I think he'd make a great manager. As good as he was/is, he needs to stop soon for his health. He showed before (can't say I've seen too much of him in TNA as it's been shit) that he's good on the mic and confident enough to do different things from serious to comedy. Would make a great manager for someone and would play the mentor role to perfection.
I hope he doesn't get pigeon-holed into being with American Alpha. Sure, an alliance during Survivor Series maybe with Jack Swagger would be cool....but, I don't want a rehash of what's already happened regardless of who the focus is supposedly going to be on.
I'd like to see him manage someone new. Someone we've not seen before. I just think of the impact Lesnar made with Heyman when he started. Should do something similar. Have Angle come out, people get excited to see him return but have him get on the mic and say how he's not here for the fans entertainment and he's not going to wrestle for them. Then introduce a new guy that Angle has taken under his wing and will manage and give them a push similar to Lesnar when he started out. With Angle managing them it'd be believable providing they got the right guy.
Seen a few reports saying that he's not coming back. No clue on the reason, but could be pay related as apparently the old talent being offered deals for the brand split are commenting on how low the offers are.
I saw the match against Zack Sabre Jr. It only went 10 minutes and was more like an exhibition. Angle had a problem with his knee which had a brace and limited his movement. Half of the match felt like it was a headlock resthold. Angle's body looks very strange his head and neck are massive. His chest and torso looks big too but his arms have atrophied. I was watching a match of him vs Styles from 2009 and he looked a lot smaller and in better nick.
The crowd were going crazy for Angle who came out to his WWE music and the crowd did the "You Suck" along to it. They were really vocal throughout and chanted Zack Sabre Jr's name along to the bass-line of Seven Nation Army.

Angle came out on Facebook yesterday and said he hasn't discussed the brand split with Triple H yet so I think we can rule that out.

Looks like a Kurt Angle return is going to happen at some point. Finally Angle will be back int he WWE, hopefully they pair him with American Alpha.
