Goldberg - Riddle is surely on the cards sometime. Possibly Mania? More likely SummerSlam.

-- A report from pwinsider.com suggests that WWE is reaching out to several former stars with WrestleMania around the corner and are specifically bringing in Brodus Clay and Ariane ‘Cameron’ Andrew in for the PPV. The report goes on to speculate that with these two in the fold, WWE could be looking at a reunion of some sorts with Naomi, who formed a duo with Andrew as the Funkadactyls women's tag team while also being linked to Clay.
-- It should be noted while WWE may indeed be bringing in these two performers for WrestleMania, it remains to be seen whether it's simply for AXXESS, a small appearance at the PPV or for something more than that.
Man, I forgot Brodus Clay even existed. Hopefully this shit is for AXXESS though.

I very much doubt WWE would re hire Brodus Clay in any capacity, given how bad it would look for them given his sexual harassment allegations.

I've seen rumours floating around that this years Mania could see The Rock vs Roman Reigns. No way Reigns gets cheered if that happens. Doubt it'll happen though. Although that same report also mentions how he isn't being "shoved down our throats anymore"... seriously, I'm so out of touch with it all. I assume he's now likeable?
Roman Reigns got over properly after he came back from cancer and was booked properly.
Also, Rock vs Roman is rumoured for next year's Mania, not this year.

I've seen quite a few sites listing that they reckon it'll happen this year (in December and January). Not that I can see that happening since Reigns is now over. Just wouldn't work.
Some more rumours:
— The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that WWE has finalized two “legends” matches for WrestleMania 36. They are AJ Styles taking on the Undertaker and Elias battling John Cena. The speculation in this report suggests that Styles is an ideal opponent for Taker because a loss wouldn’t necessarily “hurt” him while at the same time, he is one of the top candidates to have a good singles match with the 54-year old Undertaker.
— Meanwhile Cena vs. Elias makes little sense due to the fact that WWE just turned the latter face. The suggestion was that perhaps this match will break down into a situation where Cena and Elias get attacked by heels and end up teaming up to overcome the beating. They could also then just end up “singing” together or some other situation where Cena “endorses” Elias.
I could see AJ being a good match for The Undertaker. He's a fantastic worker and knows how to make someone look good, even if that other ends up being a legend like Taker. I'd also imagine it's actually a match people have been thinking of or even dreaming of for a good 15 years! It's certainly a match I'd be interested in seeing.

Edge and Orton currently have the best build-up going on. I know we've seen this matchup before, but Edge being out for so long makes this feel kinda fresh. Definitely the match I'm looking forward to the most at the moment.

It's been fantastic and is my main event for WrestleMania 36, to be perfectly honest.

Rumours today that Wrestlemania will be delayed until June or July. Given than many sporting events are being cancelled to stop people gathering in large groups... Wouldn't be surprised if this actually happens.
Let's get all the news and rumours for Mania going.
Would be surprised if we didn't see Cena at Mania. How active is he at the moment? Suppose that can be answered in my catch me up thread. Would be good to see him in some capacity. Always thought it was a shame that they made him have a limited move set and make poop jokes. Easily one of the most talented on the mic and pretty good wrestling wise. Although it's good that he still seems very healthy which is the main thing... and I suppose how they've had him wrestle has helped enormously with that.

Anyway... get going with some of the rumours you've heard. There's always some ridiculous ones this time of year.
