Card is looking fantastic. This has the potential to be the best NXT show to date; it certainly looks like it is on paper.

Yep.  That's a strong one for sure!!  I'll take it.  Only thing that's missing is Enzo and Cass.  For some reason, they always get snubbed on the biggest cards of the year.  Not even on Brooklyn last year when it's their freaking hometown!!  That was a real shame.  Otherwise, I'm very excited for this card.

Enzo and Cass are probably coming up after Mania which is why I think their not in a proper program atm.

If Asuka and American Alpha leave as the champs I'll be so happy. It would be even better if Joe left with the title too; but I can't see them changing all the champions on one show.

That's looking like a great card. Only thing I'd question is having it so close to Mania. No one can deny that there's been some very poor Mania's before (although this years is looking pretty good), and it'd be awful if this is better than Mania. At least have a month between them, or have this after Mania. I'm not complaining though, as this card really does look great and can't wait to watch it.

I was going to comment on this after the show or in the morning, but i have to say the Zayn/Nakamura was one hell of a match... must see asap.

I loved this show so fucking much.

American Alpha and The Revival brought back what tag team wrestling is all about and it was fantastic. Great win for them. Their emotion afterwards was all real.

Corbin and Aries put on a decent match, styles clashed a little, but it was decent.

Zayn vs Nakamura was OUT OF THIS FUCKING WORLD. Those two put on a 5-star match in my eyes. Match of the Year so far without a doubt (at least on WWE TV). And seriously, if anyone missed this show, just watch this match and prepare for your mind to be blown.

Bayley vs Asuka was a really good match, not Zayn/Nakamura level, but they were never going to beat it. Asuka winning the title is awesome, Bayley will no doubt be on RAW this Monday and Asuka gets to dominate the womens division hopefully for a very long time. I could watch her wrestle every day.

Joe v Balor was good, but not as good as I was hoping, nevertheless, a decent match and a unique finish- but all that tells me is Joe/Balor isn't over...

Overall, the show was an A+ ... there wasn't a bad match (Although Apollo Crews vs Elias Samson just seemed to vanish) and the crowd were hot all the way through except maybe Corbin/Aries.

WrestleMania has to follow that; and that's not gonna be easy.

This is why I questioned the timing of this show. Was so good, with an absolutely amazing Zayn vs Nakamura match. It'll be embarrassing if this is better than Wrestlemania and it's not like it won't be fresh in peoples minds. It could have a positive effect and make all the people at Mania up their games to at least match this, but I can't see it. This should have happened a month ago, or been pushed back a month, removing any possibility of people walking out of Mania still talking about NXT being better.

That tag match was like watching the Rock & Roll vs. The Midnights. Great NWA 80's style tag team wrestling with modern moves.

Thought the Aries/Corbin match was dreadful. It was like Aries was trying to wrestle a wardrobe. Corbin managed a backwards roll and the commentators were amazed at his agility. This guy's got less moves than Diesel, I think he did one highspot all match. Punch, kick, pose, then he puts on a nerve hold. Aries did very few of his signature moves. The story of the match and pacing was weak.

Zayn/Nakamura was great as expected. Rivals his match with Styles this year for quality. I was surprised how over Nakamura was with the crowd.

Asuka/Bayley was very good, Asuka looked like she was laying those shots in and Bayley couldn't keep up. 1st of the Bret Hart finishes of the night. (vs. Steve Austin WrestleMania 13)

Joe/Balor, enjoyed this one too. Joe looked up for it and was really intense. Balor doesn't really have charisma, wearing facepaint and a silly hat whilst waving a chainsaw about isn't a personality. They called him "a demon" but he wrestled like he normally would without the gear on. Also the sight of blood is not allowed but a bloke waving a chainsaw around is perfectly fine. Whenever I see Joe coming to the ring, the trombone parts in his theme music make me think of this.

Yeah, that chainsaw thing was just stupid.

And I forgot to say how much I love Nakamura's music.

That reminds me... there was a botchamania episode not to long ago that played that family guy clip with the tuba and had Joes theme playing instead... pretty funny. I would link it but i honestly don't remember which episode it was from or any of that.

I noticed the Bret Hart finishes too... the last one was also used at WM8 against Roddy Piper as well.

We really need to convince Sery, to watch NXT.

I liked the show too, Zayn vs. Nakamura was awesome.  I love Nakamura's theme, can't get it out of my head!

Really enjoyable show. I did feel though that the Balor Joe match ended up being ad libbed due to the blood shot, nether of em were expecting that. The rest was pretty much on target as far as I was concerned though, and it was pretty awesome to see Bobby Roode in the audience! :-D

I noticed during the commentary for the Nakamura match that they mentioned speaking to his translator earlier in the day. Are they seriously going with he can't speak English? In the video that WWE put out when they signed him they showed him speaking and clearly understanding English. Shit like that annoys me... probably more than it should.

Just watching the match again - making my friend watch it as he's never seen him wrestle before.

Did laugh though during the Samoa Joe match with the blood. Still can't see what caused it, but when Joe was outside the ring he asked for a towel to wipe it away. Get's given one and the ref then angrily takes it off him, only to then try using said towel on Joe when they're all back in the ring. Why not just let Joe wipe the blood off himself while there was a break in the match? Proper little power trip by the ref.

I would imagine the commentators have some play in what they can say. Corey Graves also called him Swagsuke which is a very IWC nickname he has.

I thought it would be better if they just gave Joe a towel to wipe the blood away once Balor was down. It would have helped the flow of the match but I'm not sure if they need a professional to do it. The cut was caused by Balor leaning in too much when Joe knee'ed him in the guts. Joe had his hands round the back of Balor's neck so may have pulled him in too close.
