After CBS turned down the option to pick up the new NCIS spin off which was set up last season as stated above... It appears that CBS have done a bit of a U turn and decided that they do want another NCIS spin off afterall
plans are in the work for a double episode in the spring which would set up the spin off and then tentative plans are set for a 2014 fall debut for the new NCIS series that would be based in and around New Orleans with Mark Harmon set to produce the new series
Well, As a fan of NCIS and NCIS:LA and considering it is always gaining good rating numbers for CBS, I was a little surprised when I found out that the new spin off they had been setting up which had been set up on a 2 part episode on NCIS:LA, sarring 24's Kim Raver, Sex and the City's John Corbett and ER's Scott Grimes as members of a mobile team of agents who work and live together as they traverse the country solving crimes.... Has been given the boot by CBS at their upfronts, and is not getting a series order...
Also, given the boot from the upfronts is something I thought might have been good, is Eddie Murphy's Beverly Hills Cop TV adaptation and the superhero sitcom Super Clyde starring Harry Potter's Rupert Grint
