Brock Lesnar vs. The Undertaker

If Lesnar doesn't win I riot lol. He should win this, as much as it's cool to have Taker back. Keep Lesnar strong whilst he's out of the title picture.

Winner Takes All: WWE Champion Seth Rollins vs. US Champion John Cena
20150813_Summerslam_Match_CenaRollins_LIGHT_HP_v2.jpg
I liked Rhys' idea with Rollins winning and Sheamus cashing in at some point, so picking Rollins. Cena is a lot more enjoyable when he's not the WWE champion, so let's keep it that way - he's doing a great job as US champion though, so wouldn't mind a DQ finish so that both champions keep their belts, but I can imagine people kicking off about that.

Roman Reigns & Dean Ambrose vs. Bray Wyatt & Luke Harper
20150721_Summerslam_Match_BrayLukeDeanRoman_LIGHT_HP.jpg
Keep Wyatt strong. It'd be a big win, and Reigns and Ambrose don't really need to win themselves.

Kevin Owens vs. Cesaro
20150813_Summerslam_Match_OwensCesaro_LIGHT_HP.jpg
This will be epic. Give them plenty of time and we could easily have a match of the year contender. Really looking forward to this one and want Owens to get the win after his Cena feud.

Grudge Match: Randy Orton vs. Sheamus
20150810_Summerslam_Match_OrtonSheamus_LIGHT-HP.jpg
Orton will win. Sheamus is a money in the bank holder... they lose.

IC Champion Ryback vs. Big Show vs. The Miz
20150806_Summerslam_Match_mizrybackbigshow_LIGHT-HP.jpg
Zzzzzzz....

Tag Champions The Prime Time Players vs. New Day vs. Lucha Dragons vs. Los Matadores
20150810_Summerslam_Match_tagteam_LIGHT_HP.jpg
PTP will win. Nothing more to add as I can't say I care.

Stardust & King Barrett vs. Neville & Stephen Amell
20150810_Summerslam_Match_amellneville-starustbarrett_LIGHT_HP2.jpg
Neville and Amell should win this with Amell pinning Stardust. Was surprised that he'd do this, but it's quite cool.

3-Team Divas Elimination Match: Team B.A.D. vs. Team Bellas vs. Team PCB
zzzz20150810_Summerslam_Match_Divas_LIGHT-HP.jpg
Don't care who wins, but it should be fun for a women's match. Wonder how long they'll let them get. Best female line-up in a long time and I'm sure it'll be good... I just don't care for the feud between the three teams. Good to know that the women's match won't automatically be classed as the weakest on a PPV now though.

Ziggler vs. Rusev

Honestly not fused.

Jek

Card looks pretty good, I been in and out of wresling last few years but I think the Shield guys should be main eventers all 3 of them, they're so awesome. Ryback should be one of the main faces too the guy just reek intensity and the crowds love him. I had to google Stephen Amell and apparently he's some actor and the rest of the guys in that match suck so who cares. Randy Orton is always entertaining even though Sheamus can be hit and miss.

Divas and tag team matches are just blah who gives a shit.

A new match was added at Raw last night, so Ziggler vs. Rusev is now added to the initial post making it 10 matches in total. Really not fussed on the additional match either, and I'm a huge Dolph fan... but this feud is boring.

Wow, it actually is ten matches too. Don't remember that many being announced but there they are!

I think this could be a great PPV if the right matches deliver.

Predictions:

Undertaker def Brock Lesnar
Lesnar has been pretty much unstoppable since the Taker feud at Mania. Since then, he's won virtually every match he's been in and if Undertaker wins, I think it'll be a good way to close Taker vs Lesnar for good, with both guys getting one huge victory over the other.

WWE Championship & US Championship: Seth Rollins def John Cena
This could go any way, really, but my guess is Rollins to win both titles and Sheamus to cash in straight after. So Sheamus leaves SummerSlam with the title, and Rollins wins the US Title. They could then go Cena v Rollins at the next PPV for the US Title to end that feud and also have Sheamus defend against ... well, take your pick. I'd be happy with pretty much anyone, so long as it's not Orton. We've seen Sheamus/Orton as much as Cena/Orton and that's not a good thing.

