I'm pretty shocked myself. I thought that Bubba was going to turn on D-Von last night.. It never happened. We will never get the pleasure of seeing singles Bubba on TV. I doubt they'd let him do the Bully Ray name. For one I'm sure TNA has it copyrighted and two, they have that whole anti bully campaign.

Apparently the segment on Raw last night was legit. They are actually done - at least with WWE, despite reports of them signing new contracts recently (which are now being reported as false). We all know how retirement works in wrestling generally. They'll probably have a few more matches elsewhere. But WWE wise, they're done.

I wanted to see Bubba go on a singles run personally. He was great in TNA as a singles guy, which really surprised me. Could have been a great heel. But retiring with his long time partner makes sense. Hopefully they stick around in some capacity and help the younger guys in showing them how to be a good tag team - I'm sure a little coaching from them would go a long way.
