That's pretty amazing! Personally, I do like the bronze on white look (not so much the hat and trench coat though... :-P) There are some pretty damn cool look throughout his career though.

That one-off DX In Your House gear is really cool - what a waste to only use it once! Also, the Wrestlemania 25 and 26 get-ups looked great. I'm partial to the Wrestlemania 26 outfit, myself. Some stand-out stuff between '95 and '96, too, excluding the blue - it *would* be cool, at a slightly different hue and less bright. As it stands, it's kinda hard to look at! I reeeaaally wanna like it, too. Oh well!

Oh, regarding an over-all era of Michaels' attire, I definitely agree with LHeat87. 1997 yielded awesome attire. The white-and-red glossy "candy" look from One Night Only against British Bulldog is amazing. Even the whole "left wristband / right glove" thing works for it.

Gotta go with 2008 Michaels. That was when my wrestling fandom was in full swing! Its crazy to look at this now and see all the different attires he has worn man. I always liked the chain mail stuff he wore too. Since I was so used to seeing Michaels in his pants, its weird when I go back and watch a match with him in the tights!

This one is going to be quite extensive due to the plethora of outfits HBK wore.
1987 – Midnight Rockers
A very basic outfit of plain tights and zebra print vests.
1988-1991 – The Rockers
The WWF Rockers continued with the zebra theme but with different colours and plenty of cut-out tops and dangling tassels.
1992 – Debut of Shawn Michaels solo star
Heart shaped zebra print tights and a leather jacket or vest. Round shades and long dangling earrings. On point mullet too.
1993 – HBK gets inventive
The debut of the leather chaps and the chain beaded vest. Full on zebra print tights with different colour harts. Also comes in gold
1993 – Wrestlemania 9
A special outfit for the big day. I don't even know what you would call it, the dangling crucifix pendants are pretty cool.
1994 – Those hats...
Michaels debuts the biker cap. It was a different time I guess.
1995 – More imaginative outfits
It would be interesting to know who came up with HBK's outfits because they are so many different designs.
1995 – The rarely worn blue gear
He wore this against Razor Ramon at Summerslam 95 & Triple H. Maybe you had to be in the Kliq to get the blue gear.
1996 – Looking like a word champ
Loads of encrusted mirrors, chain-mail and leather berets.
1996 – Wrestlemania 12
The gear Michaels wore to win his first world title. Looking saintly in white.
1997 – Still more new ideas and outfits
This year had some cool tights designs. Top left the harts were in the Texas flag colours because of Royal Rumble 97 being in San Antonio. The green DX tights had a big green X over the harts with a small D in them. They were only worn once for the DX In Your House PPV
1998 – End of Part one
A sparkly waist coat and matches chaps for his Wrestlemania 14 appearance
2002 – Back In Errr Brown
They weren't supposedly finished for the Elimination Chamber but he wore them anyway
2003 – Back To Normal
Back to normal for HBK. A leather red and black studded chest piece with matching chaps.
2004 – HBK's Black Look
All black outfit with chest piece and giant studded crucifix on the chaps
2005 – Debut of the leather pants
After knee surgery HBK switched to the leather pants. This jacket contains a lot of mirrored dangly trinkets
2006 – 2007 – DX Rehash Era
HBK usually stuck to the camo print pants and cut out t-shirt. Vengeance 2006 he did wear the cool DX pants and bullet belt type top.
2008 – More new outfits
Coming towards the end of his career, HBK was still reinventing himself with new outfits
2009 – Wrestlemania 25
A special outfit of white overcoat and hat for the evangelical vibe. And matching bronze & white vest and pants
2010 – Wrestlemania 26
A similar outfit to last years Wrestlemania but switches to black and white and a different pattern.
That is a lot of outfit designs for a 20 career. I'm sure there are loads more out there to be discovered.
