryback look strong and even though Cena won the match, he didn't exactly bury Ryback. That ambulance was made of paper though, therre wasn't a part of it that didn't get ripped off or destroyed. Overall, for what it was, a decent match. I would have loved Ryback to win the title over Cena, but I guess I can't have it all.

World Heavyweight Championship
Dolph Ziggler v Alberto Del Rio
This match was good. I was stunned to see Del Rio win it, totally didn't see that coming but with the suspected double turn they pulled off I guess it makes sense. I'm sure Ziggler will be champion again by the end of the summer. Some of the kicks in this match were brutal.

Chris Jericho v CM Punk
As expected, these two pulled off a great match. The double GTS spot was my favourite spot of the night. The crowd were fantastic and it really showed in this match. Punk wins which was expected really but I could watch these two wrestle every month and I'd still enjoy it. They just know how to pull off a great wrestling match. My personal match of the night.

Tag Team Championship
Shield v RK-No
The ending went how I thought it would but to be fair the match was a good one. Tag team wrestling leaves a lot to be desired in WWE but they pulled off a good tag match here which is no surprise as The Shield and Bryan were on top form.

IC Championship
Curtis Axel v Wade Barrett v The Miz
While the match was nothing amazing, it was decent enough for the opener. The ending of the match I thought was genius and I'm happy with Axel as the champ. Barrett was boring the shit out of me as was The Miz so a fresh champion was definitely needed.

US Championship
Dean Ambrose v Kane
Meh. This match was alright. Nothing special. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't good either. Forgettable. But I didn't expect a world class match and Ambrosee retaining was a given. Decent filler I guess.

Divas Championship
Kaitlyn v AJ Lee
It was good to see AJ finally win the Divas title, but Kaitlyn is just meh. Hopefully they'll bring in Natalya or Layla next, so we can get a half decent Divas match. Really, anyone but Kaitlyn is fine by me.

Damien Sandow v Sheamus
Didn't see it but it's a TV match we've seen countless times so who cares?
FINAL THOUGHTS:
Most of the matches were good, Shield-RKNo, Punk-Jericho were great. Honestly, this was the best WWE PPV I've seen in a long while. The crowd helped, they were fantastic. There were no terrible matches, although the Womens Match and the US Title match were pretty weak. Overall though, I really enjoyed the show. Most importantly, I felt I got my money's worth. And with Rob Van Dam coming back at MITB, we could be in for another great show next month. Here's to hoping.