Wyatt & Harper def Ambrose & Reigns
Where they go with this really depends on how long the feud goes but I don't think SummerSlam will be the end of it so Wyatt &  Harper to win (maybe with a Rowan return? not sure how close he is to coming back) and no doubt we'll have another match with these guys in the future, possibly a 6-man.

Randy Orton def Sheamus
There's a habit of MITB holders losing earlier in the night before they cash in, so since I think Sheamus is cashing in, I think Orton will win here. Probably the only match on the card I genuinely don't care about.

Intercontinental Championship: Ryback def Miz & Show
Ryback gets a lot of hate but I like him and he's definitely over. Miz and Big Show have spurts of being entertaining - they are not currently in one of those said spurts so Ryback to win and any other result will be very disappointing.

Tag Championships: PrimeTime Players def Los Matadores, Lucha Dragons and New Day
PTP are doing well and there's no reason for them to drop the titles.

Amell & Neville def Stardust & Barrett
It's great that Neville, Stardust and Barrett all get on the card with this match so I'm not complaining. Saying that, I have no doubt Amell and Neville will win. A future PPV match Neville vs Stardust I would like to see though.

Team PBC def Team Bella and Team B.A.D
It's the only result that makes sense. Paige started this whole thing with her rallies to the divas a few weeks back. Team Bella winning would render the whole feud pointless and Team B.A.D just seem like a last-minute throw together team because they wanted three teams for the feud; so I expect Team PBC to win.

Ziggler def Rusev
This feud hasn't been the best - but at least they made the effort to put a story behind it and make it (somewhat) entertaining. Ziggler should get the win - he's getting revenge for his short-term "injury" caused by Rusev.

Seems like a decent card... hopefully they can get some magic going like they do with wrestlemania. I probably won't get to watch it until monday though... prior commitments.

A pretty good show with some great matches was ruined by two horse shit finishes.

1. What the hell was Jon Stewart doing interfering in the title for title match? That is just stupid. I have no interest in seeing Stewart "turn heel" and align with Rollins - who does that help put over other that Stewart? And how could they be so stupid to let a celebrity affect the finish of a DOUBLE title match that includes the World Title? It could have been absolutely anyone backstage that actually wrestles and it would have made more sense than that crap.

2. The whole timekeeper/tap out controversy in Lesnar/Taker. What a stupid finish. First, it makes no sense for the timekeeper to call for the bell without the referee signalling even if he did see the tap. Second, when the ref is knocked out and the 3 count isn't counted or someone taps with no ref to see it, the timekeeper doesn't ring the bell then so why now? Makes no sense.

I didn't mind the Cena finish, I wasn't expecting a clean finish in that one anyway with both titles being on the line. But yeah, would have been better if another wrestler was involved to start a feud with Cena.

The Taker/Lesnar match controversy really annoyed me though. I liked that Lesnar was the one guy that Taker hadn't beaten in his career, and now that's gone due to absolute bullshit. And after the end of the Title match, did we really need another crappy finish to a match? No, we did not. Was a very disappointing end to a good PPV. Just when you think that the writers know how to come up with a good PPV, they then go and ruin it.

Oh, and O'Neil is an absolute beast.

I thought Jon Stewart costing Cena the match was pretty funny.... my first response was they must have worked something out when Rollins paid a visit to the final show Stewart had a few weeks ago.

really didn't bother me a bit... it was never going to be a clean finish and at least the host finally did something worth a damn.

The taker/brock finish would take me too long to write out what was wrong with it.... i mean the ref for one wasn't even paying attention to undertakers only free arm that could have tapped out... the fuck was he doing watching the other arm that can't move?

dirty tactics from the taker though... loved it.

The ref was actually counting a three count since Lesnar's shoulders were technically on the mat for a moment, so that's why he didn't see the tap out. But the whole thing was just horrible.

I know but he was still out of place for the whole thing... it just was a mess.

Mid Card

Haha I thought the Jon Stewart heel turn was quite funny so I was cool with it.  He was acting like a pretty smart fan all evening, so I guess it made sense he'd go after the IWC's public enemy #1.

As for the Taker/Lesnar finish, it was messy and awkward.  At first I thought they were going for a Montreal style ending.

Better than Essa

I have no idea why Lesnar left Robinson standing at the end there. He shouldn't have survived the night.

Main Event

I liked Seth Rollins' white tights. He looked like a prime Ricky Steamboat.
