In the trailer they still refer to the Doctor as Eleven... yet after the Day of the Doctor, surely he is now the 12th anyways...

According to Moffat he's the 13th and there is no 12th Doctor - apparently the failed regeneration when Tennant was the Doctor is counted. This will apparently be addressed in the Christmas episode, so it'll be interesting how they explain it.
