It sounds like Roderick Strong is on his way to WWE, and the news is all-but-official.
In the latest free edition of Wrestling Observer Radio it was reported that Strong is expected to start with WWE soon. Dave Meltzer reported that this is bound to happen eventually, as Strong has been doing his farewells at the various promotions he works for.
He's most-known for working for PWG, TNA, Pro Wrestling Noah, and Ring Of Honor - where he is seen in the video above saying goodbye. Strong made his debut in 2000, and worked with ROH from 2003 until this year. Strong has held the World Championship in ROH, Full Impact Pro, and PWG.
Strong will be reporting to the Performance Center in Orlando and will most-likely start his WWE career in NXT.

Would be a great addition to NXT from what I've seen of him.

Oh yeah Strong is a huge favorite of mine! The Sick Kick...so good! He modeled his ring style after James Gibson aka Jamie Noble. Hopefully they can involve Noble in his start...he had a great feud in ROH with him.

Strong is a solid tag team worker too...used to have a downright nasty team with Austin Aries when in Generation Next. I'll never forget the tag matches they had with the Briscoes before Mark hurt his leg real bad and started toning down the spots!!

Mid Card

Lethal is carrying ROH pretty much on his own right now. They've been losing people left and right and seem to have a bunch of injuries at the same time....just in a bad way in my opinion. Still great talent but losing Bennett, Moose, Strong, Steen, Generico, Cedric, Davey, Nakamura, Eddie...then Taven, Kaz, and others to injury.....that's all hurt them badly.
